You ought to have a small in-wall electric heater and air conditioner package as well. Portable space heaters are not all that safe in that they can be knocked over.

The attic area is vented by two 8" under-eave vents, one at each gable end.

Lol... never heard of the 'sleep police'. The most common scenario in regards to code enforcement is when a neighbor calls in and complains... which is why we recommend abiding by your local shed codes, and you'll never have anything to worry about.
The Shed Shop Yeah I meant like the 'no sleeping on benches' and such regulations for the homeless ......incidentally on another video I heard about some talk of revising those codes, as some people build their own tiny homes downtown, but unlike as intended with your sheds, they want to live in them permanently.

Mary Mills contrary to that, they are 100% professionally designed and engineer to barely meet the minimum standards with money saving in every possible way, tuff shed industries know what they’re doing, it’s just that some people don’t want to pay a lot for just a shed

+Ethan Wood - many of our "Studio" customers come to us after getting quotes from contractors for room additions for 75K and up, and think a finished Shed Shop Studio for 20K is a good value.
I want to go to their showroom and take a Taco Bell shit on the floor.
The Shed Shop what he’s trying to say, is that 20k is way overpriced, 75k it’s just crazy (10x12) studio will not cost you 10,000 to build, so to pay you or anyone over 10k in just profit it’s way overpriced
If you have to get a permit for plumbing or electrical that means you don’t own the property, the government does, real ownership means you can do whatever you want in your property without permission from anybody but yourself.
I'd rather get a tiny house and live where it's legal. I wouldnt want to use this pretty building for storage! There are too many limitations to how you could use it.
+jewellm61 - yes... if you're looking for living space (sleeping, cooking, bathroom, etc.), our "Studio" is not the solution. These are more for homeowners who just need an extra room for a home office, hobby room, exercise room, etc.
