Let's see the research on coconut oil increasing LDL. Within LDL the are subfractions phenotype A and phenotype B. LDL type A isn't atherogenic and this is the phenotype that increases with saturated fatty acids.

Dr. Erasmus, very important: Is it 1-Tablespoon per 50 lbs. of body weight of your IDEAL weight or the weight you are currently? It seems to me it would be the former, but just askin'!
You start with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) After a while you increase it to 30 ml And again to 45 ml And you are right, it should be 15 ml per 50 Ibs of your ideal weight After 4-6 months you should loos some weight, because you get more good fat and less carbs
Omega 3-6-9 For my personal case, I found Udo's choice is the best I have been taking it since 2002 throughout my 2 pregnancies also 3 years of breastfeeding of my 2 babies. Coconut Oil is better for skin (external use) and some cooking but not too much. Hope this helps!

Humans have never got any significant amount of plant oil in any form at any time in history . To think you can reverse the damage from hydrogenated oils with more oils is stupid. We thrive on quality grass fed, saturated animal fats which contains the small amounts of pufa and mono fats. Simple as that
I'm sorry to tell you that your body is filled with mind-controlling parasites. Natural oils are nutrative and emulsify toxins so they can be delivered out of the body. Pacific islanders live to an average of over 100 on fruits and plants. According to you they shouldn't make it past 30. Plus Forrest Gump would have died on that island cause all he ate was coconuts.
