Your creations always impress me but these are so cool! The whole time I was wondering how you got the roll in there. Amazing Brittnee and I am definitely trying this one seeing as I have this bar mould!
I would do a maple roll and make the shells with the gold flecks, burgundy, goldenrod yellow and gradiate and finish with pumpkin orange. I would make the sponge as a spice roll and fill with maple and caram-creamcheese! You are inspiring!
Just beautiful. Every time I see one of your videos, it .makes me want to head for the kitchen and try to come up with something new. I have a bunch of ideas, and now I want to get these molds and try this. Thanks for sharing

They are great looking logs! It is funny because when i was watching you working with your sift, i was telling myself that you could find some malléable metal mesh in a hardware store. But you found a way with Amazon! Good idea. I Will try a simpler design( i do not have an hairbrush) with a pumpkin spiced caramel ganache. Thank you very mutch for sharing your work!
You're so welcome! hehe yes exactly! I'm glad I bought some loose sheets...but it was a lot stiff than the sieve mesh. I think next time I'll try to find softer mesh similar to what you're talking about! :D

I was actually going to suggest getting a roll of "invisible insect screen" from a home goods store, as it is flexible, but the wire netting seems to work fine.
