I just hate how obsessed our culture is with asking people invasive questions like when they are getting married or having kids! It’s no one else’s business at all. Some people seriously have no respect or shame. Amanda you don’t owe anyone anything!!
Also, there’s no one right way to do things and people need to understand that.
I agree but when u tubers make videos where they share so much of their lives i guess people think its justified to ask such invasive questions.

I am so sorry for the pathetic comments that people have been saying about whether you’re pregnant or not. Firstly we have no idea what Amanda or any woman is going through. Secondly just because a couple is married for a year or more. Doesn’t mean they need to have a child straight away. Until Amanda says she’s pregnant. People back off

I think because of the internet and the vlogging culture, parasocial relationships have become a thing where the audience feels as though they know the person they're watching on a screen. But we must remember, everything that is posted is not the whole story, we just get glimpses of a curated online persona. Before we make assumptions or speak ill of anyone, we must remind ourselves that these are real people with real feelings. Please be kind.

I’ve been a quiet follower of you for a few years now and we are going through the same point in life (ie just married, moving in together, similar career passions). I really resonated with you when you talk about where you want to live vs what makes sense for a family in the distant future. I absolutely love where my husband and I live, however our families live in 2 separate cities where neither of us currently believe we’ll be happy. Yet I recognize the importance of having family nearby when it comes time to have children. Inshallah we both figure it out and trust in Allah’s plan! Loved this video ❤️❤️

I can’t imagine living online and people talking about me being pregnant or not. It bothers me enough if I say I feel sick to someone I know and they joke and say ohh you’re pregnant. It’s just inappropriate. Why don’t people get that.

As far as feeling grownup, I’m 50 and still don’t feel old lol! You will do grownup things but up until 5 yrs ago it hit me physically in my looks and joints, I physically can’t do what I use to but that’s because of peri menopause. Other than that enjoy your youth and don’t take anything for granted. ETA: if anybody is reading this, the most important advice I can give is please wear sunscreen everyday! The sun damages your skin and causes wrinkles and that advice was not given to me. ❤
I heard intermittent fasting helps with pre menopausal symptoms. So maybe look into it...diet has alot to do it.
@@fc849 I’ve been trying that and adding more protein. Unfortunately I can’t eat a lot of certain foods which make me feel worse with my digestion. I’m trying though, it’s a lot of learning by trial and error.

Having a baby straight away wouldn’t be ideal. Unless, y’all are 100% ready. Experience life along side your family as a newly married couple since you haven’t yet. Get some perspective on life. Watch the dynamic between Lena as a mother and your parents to better prepare for what to expect. Enjoy your life and prioritize your wellbeing. Get to know your family at this stage in your life and your partners family. I feel like you’ve hit a wall living in San Antonio. Move to a busy city like Dallas or your hometown. You’re not working your husband is. So, use that alone time with your family
