Wow, I have a vintage one that haven’t used in years , now that I can get another strap especially in smaller one , I will be using it more. I didn’t realize they were still making this bag! I love it!
Heck yeah they are! hehe. It is hard to find lately though. The site always says call to order and some SA's are telling people it's being discontinued. Not truly sure if it is or not. Def get more straps! I think straps change the bag for sure :D

Lol i love your attitude about using the bags, & their wear!🙌🏼. I've always had pre loved & that's been my attitude too.. Then i got my first 2 new ones this last past year & it's easy to get nervous & caught up in all the hype. Lol! I totally agree with you though & LOVE how your bags wear.. Sooo I'm putting the just delivered apple guard away for an emergency (boots maybe? Lol) & I'm just gonna jump in my newest (mono speedy) & love it! Thanks again!! 😘 I seriously would've regretted if i gave in & treated it.🤦🏻♀️

I really love this LV piece. It’s one of the few that seems to look good even after years of wear and tear. It’s classic yet you don’t see too many with it. And it’s a big enough bag where if it was just released now, it would be priced well over 3k due to it’s size. I plan on getting the noe in monogram and the petite noe in damier azur.

Mines too is wrinkle on one side. Mines still looks new being a vintage but I don’t really carry it. I think it should have a pillow some sort inside because it’s so huge. Also I hate that there’s no pockets. The older one don’t have a d ring inside tho. So that’s a plus
Yeah It's weird they do that on one side. Yes, some vintage ones do have a D ring but i depends on the year. My vintage had one. :) I wish they had a pocket too. Even one would be amazing

I have tried to respond to this comment so many times but it keeps coming up as i didn't. Not sure why...hope it works this time. I got the strap from louis vuitton. They use to sell them as spare parts. Sometimes you can still get them if you ask.

Also do you think putting the bag on the floor will effect the vachetta leather or it is unnoticeable ? Because it will be my university bag and I’m afraid this bag is too delicate for using it in university

No, I haven't had any issues with the leather. None at all.
I def think if you are putting it on the floor it will affect the leather. It will make it dirty. As a school bag though...id say no. I mean, it won't fit books or anything. Id go with a neverfull if that is the main use for the bag. You would need something larger.
I def recommend it, it is my fav bag but truthfully i would get something larger since you want it for school

Thanks for your reply 😍 well in my university we don’t use books we just need an iPad mostly and we have lockers for the references books and so on, so the size doesn’t bother me because it fits my iPad perfectly 👌🏻. I am just worried about the leather. I’m also thinking about the Néonoé , have you tried that bag ? And what do you think is the best for me ? I looove the look of the Petite noe, but I think the Néonoé is more practical. I can’t decide!😩
Oh well if you just use an ipad then yes! It's amazing. The thing about the neo is that the strap is SO long. I do love it, but for me(i'm 5'5) the crossbody is too long
My petite noe is one year okd and I have infrequently been using it. I noticed that different parts of cowhide leather tanned differently. Some part are orominently more brown than other parts. Actually all leather tanned at different tone of color. Would this be normal?

I want the noe bb so bad!!!! Would you recommend buying it preowned or new? I love how the vachetta Darkens and makes the bag look beautiful. I just don’t know if I should buy new and make my own marks or buy it with some marks and not really care about it. Help!!!!!

I saw that too!! I think it's done with. Once it actually leaves the website its over. Preloved is a good choice though! I have seen the BB for great prices!

Leah Counts to be honest I got a new one bc I wanted to patina it myself and I started to really love the look of the new style. Truthfully they are both amazing. I don’t think one is better than the other. They look so diff though.

It’s beautiful but Wowww Tiff that original handle being thinner on one side than the other is definitely a defect that I hate to say need to be taken in and replaced ,that Metis strap looks the same as my Melie strap ,I am actually looking at a limited edition petit noe for sale right now hoping someone buys it so I won’t lol , I think yours has really patinaed nicely , I had the same issue with the Noe B.B. one side wrinkled and the other didn’t that was weird , I would have taken that strap in that’s a defect for sure the Noe B.B. has already been discontinued but I actually preferred the petit size for myself when I had it in Epi , I will add a petit noe again I know I will but just relaxing right now lol trying not to pull the trigger on the limited edition one lol my husband would kill me I would have to hide it for sure
I don't think its that bad. I get that its a defect but its such a small thing. You know me, if it was bad or looked that bad I would def have sent it back

I prefer the Metis strap or the regular strap. Its all good, I don't see it breaking or anything. Its thinner but not that bad lol xoxo

The noe bag is extremely beautiful, but you shouldn't get it. It has way too many leather trim, and leather trim pierced with the LV eyelets, then the leather trim on the rim, and the leather string it just adds a ton of money on repair costs. Also, you need to moisturize the leather with non darkening leather conditioner; otherwise, the leather will eventually dry out (dry rot), and start to crack on and all over the leather.
Bacchanalia 🤔 lol well, I already own it haha. I love all the leather. Actually putting anything on the leather will cause cracking and drying later on. There leather should always be left alone and never treated. It does not crack or dry out of stored properly
LouisVuittonCoffeeLver How come all vintage bags that are being sold are cracked up, especially the top trim. While the handles and all else is snapped, rotten or missing. Any leather maker will tell you that vachetta leather is untreated, and it needs to be conditioned from time to time to prevent from drying out. It is called "dry rot," and it happens to all leathers.

When you mess with the leather you disturb the natural aging process. I’d never use anything on mine.’never have and I’ve never had an issue. I bought one preloved and it had issues bc it was cleaned. Yes it’s untreated but no, it doesn’t need to be moisturized
