  • Hello, here I show you how to make a natural homemade Pineapple Jam with Cinnamon easy and fast.
    HERE are the ingredients and steps to follow:
    Ingredients:
    1/2 kilo of pineapple
    1 or 2 cups of water, if 1 is not enough you can add 1 more
    2 pieces of cinnamon
    Procedure:
    Wash the pineapple and cut it into small slices.
    In a pot, place the pineapple, cinnamon and water.
    Put the pot on low heat and let it boil for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to test the texture of the pineapple.
    (Optional) Add vanilla or lemon juice if desired.
    When the pineapple is soft and the jam has the desired texture, remove from the heat.
    Store the jam in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last 2-3 months.
