Nadia any specific reason that you are not longer using a bowl and spatula for thinning or coloring Your royal icing?
maria baez I still use mixer bowl when I have to decorate lots of cookies with one or two colors... But I prefer to use silicone mat so I can see icing consistency on flat surface.... no dirty bowls and containers around me is a plus 😀

Yeah, it's y'all because it's 'you all' but you cut out the 'ou' so the apostrophe goes between the 'y' and the 'a' to show that there is part of a word that typically goes there that you cut out. that's why don't has the apostrophe between 'n' and 't', not because you shoved to words together, but because, in doing so, you cut out a part of one word and have to show that you are now missing a few letters (even though you don't use the missing letters in speach). Sorry, I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to this stuff.
I hate to be a typical Texan English teacher and point it out, but “y’all” is spelled wrong! Lol Apostrophe goes in place of missing letters. Since y’all is “you all” it becomes y’all!
