I think you missed how Michael realized it was Freddo who betrayed him. In Havana. when Freddo and Johnny Ola were introduced to each other at dinner, they acted like they had never met. At the sex club, Senator Geary asks Freddo how he knew about the place, Freddo blurted out that he found the club through Johnny Ola. Michael was right behind them and heard everything.
Oh you’re right I think!
The actor who played Fredo, John Cazale, starred in five films in his life before he died of cancer at a young age. All five of those films with him were either nominated for Best Picture or won Best Picture. He played the supporting roles but Pacino and De Niro considered him the best actor among all of them. Cazale didn't have leading man looks but he was a titan as an actor and in the Godfather movies, he did everything right by playing Fredo as pathetic but slightly sympathetic with just the right balance. RIP to that man.
One of my friends actually was around town here in LA randomly wearing a John Cazale shirt, he kinda ran into Meryl Streep somewhere around here on the Westside, and she stopped, looked at the shirt, pointed, and said, "That's my man" in a boss lady tone before walking off with a smile since they were a couple just before he passed away.
Damn! Never knew the actor who played Fredo was so esteemed and I love hearing people get there well deserved accolades. Thanks for sharing ☀️💯💪🏽
@@NerdTV313 Yessirrrr. He was with Pacino in Dog Day Afternoon, another treasure of 70's cinema, and other flicks like The Deer Hunter with prime De Niro, Christopher Walken, and others. Cazale was the man so I'm grateful I could share that.
Love the reactions, by the way, and subbed. Can't wait to see more from you guys!
When young Vito came back for Don Ciccio, one of his friends (the one who introduce him) was Tomassino. Tomassino, much older obviously, helped Michael in Italy when he killed the police officer and Sollozo. If you remember, Tomassino walked always with a cane due to a limp. That limp was produced because of the shot on the knee when he was young, in that moment when Vito murdered Ciccio.
Wow good catch boss!
i think we can all agree kay got off easy with that slap michael gave her.
lol we don’t condone that!
That last flashback scene is really haunting when you realize that everyone in that scene, except for Connie is now dead and everyone died from violence due to that life.
It's interesting to see someone else rank the two films the way I do, because many people believe that Godfather II is superior.
Between Fredo and Kate...Michael had to make the right choices to keep his family safe, even though no one will be happy about it. Especially him...
Heavy is the head!
Well done, you were very perceptive that the Pentangelli brothers were so connected that Frank and his brother had a code of honor, and that Frank would be shamed for testifying against the Corleones.
Godfather 2 is a wonderful bookend to the original, which is oparetic. They're both tremendous. Thanks for posting.
Couldn't agree more!
Fun Fact: Connie is also Adrienne in the Rocky movies.
Oh wow yes she is!
I actually enjoyed The Godfather Part 2 more than the first one. Mostly because of the flashback scenes about the rise of a young Vito Corleone played excellently by Robert De Niro. He earned an Oscar for his performance. I also enjoyed how Micheal met his match with his enemy Hymn Roth. They basically were playing chess against each other trying to outmaneuver the other. But at the end Micheal was smarter than Roth. I did think that Micheal should have let Fredo live but I understand why he took him out at the same time. Fredo was a liability but he was still his brother at the end! I also liked how they showed at the end how Micheal used to be his own man before he became apart of the family business. Micheal plans for his future died when his father got shot in the first Godfather. That is the real tragedy of Micheal. The Godfather Part 1 is a Masterpiece but The Godfather Part 2 is the Greatest sequel of all time. The Godfather Part 3 is the weakest of the 3 sequels but it does have it's moments. Connie is my favorite character in Godfather 3 you'll see why. 😉 Great reaction yall!
Mo Green was Bugsy Malone, and Herman Roth is Miles Lanske
That baby was Fredo and had pneumonia. Weak fredo origin...
Fredo was actually a great actor who died early
He suggested that he lay on a chair during the dialog with Michael to look weak...
Now you know why gf and gf2 both won best picture academy awards
And thank you for joining us on this journey!
Y'all don't know wtf is going on!? LMAO
Santino is the Oldest, Fredo is the second Oldest and then comes Michael and Connie is the youngest. Santino is the one who got shot in the first movie
Thanks for the info, hope you enjoyed!
And Tom is the adopted brother he’s around Santino’s age
Yea I remember Santino saying he was Tom’s friend and Vito took him off the street
My boi Michael was sittin in the sunset like Thanos lol It is done, can I rest?
The shot was fire!
Yeah the 'keep your friends close' line is originally from this movie.
That is crazy!
Both part 1 and part 2 are intense. You see the loneliness of the man at the top of a violent empire. Al Pacino is awesome in the coming of age movie Scent of a Woman as well.
His story was told extremely well
Sonny is Santino's nickname & he's the oldest. Then Fredo then Michael.
Thanks for the info, you hope enjoyed the content!
Looking forward to more movies
Stay tuned 💯💪🏽
Yeah Santino is Sonny’s real name.
We realized that a little late!
Great reaction!!
Thank you!! 😁
Ayo this one was waaaay better then the first bro
Much love!

Im loving the content yall keep it up
Stay tuned 💯
You guys are adorable lol.
❤️💯
In the end all he had was his sister connie and his non blood brother Tom
Man when you look at it that way, it’s really not worth it lol.
great reaction keep it up
Thank you! Will do!
Im waiting for the next one lmao!
They otw bro!
Well, hopefully they watch the directors cut, because it kinda' holds up. It's just hard too big of a legacy to follow, plus just too many problems during production, not able to get all the main cast back, Mario Puzo dying before they nailed down a final script. They really shouldn't have gone through with it.
good reaction bro im loving the movies
Much appreciated 💯💪🏽
Dope reaction bro I dig it
Big up
Legit reaction
We appreciate you!
Dig it*..
Much respect!
Ayo I see you gang lmao

Please lower the volume of your comments, or raise the volume of the movie. Thanks
Do you have plans on finishing the trilogy and watch The Godfather part III?
We have a surprise film coming!
It seems you all edited a lot of the flashbacks of Vito. We didn't get to some of the those from yall
I explained we had to remove ONE of his flashbacks, due to copyright issues! I’ll pin it as a comment
@@NerdTV313 oh ok gotcha!. I must've missed when you said it. Thanks for letting me know. Nice movie reaction though!
No doubt & we didn’t say it, but I included it in the description, now in the pinned comment, I should’ve been pinned that so thank you lol!
Yall gotta come quicker with the reactions next time lmao
