The problem you mentioned about 'knowing what's good for yourself but not being able to do it' is also one of my biggest problems. I think about it everyday and still don't have an answer. This is so frustrating!!!
Hello 2025 and hello Nil. I totally understand forcing myself into good habits; I've struggled with it for years. For me, the best approach has been first understanding why I want to do something, and weighing the long-term benefits against the consequences of not doing it. Attaching the habit to a specific goal also helps, because then you have something tangible to strive towards. Based on my list of habits, I assign each one a specific time and place, like my morning routine, night routine or after school routine, which eliminates the guesswork and helps my brain focus rather than overthinking. one your routine set in place it will become second nature. It gets tough at first because you will have to readjust your mind to a new program but after 4 days it gets easier. I hope this helps

Kayli makes that way and it makes sense. Massaging after oiling makes my hair falls much more. Love you.💕
