- Working on this master piece has been my personal special challenge for the year 2020.😁
I have always loved this piece and after countless hours of listening to violinists perform it, I finally decided to arrange it myself and work on it!
With this video I am also officially announcing my cooperation with Bach Trombones! It is my absolute honor and pleasure collaborating with such a legendary brand.

I wish I knew enough about trombone to appreciate just how difficult this is but if its anywhere near how hard the violin version is (which it looks like it is!) than WOW

It’s definitely harder cus all the high notes are incredibly difficult unlike violin where you just shift up
@@tyronium2 well there’s a lot that goes into making high notes on a violin sound good, it’s way more than just “shifting up” but yes I agree this is probably extremely difficult on trombone
@@casual_ssb3282It may be hard to make high notes on a violin sound good, but it’s even hard on a trombone to even sound out some really high notes, let alone making those sound good (having good embrouche, steady airflow, etc.)

I think you are " the beyond" of the trombone. I couldn` t even believe that someone can play this piece ona a slide. If this can be done then literally anything can be played... In my view this piece doesn` t correspond very well with the innate characteristic of the instrument which I wouldn`t think of being extremely agile or amazingly graceful at high speeds. though it is a very impressive performance and I cannot stop being amazed by the range a vitruosic player can reach on the trombone. It` s quite unparalled. Congratulations!

Of course trombone was my first search years ago, but I couldn't find a solo at this level. You made my day. This interpretation will be in my "index list" of Caprice 24 - various instruments. I saw this as an ad when watching 2set vids, this is one of the most superb trombone performance I've ever seen. I guess Paganini caprices are difficult for most of the instrumentalists (?) but this is definitely amazing.
