The first character 青 (ao) can mean blue, green or youth. 嵐 (arashi) can mean fresh mountain air/energy but can also mean storm. One place translated 青嵐 more literally as "blue storm" which I guess came about from directly translating each character and this might end up being relevant since the colour scheme is blue and there's a sailor theme, stormy seas maybe?
