TIPS:
*When the meringue is baked keep it inside the oven without taking out to cool completely. This can take 3-4 hours or leave it inside overnight. Make sure to switch off the oven after the baking time is over. Don’t open the oven door during this time at all..
*If you want more cream,double the heavy cream amount. I think the amount I am using is perfect but if you prefer more feel free to increase the amount:)
INGREDIENTS:
For PAVLOVA
-3 large egg whites
-150g (3/4cups) Sugar
-1 tsp white vinegar - VINEGAR & CORN STARCH HELPS TO BUILD THE GOOEYNESS INSIDE THE MERINGUE
-1 tsp corn starch
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Cream
-125 ml (1/2 cup) Heavy cream (with 30% or more fat content)
Fruits of your choice, I am using Strawberries and blue berries..
You can Substitute with Kiwi, mango, passion fruit, raspberries etc.,
Bake:
260F degrees (125C)
1 hour and 5 minutes
