Honestly, I’ve heard of both of those movies, but I was never interested in them. If I were to imagine how one of Joe Bonamassa songs would be it would probably be more of all the lines of either from dusk, till Dawn, all three of them, death proof, planet, terror, and my personal favorite Sin City.
Funny that you say that, because one of the actors in the video, Christian Madsen, is the son of Michael Madsen who has been in many Tarantino films.

Since Joe introduced us to Nerdville in Nashville, I’ve noticed a gradual change in his music. More Nashville-style rock & roll, less British-style blues/rock, though not strictly country. Blues/rock was new to me when I first discovered Joe, and now he’s bringing us even another kind of music. Honky-tonk blues, maybe? Will there be a sequel to follow in the storyline? One thing for certain about Joe, he’s always moving forward and thinking outside the box!

Actually Joe has been working more 20 years in Nashville. He mentioned it in an interview after he and his gf bought a condo not far from The Ryman. That was about 2019 if memory serves. He writes with a lot of songwriters there. He now mainly lives in NY not far from Central Park where he goes to ride his very cool bike. Yes I watch a lot interviews 😂. Nerdville Gotham😳

Love to see Joe play with Billy Strings. Loved when Billy played with Tommy Emmanuel. Billy and Joe could really have some fun. Billy even had Derek Trucks smiling when he played with him at the Ryman.

Amazing Joe. Not only the outstanding singing and wicked guitar, just the musicality of the song. The video is amazing too. One of my guitar playing friends,a fellow lefty knew the Madsen family way back when we were both still in high school. @@Jowls2024 The case says Epiphone on it, and now looking at it....looks like an Explorer case to me. In reviewing Joe's signature models, he has no Explorer models that have been done yet; he's got a few Les Paul models, some ES335/355 models, Flying V, and Firebirds....but no Explorers....maybe just conjecture/dreaming on my part and maybe has nothing to do with the imminent release of a new signature model.
