Hey everyone! Should I do the fan-fiction at the end? Exlusive Graphic novel giveaway for this video on the fb page - winner announced this Sunday May 14th Winner of the Black Series Force FX Lightsaber will be revealed Monday May 15th! Good luck and as always...my fellow Jedi and Sith friends...thanks for watching and MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!!!!!!!
What sense does this make? Sidious wants Vader to reach his full potential and now he's pissed because Vader can't. On the other hand Sidious doesn't like the outcome of Vader overthrowing him. Sidious can't have it both ways.
I think he just wanted a more powerful pawn. After Anakin's defeat he wouldn't see Vader as a proper Sith sucessor. Just an empty shell of what he could've been. Buuuuuut he could've fixed him so idk tbh. Maybe his connection to the dark wouldn't be as strong
What are you talking about? The rule of two is basically exactly that. The master is supposed to try and with hold some secrets and suppress the apprentice. It’s the apprentices role to learn those secrets and gain power until they can overcome and kill the master. If they can’t they die, and the master starts again. The rule of two doesn’t work if the master chooses a weak apprentice. So yea sidious would want the most powerful apprentice possible and to remain in charge if for no other reason then it would force him to remain strong and powerful and if he weakened at any moment: dead.
I am think he's mostly mad about the loss of prestige that would have come with having the dashing, heroic Chosen One as his apprentice than he was about the actual loss of power. I don't think Palpatine ever intended for there to be another Sith; he was trying to be the last one by figuring out Plagueis' immortality technique.
@@iwritechecksatthegrocerystore exactly, thus the courting of Luke in the original trilogy. He knew even Luke would go on to be more powerful than him and thus his interest was peaked and he pursued him...So why not afford Vader the same opportunity? all the years of manipulating Anakin and he'd say "fuck it" just like that?? Vader had 20+ years to get the cloning right, and find the proper limb with the proper force potential, he may have even gotten lucky on the first attempt, who knows? by why not give the most powerful force sensitive that chance?
@@submissivelover Because Anakin's plan was to overthrow the emperor from the beginning. And especially after padme died, he had no use for him and the emperor knew that. If Anakin cloned himself and restored his potential the emperor would die sooner or later. He pursued Luke because Luke was a clean slate, he had no anger and no resentment towards him like Anakin did.
These are good points, but I think the biggest reason was Palpatine kept information from vader and neither truly understood the process. A third and more practical option would be combining cloned tissue and cybernetics, recreating the bone, marrow, veins, & other tissue types while grafting on cybernetic modifications. A full life support system, power armor built into the suit, and most importantly a nerve/computer interface that would allow the user to experience pain without injury and cause agony on-demand. This would create a healthier, stronger, more resilient cyborg that could channel as much pain as the situation needed, while allowing leisure time to be painless & enjoyable.
What if Luke actually joined the Imperial academy and became an imperial pilot (most likely IMHO), officer or Storm Trooper? Serious questions: There were some materials completely resistant against lightsaber strikes. Why wasn't there any attempt to build a complete set of armor out of these? Something like real life plate armor, or probably a "Power Suit" with mechanical support? Why aren't there counterparts of real life shotguns in Star Wars? Only powerful Jedi were able to manipulate objects with the force both quickly and effectively, so fast bursts of small bullets or fragments could probably kill Jedi easily. What's about "Blaster Shotguns"? Would they work? Less serious: What if Luke liked sand too? What if Ewoks were the dominant species of the Republic instead of humans?
the sith often made armors and clothing that were lightsaber resistant at least in the old republic and pre republic eras for example the armor darth malgus wore was made out of such a material. one isse much like why madolorians did make many full sets of full mando iron armors is the materials used were often quite heavy
Yeah, but some of that stuff isn't canon anymore, and why wasn't it used much more frequently? I'd go so far and question why nobody ever used a bracer or dagger made out of this stuff to parry blows while stabbing the opponent with the saber?
"There were some materials completely resistant against lightsaber strikes. Why wasn't there any attempt to build a complete set of armor out of these? Something like real life plate armor, or probably a "Power Suit" with mechanical support? " Well..for what should they use that kind of armor? Besides Vader and Sidious, there were no jedi. Hence no lightsabers. And if Vader wanted to kill you, you were screwed whatever you wore.
He would have killed Sidious and taken over the Empire and would have used the full power of the Empire to find Luke and Leia and turn them too ushering in a Skywalker dynasty.
Mark Dowling he doesn't want to love a shell of a memory or want synthetic love. How would you feel if your girlfriend or a member of your family died and you could clone them? you won't be bringing them back really.
Please please please do what happened to the geonosians as you can see when Anakin is killing the leaders of the separatist (e.g. Gunray viceroy etc) you see a quick glimpse of anakin killing poggle the lesser
in the original canon, The Emperor did try to clone both Vader AND himself but was only successful with his own clones and made a few dozen of them while being unsuccessful with the Vader clones. One of his clones tried to regroup the remnants of Imperial Empire a few years after the destruction of The Second Death Star but was killed by Luke Skywalker.
What if Anakin fell in love with Ahsoka Tano? Edit: I made this comment 3 years ago, please stop telling me how gross this is now that I'm fully aware of the large age gap and why that makes it gross, because everyone else already has.
That happened in the Force Unleashed. But they went to a different area - Timira City, home of the Starkiller Clones. Now, if they went to Tipoca City, they'd be facing stronger resistance and wouldn't find much; the Jango Fett clones were no longer in service.
Suppose Darth Vader was succesful against Kenobi and ended up not needing the suit. What, if any, plan did Darth Sidious have for protecting himself from and controlling his powerful young apprentice?
This exact question was something that Darth Bane explored. He discovered out that using the knowledge left behind by Darth Andeddu, Bane could clone himself & transfer his essence (or soul) from body to body with minimal reproductions. If Vader had been given access to Andeddu's holocron I strongly believe that he would have used the knowledge within along with the Empires resources to clone himself a new body & transfer his essence into a new healthy host.
Hello, I greatly enjoyed the video. However i have one note. The sith code goes: Peace is a lie, There's only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me. There is no mention of pain. Whilst pain does strenghten the darkside greatly it is not mentioned in the code.
Passion can be achieved through pain. Passion can come from different backgrounds, something that drives you and pushes you beyond your limits. Vader’s constant pain constantly pushed and taunted him, forcing him to battle through it, making him hostile, agitated, angry, all things he could vent into a violent passion. Through his own suffering, he could vent his frustration on others, which is often highlighted in the lore that pain and torment attack the more emotional sides of individuals, encouraging the dark side.
Thus, having the pain (passion) he meets all the other codes in perfect fashion. Continuously achieving greater power beyond what was thought he could achieve, and obtaining victory when it was thought impossible.
Kool-Wade Man then if he was with empire, the entire rebellion would of been doomed and if he was with the rebels then he would of probably train and made Luke so overpowered at a young age once Luke joined the rebellion. Probably even better than Obi-Wan could have.
I think the cloned Vader (assuming he eventually made a perfect clone of himself) would get the flashbacks of original Vader killing padme and would turn against him
Edwin ZX have you never played the game? If you choose to kill Vader, Starkiller also tries to kill Sidious but gets crushed by him and becomes his new slave-apprentice. Starkiller wasn't able to kill him really.
+Anakin Skywalker Do you not remember Palpatine saying in the light side ending of TFU "You were always destined to defeat me. Do it" to Starkiller once he had been struck down? It was only because Kota stopped Starkiller from taking the bait that he didn't kill Palpatine right then and there. Now, whether or not Palpatine would've pulled some last-second trick in that instance is debatable... AND IT'S ALSO SOMETHING I HAVE BEGGED YOU TO COVER REPEATEDLY +STAR WARS THEORY. But, you have to remember that the Sith cared a great deal about the continuation of their Order. Just as Kota says to Starkiller in that moment "If you strike him [Palpatine] down in anger, you'll be right back where you started," I think it's feasible to infer that Palpatine may have actually let Starkiller kill him. Reason: The anger and aggression of that act would've consumed him, and Palpatine knew this. The Sith would live on through Starkiller. Also (another potential reason), it's worth noting that because this all happens in Legends continuity, the Dark Horse comics count... Therefore, Palpatine may very well have intended to let Starkiller strike him down and then return in a younger clone body to kill him in kind. What say you?
And even if you're going to take the angle of "Palpatine was going to pull a last-second trick to take out Starkiller in the light side ending," then you cannot deny the fact that Starkiller did have the potential to one day rival (and maybe even surpass) Palpatine. As Palpatine says to Starkiller in the dark side ending of TFU (which, mind you, you quoted), "You could've been my successor, my equal." Starkiller was only about 17 years old at the time of TFU, and to have bested Vader at such a young age is a feat no one else can boast (though I definitely belive Luke would've been able to as well, if he had been trained from birth). So you can't underestimate the power of Starkiller. Remember, in that dark side ending of TFU (which I would classify as Star Wars Infinities), he did kill you :) +Anakin Skywalker
Edwin ZX The Empire would be caught in a power struggle with Vader eventually taking over as the new emperor. Meanwhile, the new rebellion would use that time to have a much better head start to develop than in legends cannon. I can see episodes 4 and 5 playing out similarly, just with a stronger alliance. However episode 6 would be played out completely differently without Palpatine. I am not exactly sure how it would turn out from here on out. But Luke may possibly put aside his emotional attachments and kill Vader or join him. I can also see Starkiller training Luke, given that he would still be alive in this timeline.
It is possible to clone a Force sensitive individual, but those with high concentrations of Force power or midichlorians, whichever you prefer, are more difficult to clone perfectly. Since the Force is created naturally through eveything, it is harder to generate it through cloning since it is not a natutal process. That's why it took Darth Vader numerous times to get a perfect dark side clone of Galen Marek, or Starkiller, if you chose the dark side ending in the Force Unleashed 2. So I think you should do a fan fiction about Vader cloning himself, with Vader working tirelessly to create a perfect version of his former self. Have Vader realise he can transfer his consciousness into said clone, but while he is doing that the Emperor has caught word of what he is doing and interrupts Darth Vader. Vader manages to transfer memories and consciousness of all that was Anakin Skywalker, up to when he learned Padme was pregnant. This Anakin would have all the power, and flaws he had before, but most his darkness would be left in Darth Vader, making Vader conpletley rutheless and powerful. He started it like that to be able to bury his Anakin persona even further down in his knew body, but was unable to complete the process. Qui-Gon Jinn would reach out and wake this newly reborn Anakin, and guide him to escape while Vader and Palpatine have an epic duel. I would say this takes place 5 years after revenge of the sith. You can choose who of them wins. Anakin, having no idea what has happened or knowledge of what he did as Darth Vader, discovers what has befallen the galaxy and attempts to contacr Obi-Wan on their old comms. Obi-Wan, in disbelief, would agree to meet Anakin, intent on destroying him if he had to, but soon after seeing his former apprentice and best friend returned to his former self, he has hope for the future. He tells Anakin everything, how Palpatine tricked them all, nearly turned Anakin into a Sith Lord and how Padme passed away. He would hold back any information on the twins in fear that maybe Anakin was still linked to Vader, and that was precious knowledge that could doom them all if it was discovered by the Sith. He sends Anakin to Yoda to retrain and regrow his Force powers back to full power, in order to rebuild the Jedi Order out of the surviving Jedi after defeating the Sith, be it Sidious or Vader. I'd like to see Vader vs Anakin, but he might not be at his best to fight Sidious who would be angered by Vader's attempt to fix himself so I think it would be cool to see Anakin at full power fight against full powered Darth Sidious. Let me know what you think!!
William Martin Disney should call you or you should make a fan fiction find some people that will support you if an art or something bro cuz that's actually genius but that's just my opinion
Aaron Knight, Thank you bud! I really appreciate that, and if our friend at Star Wars Theory doesn't pick up my idea, I will definetly do a video about it and write a fan fiction of it. Thanks again!!
And do more about the dynamic between Obi Wan & Dooku, along with some stuff we know about the time Qui Gon & Dooku spent together. You mentioned the Obi Wan-Dooku dynamic in a previous video briefly, and I would love to see you tie together the Qui Gon-Obi Wan-Dooku thread.
Joshua Yates because he was trying to save her life so that he wouldn't have to, at the time he never thought of it and never had possession of her body
!!!!!! Another awesome video! I think a cloned Vader would be similar to a cloned Speedy in Young Justice. The clone would settle down with a family (maybe not knowing its a clone) while the original would drive himself mad with the idea of an unattainable better life out there
Oh this was 6 years ago but I wish you would do a full fan fic on this idea. A fully clone Anakin that may have some memories but not all and goes to find Obi-Wan... with the real Vader on his heels that would be very interesting and your fan fics are always top notch!
Who said he didn't? All that Kaminoan tech at Darth Vader's disposal the idea of cloning himself would be too good to pass up. He may still have his clone locked away somewhere waiting to be awakened.
YES!!!! Definitely do make that video of what if Vader cloned himself/had all new limbs grown and attached to himself and new lungs created to replace his badly damaged ones so he didn't have to wear his suit anymore. Or maybe even a video on what if Vader had a new suit created in secret made from the best materials and cybernetics available so he didn't have to have ANY of the old suit's features in or attached to it at all and he could function at the highest efficiency and power possible. Or maybe make both of those videos!!! I think it would be cool to see the outcomes of both possibilities/scenarios! I've always wondered how much more powerful, fast, vicious, deadly, and different he would be if he either had a totally different suit that was made with the highest quality top notch cutting edge tech and materials, as well as if he hadn't been so cocky, overly confident, and just flat out stupid trying to jump over Obi-Wan on the bank of the lava river, and instead had either just jumped to edge of the river in front of Obi-Wan, or let his little droid thing drift farther down the river and jumped off a little ways past where Obi-Wan was standing, and then continued to fight him, or just stayed there by the river if Obi-Wan had run away back to the ship and taken off from the planet. I also have wondered what would happen to Padme if Obi-Wan had done that and Vade just stayed there on Mustafar watching the ship leave, as well as what would happen to Anakin.... Maybe you could make a few videos, or 1-2 videos with multiple endings or something like that?? Anyway, thanks once more for yet another super awesome video! I can't wait to see what's coming up next, and if I won the latest saber giveaway so I can give it to my son for his birthday in 2 months!!! Thank you for doing yet another one of those as well man! It is so awesome that you do so much for the community/all of us fans, really. You do way more than you have to and that we deserve, so I just wanted to make sure you knew how much I really appreciate that and you. If there is ANY way that I can do something to give back to YOU for all that you do for us, don't hesitate to let me know man.... I am more that happy to do so! Well, until next time, have a great day, and may the force be with you always....
When sith code never says through pain I gain strength This is the Sith Code Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me. Nowhere does it mention pain
I like that FanFic idea !! 😅 I would point to the Force Unleashed II novel for a basis of mindset. Starkiller's confusion, the extreme fixation on a single aspect of his memories (maybe Family in this case, or on being the Perfect Jedi), etcrera. 🤗
Do that theory! I like it because two outcomes would be equally possible: 1 - the clone is closer to how Anakin was just before losing to Obi-Wan, hungry with power, and goes rogue against the original or even against Palpatine too 2 - Physically whole, without the lost limbs and painful armor, the clone has a clearer mind than the original, realizes "his" horrible mistakes and seeks redemption
Hey, I would like to see where you found the line "Through pain I gain strength". The Sith Code is "Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion I gain strength..." and so on. I haven't heard the version you're referencing before, and I couldn't find it on Wookieepedia.
I thought of this randomly. Like Vader had access to the technology and even made two successful Starkiller clones canonically (the main character of TFU2 and the dark apprentice that appears if starkiller tries to kill Vader) I think Vader may have preferred to keep the cybernetics because the pain gave him strength and helped him tap into the dark side.
It strikes me, that the Emperor thought Lightsabres backwards, that the Sith were beyond them. Was perhaps making Vader's suit sub-standard meant to drive Vader more to using the dark side directly and to use a lightsabre less?
Hey everyone! Should I do the fan-fiction at the end?

If you clone Anakin, wouldn't that mean cloning his hate for SAND too? life fact 😎😎😎
Edwin ZX when cloning, you can modify their generic DNA so cloned anakin wouldnt hate sand

Dude I know that, but it's not about if he had a chance or not, its about what would of happen if he had killed Palpatine.
I'd love to see the "What if Darth Varder cloned himself?" fanfic. Would be awesome
Fanfic, What is Anakin did clone himself, please!!!!
idk
Most awesome vid!!!!! Would love to see a vid on what if Darth Vader Cloned himself??????!!!!!!!
In canon you can't clone midichlorians so a Vader clone would have had no connection to the force!
Tobias Trust in non cannon vader cloned starkiller
Non canon is better then canon!
Just give him a full blood transfusion
It's possible, just look at my granddaddy :)
@@reyskywalker5395 Too bad he was way too powerful and had to make new clone bodies all the time.😅
Yes do the next part about vader cloning himself.
William Martin
Disney should call you or you should make a fan fiction find some people that will support you if an art or something bro cuz that's actually genius but that's just my opinion
Aaron Knight, Thank you bud! I really appreciate that, and if our friend at Star Wars Theory doesn't pick up my idea, I will definetly do a video about it and write a fan fiction of it. Thanks again!!
Please do a fan fic on Vader cloning himself that would be really cool
Right?! I think Vaders pain and regret made him as much of a juggernaut as he was.
Would love to see a what if Vader cloned himself scenario vid!
hey I got an idea of a new fan fiction would you like to use it what if Darth Vader was not burned on Mustafar but Obi-Wan still cut off his limbs
Yes please do it and could I have a litsaber
shimon ganz it's lit fam
your videos are amazing man! thank you for all your time and effort you put into these!
do the wt if
These are very well done! Thank you!
why didnt Anakin clone Padme
Joshua Yates ummm that's not actually a bad idea
Joshua Yates oh shit
Joshua Yates because he was trying to save her life so that he wouldn't have to, at the time he never thought of it and never had possession of her body
I think Vader had his fun toy burned off on Mustafar. So, why bother?😁
!!!!!! Another awesome video! I think a cloned Vader would be similar to a cloned Speedy in Young Justice. The clone would settle down with a family (maybe not knowing its a clone) while the original would drive himself mad with the idea of an unattainable better life out there
What is the name of the song playing at 1:51 ?
I believe it's called Sandstorm, by an artist named Darude
Obi-Wan Kenobi hello there
Thanks for making this video man
That was like cod aw zombies with Oz
I love that clip of starkiller and Vader @ 3:43 it looks like a revisioning of the original Ralph Mcquarrie concept art.
How did Maul relieve himself of "food waste" after being cut in half?
He didn’t... that’s why he stayed with the dark side😔
@@jxmz_1357 He was feeding of negative emotions.
Oh this was 6 years ago but I wish you would do a full fan fic on this idea. A fully clone Anakin that may have some memories but not all and goes to find Obi-Wan... with the real Vader on his heels that would be very interesting and your fan fics are always top notch!
what if the death star destroy the rebel base
Hillis Benjamin there would be no kylo ren
Hillis Benjamin It did...
hey luv your keep em coming I enjoy them alot
what if tuskin raiders never existed. pls make this vid.
Nathan Ryan There would be no star wars lol
Then we would have never seen Christian Hayden's stellar acting the "I killed them all" scene.
tatooine would be a better place
racist?
maybe
its not racist if you belong to the dark side!!!
then I would like sand alot more.
Tyrion Lannister t
I would like to see a fan fiction on that. Vader cloning himself could have a neat story to it
I think you pronounce Galen like "Gay-len", at least, that's how Galen Erso's name is pronounced. I assumed he and Marek had the same name
Yep indeed.
finally happy this answers it, I asked this question about 7 days ago just saw it was released 4 days ago.
Who said he didn't? All that Kaminoan tech at Darth Vader's disposal
the idea of cloning himself would be too good to pass up. He may still
have his clone locked away somewhere waiting to be awakened.
Well, until next time, have a great day, and may the force be with you always....
if Vader did clone himself would the clone have force ability
Seeing a fan - fiction on this would be totally SWEET please do it.
hello people and u reading this
vaders head passes through the shuttle 1:35 still gets me to this day!
What if Anakin said Hello There?
Another great video. Thanks.
What if 555555 never died
No purge??
that would make great fan fiction, i would love to write a screenplay based on this theory...
What if anakin fell in love with Ashoka
Savvy 21 Then there'd be Pedo-Palpatine trying to get their child(s)
Savvy 21, What if Ahsoka and Anakin had a child?
When sith code never says through pain I gain strength
This is the Sith Code
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.
Nowhere does it mention pain
What is darth Vader did clone himself yes I want to see that
I like that FanFic idea !! 😅
I would point to the Force Unleashed II novel for a basis of mindset. Starkiller's confusion, the extreme fixation on a single aspect of his memories (maybe Family in this case, or on being the Perfect Jedi), etcrera. 🤗
Snoke is Vader clone.
tim hutfless snoke is valkorion ihnabiting vaders body.
tim hutfless plot twist: the Vader that died was actually the clone, and snoke is the original Darth Vader (theory)
I certainly hope Vader is somehow tied to snoke.
Y'all stupid
Yo that makes some sense granted I didn't look into it still makes sense tho.
You should definitely cover that it sounds like a really good idea!!
Why would he?
To use essence transfer and get another body, if it even exists in Disney canon
How?
Definately would like to see a what if Vader cloned himself!!
Just an fyi, its through passion I gain strength not through pain I gain strength.
good video, definitely do if Vader cloned himself. I'd also love to see one about Vader with a grevious styled body (or more advanced robotics/suit)
do what if Darth Vader cloned himself
Lucass Cheese Factory how am i a Stupid?
Do that theory! I like it because two outcomes would be equally possible:
1 - the clone is closer to how Anakin was just before losing to Obi-Wan, hungry with power, and goes rogue against the original or even against Palpatine too
2 - Physically whole, without the lost limbs and painful armor, the clone has a clearer mind than the original, realizes "his" horrible mistakes and seeks redemption
Hello There. I'm early.
Woo thanks for the heart
Awesome video!
That's not how the sith code goes you noob, it's passion "trough passion I gain strength"
Omfg. I’ve Been asking this for so long! Thank u theory.
U should do another version where What if Anakin was cloned?
The cloning story line sounds interesting. You should do that.
Do the what if Darth Vader cloned him self video please. Also do what if Count Duko was with Qui Gon Gin & Obi Wan Kenobi on Nabo fighting Darth Maul.
Like Vader had access to the technology and even made two successful Starkiller clones canonically (the main character of TFU2 and the dark apprentice that appears if starkiller tries to kill Vader)
I think Vader may have preferred to keep the cybernetics because the pain gave him strength and helped him tap into the dark side.
Awesome episode
pleeeeease do what if Vader cloned himself. also, may the force, be with the best star wars UA-camr (you)
It strikes me, that the Emperor thought Lightsabres backwards, that the Sith were beyond them. Was perhaps making Vader's suit sub-standard meant to drive Vader more to using the dark side directly and to use a lightsabre less?
I would LOVE to hear your fan-fiction on a Vader/Anakin clone spin-off
Vader cloning himself was always my favorite what if scenario!
They could have just made a super advanced suit like grievous had, only with the gaps filled up with sand for the suffering.
