Beatles song at beginning sounds like the Little Richard, cover, Long Tall Sally. Well, the movie is Beatles 64 about their first visit to America, so no, later period probably not featured... Peter Jackson reedited and restored additional footage from their 'Let It Be' project into a 8 hour documentary and called it 'Get Back'. He also restored the audio and music. Rumors are that he is restoring early Beatles live concert recordings so the music can be distinguished over the screaming and poor audio recordings.
That sounds awesome, it would be exciting to hear higher quality versions of those songs! The "Now and Then" song they cleaned up with AI sounds amazing.
You should watch it. No there isn't later stuff, this is purely about February 1964 when the Beatles first came to America to do the Ed Sullivan Show, their first concert in the US at the Washington Coliseum in DC and at Carnegie Hall, their press conference, in their hotel room, interviews with fans then and now. It's great, you should watch it. Please don't diss their early music, THAT is what made them instantly the best thing going! It's what caused "BEATLEMANIA" I lived through that as a teenager and the music you call "bubblegum" was like nothing we had ever heard before. It was FANTASTIC sounding and changed everything. If it weren't for that, you would never have had the later stuff you like. It wasn't Bubblegum music anyway, that came later with a few other groups. PLEASE don't refer to the Beatles as a "Boy Band" THAT is NOT what they were. They were a rock band. "That term didn't exist until "New Kids on The Block," "Backstreet Boys," and "NSYNC" came along. The BEATLES weren't put together, like Boy Bands were, they formed naturally. The Beatles didn't do choreographed dance routines while singing like those Boy Bands did. Boy Bands also NEVER played ANY instruments either, didn't always write their own songs. The Beatles wrote their own songs, played their own instruments while singing, but NO choreographed dancing. BIG Difference. Paul played bass, electric and acoustic guitar, piano, drums, ukelele, and more, John played rhythm, acoustic, electric, bass guitar, and piano. George played lead, acoustic guitar and sometimes bass if Paul was playing something else, he also played sitar and ukelele, Ringo, of course, was the drummer and percussionist.

The Beatles really were the best.
It's hard to think of a band that can really compete with their legacy.
That wasn't Nixon. It's Ed Sullivan.
Ugh, that was dumb of me LOL.
