  • See to print pens using a flatbed UV printer (Roland LEF 200) to print logos in full colour onto pens and other promotional items. The pens are held in place using a pen jig which can be purchased off the shelf or custom made using a laser cutter. Using an Adobe Illustrator template we can position the logo's to be printed onto the pen before adding the job to the print queue in Roland Versaworks.
    The set up cost is minimal and we are able to print pens in large or short volumes using this process - if you are looking to have pens branded with full colour logos this option might be for you.
    The pen jig shown in the video holds 30 pens which take around 10 minutes to print in full colour, the UV printer cures the inks and the product can be packed for shipping upon completion of the printing process.
    Whilst the use of this Pen Printing Machine is idea for full colour logos you might also consider using the pad printing method for single colour production, which is idea for larger quantity production runs which have a spot colour logos.
