This is one of the most peaceful guided meditations I have participated in and it works for me! Such a relieving feeling when I completed the entirety of the meditation (usually I am unable to stay focused during meditation and sometimes it doesn’t feel right), but this guided meditation felt right for me, Thank you!
The sound of horses and nature helped me relax and ease any stress or tension I was holding.

I believe meditation should be taught to beginners in a herd of horses! The space/energy they hold helps us drop into meditative SO much faster/easier :)
