You could make the pond a little bigger and add a dock to it with fishing gear. That would be cute.
Yay for Eric getting a property!! Whenever you finally open up cooking some apple recipes would be nice. Can also just drop an apple or so on the ground!
Did you try placing the fishing rod right next to the swing bench? It might look a bit more like it’s being rested against the swing instead of defying gravity.
I have really looked forward to each installment of this series! Love the format! One thing I have on one of my islands is a "wall" of jail bars on my long side. The balloons follow the wall to the front of my island before they float across. It makes them easy to find. It's not practical for this challenge, but it's a good tip. 🙂
Absolutely loving this series I know I say it all the time but I wish more Animal Crossing content creators would do these things I hope that you continue to do series like this It's engaging and it's nice to look forward to a new video every day to just watch for like 15-30 minutes I love it ❤ And I can't say it enough You're humor is absolutely so funny I love it!!! 😂🏵️
Acorn & pine cone DIY items would look great by Eric's house. Some mushroom and pumpkin items would too. I am loving how Eric's area is turning out.

Ive been watching for 4 days while on vacation, i binged the series thus far while finishing my bugs and fish in my museum and now im looking needing more for the art grind lol
You should try watching Dagnel's ACNH challenges if you haven't already! I personally recommend the Full Museum Speedrun video, almost 2 hours of wonderfully interesting background noise to assist you in the grind :)
With the apples and barrels Erik could be making and selling cider. Also, I could be wrong, I only got a glimpse of the screen, but I’m pretty sure Leif was selling sugar cane on one of his visits. Maybe double check for crops on his next visit?
Omg I LOVE the cider idea!! He already has those apple trees and everything, that'd be so adorable ☺️ and It'd be super cool if he had the sugar cane by his house for only the freshest ingredients in his cider lol. Although, he'd have to get the cane from a NMT island because he can't buy crops from Leif per his rules.

Do you have the clothesline? I always like pairing that with the wash tub item.
Since Eric is a Reindeer and they are from the north it would be cool if you add like more stone (like stonearch) for a bit of an archaeological feeling
The fact that you are not grabbing the maple leaves floating near you is VERY triggering for me 😂
God these vids are the highlight after a long work day. Tbh I think this is a very solid start for Eric’s property. Maybe it would be nice to plant flowers/weeds in between. Also you could add a stall with food recipes to make like a little farmers stall next to his house or in front of the property! Can’t believe we are already on day 19….
the haybeds next to the barrels were nice!! you could make a flower/gardening station(?) thing for the mud patches too. i’m not sure what diy items u could use but the diy mum pillows and watering cans could be sweet there

I'm on day 19 at this point it would be beyond cheeky of me not to sub, keep up the awesome vids!
Keep the green sign! It’s better. And prop the fishing rod up on the mossy rock! I don’t like the rocking chairs and do not mind the empty space you left in the build. I could tell you were overthinking this one and really want to make something great, but I’ll be happy with whatever you come up with! The best part of this game is that we all play differently. Take my opinions with a grain of salt and just try to have fun!
Oh maybe put the rocking chairs on the beach facing the water

just a reminder in case this hasn’t been done or brought up yet in the series (i missed some middle episodes), you can call in an amiibo villager every day and they will give you a DIY recipe every time
