I owned one back in the day ,less than 20 miles to the gallon (hard riding) i had mine all ported and tuned ,so it used to blow up every other weekend ! but i had loads of fun on it !! the handling was a bit "suspect" but you got used to it ! ? I still ride now with my hand on the clutch lever ,ready for that strange sound and the rear wheel lock up !!!!!!
Thats about the only place you can safely ride those crazy triples with the friggin hinge in the middle, leaking forks that were ALWAYS off balance, and brakes that didn't. I still can't figure out how I survived owning both a 500 and a 750 ........

I've got one in great shape with chambers on it , Most fun of all the bikes I have!

It drinks gas like crazy. 20 mpg on a really good day. so I hear.
