Hello sir, I like to add a point that there is a performance related pay as well with is equal to 40% of annual basic (I.e. 2.4 lakhs) given once in a year according to the performance of the employee as well as the SBU where he/she is posted.
Sir PSUs me job lifetime till 60 tak permanent or secure hai na koi job se nikalega toh nhi job jayegi toh nhi or sir kya PSUs bhi ek government job hai ki nhi yehi abhi tak samaj nhi aaya sir help kar digiye confused hu
PSU bhi govt job h.. bs rules alag hote h.. yes u will retire at 60 but kaam nii karoge toh koi izzat nii dega kahin pein bhi, aur agar kaam karoge to izzat bhi hoga aur job se bhi koi nii nikalega chahe woh sarkari naukri ho ya private naukri
