Appreciate the in-depth walkthrough on this! I opted to bring thralls+deathcharge from shadow for extra vw specs. Got it first try. The room gets incredibly harder near the end as you can get dragged into kephri's auto if you try targeting a swarm on the other side of the room. My room lasted 13 min 20sec
For anyone struggling bring blue keris and any chinchompas and set them to medium fuse and thralls, keep piety on at all times and switch to rigour when hitting the egg scarabs
Additionally you can bring no range armor for more restores, going chaos first can also help, depending on order and supplies
Blue keris is 4 ticks and chinchompas on medium fuse are 3 tick and 9 tile range, meaning you won't have to wait an eternity and hope you were fast enough after hitting with fang which is 5 tick and then bowfa which is 4 tick
Also you can use chins to clear out the egg scarabs, instead of bringing ancients you use thralls for even more damage, this does mean you have lower dps, but it makes hitting medic swarms alot more consistent, usually you can get 2 keris hits, then chin the swarm.
Awesome video, I figured out a couple of the line placements myself in the corner but This is beyond.

Being precise is easy, being consistently precise is not. It's more about your mentality and how calm you are than your skill.
Best guide on this transmog! You got a sub. All the other transmogs took 1 attempt, but this took 4. Though Id recommend just to get the timing down first on 155 raids and rush this lv 4 room. I'm not used to lv4 so I died twice right away not getting used to the speed of bomb throws. I also did use a thrall instead of barrage, and though blood barrage is more consistant, I think dps is better for someone making a lot of dung placement mistakes, the gear switch throws me off of swams and dung placment.
Thanks a lot for the video, I like preparing and kephri does require preparations. Observing this I noticed...
-as soon as you enter, 2 fireballs then dung
-afterwards, usually 4 fireball (up to 5) then dung
-if he makes eggs, then it resets and it does about 4-5 fireballs then dung
-when kephri has no more shield left, it usually does about 1-2 fireballs then dung

@@redeyejedi8615 yeah you have a lot of ticks to move since he does the melee damage as soon as he releases the projectile right? But still better be safe and hold a consistent rhythm rather than do it intuitively.

Thanks for the vid. Do the number of scarabs in the room dictate the frequency of the dung attacks? I've noticed that when you clear the agile scarabs, the dung gets thrown less frequently.
Yes I did briefly mention in the guide. With under 5 scarabs you will get an egg phase which replaces one of the dung attacks (:

what you use to mark with a black tile medic swarms? always radius marker? do ya have the monsterd ID ?
just normal "npc indicators" turn that on in runelite and then you can hold shift down and right click ANY npc and click "tag all"

@@Te079 yes and there is a plugin called "multi colour highlights" which you can download on the plugin hub which allows you to tag different npcs different colours

I’ve been sending attempt after attempt and keep planking. Twice now I’ve got Kephri unshielded but ended up trapping myself in dung. Jagex are real assholes not adjusting the medics for solo.

the struggles, I used to have that problem, getting trapped in a small area by the end and not being able to melee.. always at the last second too. 10 more kills and you will fix your own problems naturally. good luck grinding brother!

jagex was out of their mind when they made medic. It's bad enough even with 8man teams since most people don't wanna kill them, since they offer little to no points or for whatever reason, maybe lazy or don't care, or they think it's not worth killing them (muh dps higher) same as the idiots who refuse to kill soldier scarab.
But SOLO????? It should easily be worth at least 50 invocation. Heck, I would even pick solo warden insanity over this shit. At least insanity doesn't add half an hour to the raid.
