An idea came, idk if its workable or not but what if you keep a surprise dessert every week or something like that( a new surprise product that you can come up with those unused ingredients of the eliminated products) ( it will allow you to not waste those unused ingredients and not being sad about any product not working as it will only give you more opportunity to come up with another surprise?) Maybe customers can get curious about the surprise dessert and will come more whats more there to try? And whatif the surprise idea did work for you it will no longer be just a sign for you to coverup those unused products❤ it will only add to your business I hope.
