From what I've seen from the titan classes, they should make ROTB Stratosphere one due to him being the same size as the Nemesis and the Ark are to Earthrise Optimus.

It's amazing to think that the Autobots' ship has its own robot mode, now Megatron's warship has its own robot mode. Imagine that slugfest.

6:49 I think one of the designers mentioned that the "evo fusion" axes were done so that they could keep the look of the Nemesis while still passing safety tests, and I wouldn't be surprised if these panels were made like that for the same reason, so that they can pop off harmlessly instead of breaking into shards
That's fair, but they look more like those novelty knives that look like axes. If anything they are small throwing axes.

I actually didn't really like her robot mode in the photos, but seeing it in video...she looks EVIL. I love it. She has such a twisted look to her. Fantastic. Very glad I ordered her. Can't believe both the Ark and the Nemesis are now going to be with us after so many decades of the cartoon being out. Incredible.
Correction: The Nemesis did transform, as in WFC, Trypticon is the Nemesis
correction to your correction.
in WFC, the Nemesis was built from Trypticon's remains, he could not transform. He transformed from the space station that was Shockwave's base, into Trypticon himself.
Also The Ark was Omega Supreme in TF Animated

Never thought I'd see the day that they would be releasing things like this at retail. When I was a kid, the almost hilariously simple transformations of the original GoBots and Transformers like Bumblebee were amazing for the time, but now we get fully realized and transformable versions of Unicron, Nemesis, and the Ark. Just unreal.

The shoulder pylons and the back "wing" give me a seeker homage vibe. Her obvious con insignia face is grand, and she is colored in a way that gives me a hint of slipstream. All without compromise on her own design...I can't wait to have her.
I honestly believe The Ark looks like he's been hitting the gym, because in robot mode, whilst he may be a little shorter, he looks a lot more bulky and muscular compared to the Nemesis. I mean it looks like he even has a six-pack.

I wonder will Hasbro do the ships from Beast Wars, the Axalon and the Darksyde now that would also be cool to see as well as the Ark and the Nemesis does

When you put those two together like that, their designs practically tell everything about their personalities and character traits, even though they don't have one (at least, none that I could find on TFWiki). To me, it seems like:
Ark takes pride in his job as a carrier ship taking a great number of living beings to greater heights and new frontiers. He loves the prospect of exploring the unknown while sharing his discoveries and elation with those he carries. However, while he has numerous weapons and destructive capabilities, he absolutely despises combat, and can only take solace in being the ultimate saving grace for a major retreat, carrying as many soldiers and casualties out of a hellish warzone. The massive visible rocket engines on him may indicate that he is one of the faster vessels (even if that was clearly not the case in the majority versions of Transformers). So strong is his compassion and empathy for those he carries that in times of hardship and war, he carries a great burden, figuratively and literally.
Nemesis is a weapon of mass destruction, and she wouldn't have it any other way. She wants to relish in the personal destruction of so many lives she deems beneath her, which is pretty much everyone. She absolutely hates carrying what she deems "dead weight", preferring to use the numerous weapons on her to lay out as much carnage as possible. So strong is her determination to kill, especially her rival Ark, that perhaps the reason she is able to catch up to him is because she would put every fiber of her energy into catching up to her targets, even to the point of possible self-destruction.
Ark: *hates conflict*
Also Ark: *disables Nemesis by uppercuts*

Every time I see this Titan Class figure, along with the Ark, it immediately makes me think of the Tom Hanks quote from the movie, 'BIG'. . .

So much of her design evokes TFP Soundwave, from the posture, proportions & spikiness, to the slender Con insignia headsculpt. Pretty darn cool.
Personally, I'm planning to see how well her robot mode can hold War For Cybertron: Siege Shockwave.

I like the contrast between her and The Ark. The Ark is a more gentle giant type design, meanwhile The Nemesis looks more slender and creepy. I dig them both, need to get her so she can go along with The Ark.
I was thinking the Evo fusion gimmick, looks like a pair of flags, she can be stood watching a Cybertron game and waving them and yelling "Go Team, go!!" Before she starts dancing and causing havoc in the area when her team scores!
This looks like it blows away the ARK. I completely agree that some of the new characters like Axlegrease have allowed them to be more creative rather than a slave to an old design
I think the reason they don't use pins on the more flexible plastic is because that plastic is weaker and the pin could possibly fall out a whole lot easier or do more damage to the plastic.
I love that we finally have the NEMESIS! If I had this I would keep it in vehicle because thats mainly the reason why people bought the Ark
This is a fantastic figure. It's amazing that they were able to design a robot mode for such a unique structure.
I'm glad she's big and filled out in alt mode because they needed to do something to offset the lack of an additional voyager figure that the Ark came with.
I’m so glad she’s massive! I have a titan class shelf area with all of the titans except black zarak & haslab unicron, and I think she’ll fit perfectly opposite the ark! I think I’ll have her stalking over a smaller guy like menasor or something!

You were right about the hint on the ark box.
I have to say, of all the recent Titans that Has/Tak have made, the Nemesis seems to be my favorite of them all. She's got everything that I like in a Transformers figure; a robot mode with a new and original G1-like design that makes her intimidating, imposing, and menacing for the Autobots to go up against, great articulation and engineering, and some unique weapons (not so much with the tiny axes). Has/Tak is sure finding some ways to step up their game with a lot of their Legacy Transformers, although there are some that could be better.
Such an amazing design. They really captured the G1 look. I love the inclusion of the tiny seekers to give you a real sense of scale. I think they were left uncolored so anyone could just use their imagination to fill in which seekers they are. I could see a market forming of people sculpting other seekers to put in place of those for this. I would kill to get a scaled Apeface and Snapdragon to put on this.

Fantastic review PrimeVsPrime!!! This figure has blown away my mind, especially the lack of robot mode parts in starship mode. I decided to name her robot mode "Nemesis Maxima" (a.k.a. The Last Decepticon) LOL :D Keep on being amazing.
Are u forgetting about planet x apocalypse(Trypticon? From the wfc/FOC games? That version of Trypticon had a space station mode/robot mode/nemisis ship mode. Although I appreciate the G-1 ascetic as with the ark, it's just too two toned with that purple. But that head sculpt is niice. Great review!
Oh mate, this figure was an instant pick up for me - and you’re doing her justice here (so hard to film these big ones!) - you’ve done a terrific job!
They do keep upping the ante with these Titans - really makes me wonder what the next Haslab will be! My fingers are kind of crossed for Autobot City (SS86 style!) but I may need an extension to cope!!!

Or, you could call her the Mega Empress, like that female Megatron clone who combined with four other Decepticons to form Megatronia, but she wouldn't need to be a combiner; she'd wipe out armies on her own within astrocycles!

Thanks for this, I’ve never really had a transformers toy and was so hesitant with trying to transform it scared I would break mine, and boy are the instructions a bit hard to follow for a newbie. 😂
Okay the detachable shin guard cannons are neat and clever but the fin knives makes her look like she’s waving a pair of flags during a Velocitron race.
I am so glad this figure was made. This looks amazing. I will definitely pick this up. Also I just saw the deathsaurus prototype review and it looks amazing as well

Great video. I would never even consider buying the Nemesis based on the previous info and video released by Hasbro but she looks great in your video. I really like the creepy, almost Praying Mantis angular aesthetics going on and especially her arms and hands. I would defo consider this but it's whether I have space...
It's definitely a creative design, a very unique aesthetic. The shin blasters might be my favorite part.

She’s great. I’ve long had a thing for capital ships transformers….I’m planning a display featuring her, Ark, United Axalon and Lemon Tree Shockwave as Galvatron’s Revenge
also though theres only like 3 figures, you should try to find some World's Smallest Transformers online. they have Optimus, bee, and starscream and they should scale with these titans more accurately than any other figures

The shin bits becoming her handguns reminds me of how TR Fort Max's shin guns and little turret thing on his left leg could all be detatched from the mushroom peg to form either his blasters or a small shuttle (more convincing with toyhax)

I must admit, I don't a single thing about transformers, but this, this is BEAUTIFUL, and a work of ART this is.
I have to admit she looks great. Absolutely stunning toy. They really did the Nemesis justice.
I think the pick axes are really semaphore flags for her to signal to her seeker brood. :)

I love to imagine the pickaxes are her sorta backup surprise weapon, throwing them and jamming them into another larger bot before they blow up in a devastating explosion

Great review. Can those elbow flappy panels rotate upwards and lie along the upper arms? They just look wrong and unfinished hanging out the sides like that.

The Nemisis did transform as Trypticon in the Fall Of Cybertron video game, although the ship form was a permanent state which Trypticon could not transform back out from.
Likewise the Ark did have a robot mode in Transformers: Animated. Although it transformed into Omega Supreme, rather than being its own character.
I'm not really big on the Autobot Arc, but damn I'm so getting the Nemesis.

I wish they had done more to collapse or hide away the elbow kibble that pops off. Hopefully there is an upgrade kit to improve the interior of the panels

I had no idea a toy for the Nemesis even existed! WOW! 😲
I noticed that the bottom half of the ship resembles a ballroom gown before being transformed into the legs. I'm sure that's coincidental since the ship design is 40 years old and it just now has a robot mode, but I think it's worth exploring. Since the ship stands upright without the need to transform, I think it would be fine to display it with only the top half transformed. How about posing Nemesis half-transformed with Ark in robot mode hand-in-hand, performing a galactic waltz of good and evil? Just a thought.
Slight correction, in transformers fall of cybertron the nemesis is actually tripticon. But he wasn't able anymore to go back to his robotmode due to his transformation system was damaged(can't remember the name exactly)
Thus the nemesis did have á robot mode but with technicalities..
Tbh i just don't like her robotmode, it's just way to skinny and weak looking.
The elbow system is neat and is a standart we should hold hasbro to with all joints if i'm honest..
The parts that are used as weapons are neat but i find it strange they could not do something with the lower arms as like having them be huge arm canons like megatron has but maybe on both sides.
But is i'm honest idk if everyone wants such a big transformer knowing unicron isn't that wel liked either..
In certain continuities, Trypticon is suppose to be The Nemesis

For me, you does done a great job review this Titan class, PrimevsPrime. Oh my gosh, Titan class Nemesis look so fantastic between her space ship mode and her robot mode. Yeah, Nemesis does look like characteristics as Tarn's girlfriend or as Tarn's mother for my opinion. I love her robot mode 🤖, made Nemesis was the creepiest looking among Titan and among Decepticon, i love this idea so much 🤩! Use her fin space ship as a weapon such a super cool idea, however i just accept use her fin space ship as a gun rather than as very tiny axe. Use her fin space ship as a gun is cool, BUT use her fin space ship as very tiny axe is not really great idea at all because too small to fight any Titan that brave enough to challenge Nemesis, so just gun that i can accept. I love her very slender looking design, made Nemesis so creepy like i say earlier. Despite i do not have enough money to buy this Titan class, but i still can enjoy watching this video 😊.
