In Kanban we should categorize our work items by Expedite, Fixed Date, Standard, Intangible to reduce delays. We can estimate (SLE) how long it will take before our customer can get their product. We always want to reduce cycle time, deliver flow of value.
At any given time we can Pull PBI to Sprint?? So why do we have sprint length ?? My point is in Kanban at anytime we have capacity we can always pull PBI in, but in scrum after sprint planning we cant just pull PBI from Product backlog to sprint backlog, that why we have sprint goal 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thank you for another great tutorial on Kanban.

I see alot of interrelationships with Scrum, my question is, how's prioritizing and estimation done in Kanban?

I feel Scrum is also a Pull system because the developers are the ones pulling the work from the product backlog to sprint backlog.
