We're living a world of adult-children. Guy makes a stupid, arguably dangerous joke and should have just apologized once he realized she didn't appreciate it and then has the nerve to sue the lady for damages. Lady over-dramatizes the situation, gets "traumatized" at the drop of a hat and quits her job. Lady's husband can't control his emotions and blows up in public to the point where the police has to get called. I lost some IQ points listening to their stories.

It doesn’t necessarily mean the party is guilty of the claim. In addition, I talk with my hands too. And sometimes I might have something in my hand. She also talks with her hands too. I'm sorry, I usually agree with JM, but she is flat out incorrect on this one. She stated Walmart wouldn't have suspended him for "no reason", a large corporation like that, with a loud squawking employee claiming a "death threat" was made on her, so much so she CALLED THE POLICE, that's all Walmart needs so they avoid lawsuits, the claim/allegation doesn’t need to be true.
I worked for Nestle Corporate for 6 years... their "Cover Their Ass" files and team of lawyers are prepared at the drop of a hat. She's got some serious issues. I've met her kind and his kind, and I'd rather be stuck with 100 of his kind at work 24/7 vs one of her kind. I was in a similar situation as he was. I had told the "mall gossip" that he needs to let my people do their job and he turned around whining that I threw him out of my store and he went to 5 stores in our strip mall boohooing about how mean/hateful I was. Insult to injury, I was told, by my manager and his manager, I had to apologize to him because I hurt his feelings. I was livid. I transferred to a different facility in a different mall, and he was put in the main store of our company because they found that he actually did go to all the stores and kept employees from doing their job. I never got an apology though. The company I worked for was actually sh!tt!er than Walmart. I had to quit due needing back surgery (which made me 100 % disabled) yet I never got a get well/ farewell/thank you card after 15 years of service.

I know first hand that someone can blow something out of proportion and ruin someone else like this. That business's will err on the side of caution and remove the potential liability.
I had a friend get fired for talking about assassin's creed with a coworker while they were working in the back. Someone overheard and reported him for making death threats. He got banned from the store even after 3 other people that were present told HR that he was only talking about a video game and no one had been threatened. They told him that since 1 person was afraid they had to let him go and ban him from all of their stores.
Same jerk that reported my friend got 3 other people fired for similar things before HR finally canned him. But they never retracted the ban for my friend or even apologized after realizing who the real problem was.
A lot of business's don't care about the truth, just what will protect them from more trouble.

JM is moronic sometimes. If he was caught on video threatening someone’s life he wouldn’t be suspended he would be fired immediately. Of course it’s policy to suspend someone accused of something like that DURING THE INVESTIGATION. Because there’s no proof yet and they’re trying to protect themselves in case it’s true, but also protect themselves if it isn’t. Because a wrong move can be a liability and a mega corporation like fucking Walmart 1000% has such policies to protect their asses.
What universe is she in? Sometimes she’s such an airhead. It’s my biggest pet peeve. Like “why did x do that to you?” “I don’t know” “well there must be a reason!” Girl, sometimes you don’t know why someone does something to you.
