The eternal d6 didn't delete the shop items because they were duplicated by the Crooked Penny. They shared the same item subdata, so they were going to all react the same.
its still predictable, each item has a quality modifier and some have an item pool modifier, but pills, cards, keys and bombs all just have a value of 2
and runes are only special if the recipe contains no bombs keys coins or red hearts (in which case the rune will massively increase the chance of a planet room item
The infinite fart thing is a bug with some mods and the black bean item. It got changed in some patch to fart 5 times quickly, but some mods havent updated so they change the timer to zero.
