@MP-ef6mc - Thats because so many women have embraced unGodly feminism, which tells them they don't to keep their husbands if they don't want to, so they move on from their commitment for little to no good reason.
There's no such thing as reasonable or fair in honest trading. It's what someone is willing to pay and what someone is willing to settle for. You think like a socialist.
It must be nice to have a beautiful home with fond memories of your family. Where you're able to pick some stuff from a collection and make yourself 10 grand. God Bless
Mike is really if you see his beginnings of his story ,you can see at like pre teen and his interest grew from bycicles, and grew ,as he I think met people ( 60 at flea markets ,etc ) and was naive and had no idea but filmed himself. And believed in the show ,not for lucrative gain but to document his journey like a journal ,but he's still ,he knew his partner since 8 yes old!¡ anyways I'm a collector , of antiques ,books ,etc and I saw the show like for 12 yes ago and today I looked it up WiFi on my small cell ,no TV watching it ,saw him tell his story with 2 of the producers like 2019!! Relaxing show !!!! And boy is he fair!!!!!
If u don't value something to it's full potential then how can u not sell to these guys, they bring back the beauty to all the things they buy and that makes even the most sentimental things live on.
I would like to see some episodes that show what happens to the stuff they purchase. Did it get back on the road? How it was used or repurposed? ETC.....
$2,000 out of the park, nice offer. And appreciate that these guys travel & have overheads. As every purchase is a potential risk of loss, as something's only as much as what the next guy will pay.
Way back in the late 60’s to 80’s. I use to scrounge all over for old bikes to restore. I mostly ended up getting them for free or a couple $100 bucks. I made a little teaching school to give high school kids a chance to learn about engineering and resto work. I miss working with them tons of fun. I
In 1968 I took my Raleigh bicycle to CB "Red"' Klinedinst for new tires and to have the rims trued. Then MLK got shot, and after the riots, my Mom and I had to drive through broken glass on the streets to pick up my bike. It was an iffy situation.
Amazing to see 100 year old motorcycle parts. But I like Jay Leno's Garage elect better, when he explains the technology behind him, and why the parts Roundup we can figure the way that they were. I don't know just have to be and I'm not really care what they are claiming they're buying the parts for
Oh my another shallow assessment based on looks. Probably have a deep hatred of Mike from Wheeler Dealers as well. Don't watch the Odd Couple or any buddy cop movies. You won't like it.
Help! 😢 My boyfriend Billy has collected a lot of cool stuff..too much . I think if YOU CAME HERE!!. he may give some up. I m sure there is a lot worth but after while it will be worthless or worth more 😉
Man then pictures got a steal I will pay 7 G's for what he just picked up but from that man not from Mike I'll still offer them closer to 5 because he only paid 33 but I understand they're worth a whole lot more I wonder did he ended up getting the motors as well I would not have stopped there I would had said let's move on let's keep on looking for more motorcycle stuff
you get to be on TV and get bent over at the same time. These people could ebay this stuff for top dollar. Instead, they give a big discount to these guys.
Catch new episodes of American Pickers when the series returns Mon Oct 21 at 9/8c
😂😂
I appreciate how considerate these guys tend to be with the people they deal with...respectable conduct is so important.
Nothing more wholesome then the way he looked at her
I love watching these older couples who love each other genuinely. You really don’t see that much anymore.
But r the old people as fake as Mike and the other guy?
@@peggywalker2229 I hope you find help from our great and loving Creator in your brokenness.
@MP-ef6mc - Thats because so many women have embraced unGodly feminism, which tells them they don't to keep their husbands if they don't want to, so they move on from their commitment for little to no good reason.
The way that he loves his wife is just adorable. Relationship goals.
Yeah i was thinking the same thing. I wish i was like that. Maybe one day.
When he called her kid❤️
I am not really into motorcycles but Mikes enthusiasm makes me want one
That couple was so sweet, I loved when he called her "kid"...quality people!!
These guys are so much more reasonable/fair then pawn stars it’s insane
That's cause they given unreasonable offers.$2000 for a sign yeah right.
facts
vic dman - well if it's a rare sign in as good condition as that is in then yeah, $2000 is reasonable.
Only on TV probably

What a perfect couple enjoying their life together, oh ya the motorcycle frame was cool too 😊
Hats off to Mike. He knows his stuff and is willing to really step up to buy.
Unlike "Pawn Stars" cheaters, "American Pickers" always leaves behind a cheerful smile on those people face.
@Steven Hickman Have you seen any rare 100 year old iphones for sale?
Sounds like you're full on $hit.

I think the old man was going to say 50 but frank threw 2000. So fair. What a good guy
I would like to see some episodes that show what happens to the stuff they purchase. Did it get back on the road? How it was used or repurposed? ETC.....
Half a loaf is better then none. Well said.
Oh my, that Corvette!
No titz
Instead of bringing it to pawn stars, you can offer it to mike to earn more money. Lol
Pawn Stars would never buy dusty pieces of 90 year old motorcycles, lol.
I sure hope they send those people pictures of the progress on those old family relics. ❤
I live in Reading Pa. and did not know there was a bike company from there.
Great episode!😁
Great show ! We Brazilians people love Mike & Frank, American Pickers! We Hope you visit us. From Rio Brazil !

Nice couple
Well maintained house & yard.
Mike and Frank are a great team

Such a sweet old couple...
Better show with Frank
In 1968 I took my Raleigh bicycle to CB "Red"' Klinedinst for new tires and to have the rims trued. Then MLK got shot, and after the riots, my Mom and I had to drive through broken glass on the streets to pick up my bike. It was an iffy situation.

Loved the Philmont belt buckle the seller was wearing. :)
I'll take the Vette convertable in the drive.
Hahah what a sly dog. He put the parts together to make them look like 1 pice to get a deal
Amazing to see 100 year old motorcycle parts. But I like Jay Leno's Garage elect better, when he explains the technology behind him, and why the parts Roundup we can figure the way that they were. They sold to the right person
Mike you area the show! Frank you only want to double or triple your money you have the social skill of a broom
Oh my another shallow assessment based on looks. Probably have a deep hatred of Mike from Wheeler Dealers as well. Don't watch the Odd Couple or any buddy cop movies. You won't like it.
Easy 10k+
2 grand for that little sign !!!!!!!
Paying a high price for the sign, set the relationship for the bike parts.
No ones dropping 2gs on a sign to only make 500
🍾🍾🍾
"I'll keep that for down the road"...does that guy have access to the fountain of youth? There's not much road left on that guy...
They forgot the corvette
if i came as a picker I would give scrap value. 100usd tops for everything.
Phantom Warrior But don’t you wanna make the most money possible?
You have no idea what Indian motorcycles and parts are worth.
@@larryl1427 well its all about buying from people who are huge hoarders and probably have no idea about the item's worth.
If rick was there they would have paid rick to talk to them
you can tell it was bitter sweet for the gal....
This guys are the opposite of pawnstars they pay the people good money
probably took the bikes apart and stuck them in a wall to dodge taxes or something... lol
Don't get $2000 for sign
3000 for bike

What? They give fair prices. That's more of a pawn stars thing. Put some effort in if your going to make a joke.
@@kylekarcher yes thats a pawnstars thing. So what is your problem then? 😂
Overpriced junk

you get to be on TV and get bent over at the same time. These people could ebay this stuff for top dollar. Instead, they give a big discount to these guys.
