Idaho was a great place to live. Edit: I live in North Dakota so I don't know what's happening there anymore. I lived in downtown Nampa, and we lived in a house that looked like it was from north Nampa. You did good teaching about things in Nampa. I wish there was something like this when we moved to Nampa! It still is stinkier in Boise, and there's a sugar beet factory in this town in North Dakota too. My friend still lives in South Nampa
I really appreciate the kind of detail you put into this video, Isaac. When and if we decide to move to the TV, we'll just have to drive around and explore places like Nampa. Something we've wondered about is allergens in the TV. Do people who move to the TV from other places complain about natural allergens? 🤔
I actually do have a video where I break down everything about the weather in the boise area. I haven't thought of talking about bugs and pests but i think ill do that in the future.
Very nice video. I was curious as the where the VA Hospitals are located? My wife and I are both retired, we have family in the Boise area and are considering moving to the Nampa area next summer. Thank You.
Thank you. There is a VA Medical Center in Boise and a VA Clinic in Caldwell. Depending on where you live you could be there in 20- 30 minutes typically. The VA Medical Center is located in a really nice setting near downtown Boise on Fort Street.
Whats your opinion on the schools in Nampa? Everything is rated so low compared to cities like meridian / eagle and even Middleton. Most elementary and middle schools are 1's and 2's... what's your thoughts? even the high schools I've never seen anything above 4.
It depends on perspective I suppose. To many, including myself, would consider Nampa a big town as the population is over 100,000 people. Home prices are much more affordable in Nampa than Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Kuna , and star
From Parma, the sugar factory, and the cows, were there long before all the houses. People decided to buy those houses there. That’s what you get. if you’re from California please just stay there. We don’t need anymore of your bullshit your garbage your graffiti.
Parts of the northwest Nampa area, I.e. Castle Peak, are actually within the City of Caldwell even though they have Nampa addresses

Thank you for the video. It's very informative and I can tell you did good research and put in the time to make it effective 😀
Thank you very much! It definitely takes extra time making sure that all info is correct and up to date.

That’s a great question. I haven’t had any clients complain that it is anything worse than they were already used to.
@@Topidahorealestate Thanks.
Great informative video! I'd really like to know more about the climate, seasons and bug and pests info!

I like nampa I've been almost everywhere in idaho, cool
The Nampa Rodeo is a PRCA Rodeo not a NFR Rodeo, NFR is the Finals held in Las Vegas each Dec.

Idaho’s schools in general are not in the upper end of national averages however I went through the school system here and had no issues with it.
I love idaho spuds
They are great
Looks like a small town with a rather high cost of housing ??

@@Topidahorealestate I was researching the area because I had a friend just move to Meridian. Seems the home prices there are similar to Las Vegas?
@@timothykieper Im not well versed in Vegas home prices but from a quick search it looks like they are fairly close but vegas being higher on average
The sugar factory stinks & it brings tons of flies.. not to mention smelly cows
