Best Olympus Flexible Ureteroscope Port (Forcep / Irrigation Plug) Adapter with Biopsy Port Seal

This is the better irrigation port (Olympus MAJ-2092 Forceps Irrigation Plug) for ureteroscopes, especially when used in combination with the adjustable Biopsy Port Seal (Gyrus / ACMI model #BPS-A).
You should be using the Gyrus / ACMI model #BPS-A for your Storz and other ureteroscopes. It simply requires a Luer lock.
Olympus MAJ-891 Forceps / Irrigation Plug Port is not well-suited for ureteroscopy. It does have its place in cystoscopy.

Do you prefer to use the Mac 891 or the Mac 2092 when pulling stents in the office with your flex cystoscope ?

I prefer the Olympus MAJ-891 Reusable Forceps/Irrigation Plug (Isolated Type) for in-office procedures using the digital flexible cystourethroscope.
