There are more options though... CUE Claims and the option I'll take, litigation. I had a contracted exam that submitted erroneous evidence and ultimately led to an obvious denial. There was no misunderstanding or clerical error, it was malicious intent. Eventually reached out to the local VSO who reached out to big VA and was told "I'd better stop poking my nose around things." It's game time now! I not only want my claim adjudicated properly, but I now want any involved to seek new careers. We fought foreign wars for interest groups/entities simply to return home and continue the fighting. Something's going to change.
Thank you Nate, another great video!! The information that Hill & Ponton puts out is so valuable. Without this information so many of us would not be successful. THANK YOU H&P!
My first claim-appeal 1976.Still undecided in my small opine. Am currently in a 90 day channel, pursuant to a "final decision", from BVA. I’m about to file a higher level appeal is it better to do in the VA app or paper mail processing, or does it even matter?
I was diagnosed with headaches back in 2018. But was given a rating of 0 percent in March of this year. Should I appeal.
The HLR process for the PCAFC program claim denial is very complicated on the form. I've got to get it to a RO to get help.
