    Dave, thank you for the videos. I am learning LLMs mainly following people on social media. After 6 months of practice I have similar conclusions as yours. This technology is a game changer for me I have medical background without any IT education now I can write code in Python and build apps thanks to LLMs.

      It's evident you have a strong grasp of this field. Could you share more about how you approach the balance between software engineering and data science in your projects, and any specific challenges you've encountered while transitioning between these roles?

    Great stuff Dave, really enjoying your content. What route would you advise to go from an unstructured individual pdf to a structured json output with the help of an api?

      Here are my top five use cases for AI right now that almost EVERY business can benefit from:
      1. Enterprise data Q&A chatbot (for internal use)
      2. Onboarding chatbot for new employees / customers
      3. Content generation assistant
      4. Customer service assistant
      5. AI Assisted Automations (advanced)

    Could you do a video that shows "in action" how to create with Python (and probably LangChain) a chain of several prompts?

    Very informative input Dave, a little question about the cleanliness of output in relation to input data, does function calling help mitigate this issue by directing the llm to answer in a more concise context when certain more predictable variables are identified as keywords? What are your thoughts on function calling, Thank you

    • @daveebbelaar
      @daveebbelaar  9 місяців тому +1

      Thanks! Function calling can definitely help guide the AI toward more concise answers as an intermediate step. The challenge is that it requires more API queries, which increases both costs and processing time. I've also tried to address this issue by using regular expressions and pattern matching in one solution, to reduce the need for multiple queries. In that case, I hardcoded the rules with RegEx to decide where to search for information.

    Are the azure models locked down and biased though RLHF like openAI? Are openAPI apis less locked down than chatgpt?

    • @daveebbelaar
      @daveebbelaar  9 місяців тому

      Yes they are also tuned through RLHF. They are clones of OpenAI's models, deployed in Azure. Could you elaborate on your second question?

    • @richardsantomauro6947
      @richardsantomauro6947 9 місяців тому

      It seems chatgpt and gpt-x must have differences in their RHLF. Maybe pass through. These rest apis are FAR more accurate and less biased and constrained than the ChatGpt UI on the web site in my experimentation. @@daveebbelaar
