I went to sign up for the free course.Yet on typeform, it's asking for my full name but there's no space to enter my name which prevents completing the sign up process.
First part of the speech hit home for me. I lost my father at 66. I am sure he thought he would live into his 80s like his parents. His final day he went out to lunch laughed with friends, worked out, and came home at 4:00 and BAM he fell over in his room when he had a blood clot. I can only imagine his final hours laying on the ground by himself. He spent his whole life working and working chasing the validation of his boss who was his cousin as it was a family business mostly. He was stressed out and mad. While he did really well financially, I know he had regrets. He drank and smoked cigars everyday. He died from a blood clot in his brain (high blood pressure) that burst. So Owen is right value your life everyday and take care of your health and live your life folks! You never know what can happen!

My visions are that you don't have to follow what the traditional system tells you to do. You have to build the safety net yourself and be able to provide for your family in a a way that will inspire and help them and leads towards growth and happiness. I know that sounds too broad but I just turned 21 and I have suffered most of my early adolescense and I didn't even graduate highschool and that's where I first started to notice the flaws in society. I am now a Day-trader who just had a first green month and I'm ready to keep building that momentum so I can be self-reliant and inspire others around me. That's all what I can think for now cause I have never thought about this before

Light hitting even your skin triggers cortisol, negates melatonin.
Lights in the room, whether it’s from windows or the led lights on your tv or whatever, will not allow you to get deep sleep. Google it, and also Google all the other things in a home that won’t allow you to get deep restful sleep.
Sleep in that sort of environment feels more restorative. At least thats been my exp.

But I’m noticing that the more I stray from sales tactics and the more I just am myself, the more tangible progress I make in my own currently pathetically tiny operation. Sales has always been the thing I’ve been deathly afraid of, but employing some of the things you suggest is helpful.
