It might last longer for some, especially those who are very gentle with it, but the likelihood of chipping or discoloration is high. The composite placed on the teeth here is very thin, which compromises its strength and makes it prone to breaking or chipping easier. So if you get one, be very gentle with it!

To be honest denture crowns are better and last longer but you have to keep in mind dentist need to grind your natural tooth as part of preparation. Its also expensive, but results are outstanding.

I speak from my own experience, not by guessing.
During composite bonding the dentist is required at the end of the procedure to check with the help of a strip or floss if there's enough space between the teeth for the patient to floss. There mustn't be a dental contact between the neighboring teeth. The same applies for every type of procedure, even for prosthetic dentistry.❤❤❤

Just let them know about your concerns, and maybe they’ll give you nitrous oxide. The major difficulty is finding a really good cosmetic dentist. My dentist acts as if it's my fault for how I have shifted my bite to prevent further damage & tells me there's nothing that can be done to fix my tooth because I'll just chip off anything that is added to my tooth.
The natural white looks so much nicer than the unnatural super extreme white. It makes you come across like a cartoon character. Cosmetic dentistry has its place for people who seriously needs it and as long as they can make it as natural as possible.

Anterior teeth ( front teeth ) are for biting not only for aesthetic purposes . So if you have Veneers or Composite Bondings , you have to be careful biting your fruits 🍎/ foods otherwise they will chip off .
My dentist won’t do this they keep pushing for me to get braces and I don’t care for like a full straight smile. I just need my two front teeth to be nice.
Or you could love your teeth as they were, take great natural care of them so they age well, and accept God’s creation instead of modifying it for vanity.
