Thanks 🙏 for the step by step on the EPAS kit installation. I've got a 65 Fastback myself, and I went with the Borgeson kit, and a ididit tilt column.. Cars not done yet, so I'm looking forwards to getting the feel of it. Take care brother..
Thank you for your time. I have the same unit for my 53 1/2 ton pickup drag and drive build. I'm running a 1200 HP 6-71 blown/nitrous Chevy inline 6 292 and putting a pump and a P/S box and new column would have cost me way more than the $1500 I spent on the EPAS unit. Plus I get the stealth look. I'm also running electric A/C compressor with a remote condenser and a Spal fan from down under with an Old Air inside kit. More stealth.
Great video. I'm about to tackle this job on my 66 coupe. Was it difficult to tighten the 3 bolts on the bearing retainer plate? Did you have a second person to hold the bolts in the engine bay? I also have a Malwood under dash hydraulic clutch installed already. I there's not too much interference. Thanks again!
@@jcperea69 Yes my wife helped on the 3 bolt retainer. It is a little tight under the dash, my biggest problem was lifting the unit into place, it’s kinda heavy lifting it while laying on your back 😀

Need conversion kit for 2013 Kia rio electric steering column module for my buggy
Well, I guess that is alot easier and quicker than fooling around with a bunch of 'custom fabrication'
