It is "you've been hit by, you've been struck by a smooth criminal" if you listen to the whole song it is towards the end of the song. Like so she can see
If you watch Coraline, the Other Mother asks her what color she would like her button eyes to be and the Other Mother suggests chartreuse and the buttons turn to a yellow green color
I am the only one who keeps on remember an extra part when coraline goes to the ladies downstairs while she's trying to find the children's eyes in which then actually performed and then were wrapped into that candy wrapper looking like thing because now when I see it it's not there anymore and I remember so vividly and now when I watch it that scene is also very short compared to all the other scenes in which she finds the eyes
I've loved coraline since it first came out and big Tim Burton movie fan and it's never been a Tim burton movie. They took inspiration from his style but it's based off a book, and most of Tims movies are original to him.
I'm pretty sure the director of Coraline was a producer of The Nightmare Before Christmas or something. The adds for Coraline never said Tim Burton, just something about the nightmare before christmast
The MJ one is the first time he goes "you've been hit by, you've been hit by a smooth criminal " and the second time he sings it it's "you've been hit by, you've been struck by a smooth criminal"
ok I just went to the glee version of smooth criminal and they say "you've been hit by, you've been STRUCK BY A FUCKING SMOOTH CRIMINAL BITCH THIS FUCKED ME UP
I actually got in to a small argument with my grandma because she watches judge Judy religiously and I told her she has never had a gavel. she was 100% sure she had one..
Bethany Miranda , I do too!! that was the only one that really got me because I would watch it everyday with my grandma and I remember her slamming in down trying to hush people, I was always so curious why she did that lol
Me and my mom both watch it, and I'm fucking positive she had a gavel and used it to shut loud guests up. I don't remember her using it to close the court cases, but she did use it when she was annoyed. It's crazy that my memories aren't real.
tim burton was a co-creator in the movie coraline, he didn't direct it but he worked with Neil Selick, a man who's art and movies resembles Burton's really well. He directed The Nightmare Before Christmas too and James and the Giant Peach. I'm a big fan of them both and have always known it wasn't a Tim Burton film.
I remember the Statue of Liberty's torch being open to the public I remember there was even a Wizards Of Waverley Place episode with Alex and her brother in it. And same there is no way Coraline is not a Tim Burton film that's how I remember it
Bella Beauty The whole Mona Lisa thing!!! Even fucking Wizards Of Waverly Place did an episode of her always frowning and they changed it to her smiling buT its always been her fucking frowning like wtf?? Mona is kNOWN for the fucking frown.

The Nightmare Before Christmas was also directed by Henry Selick, and the reason behind it being called Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas is that it was based on a poem written by Tim Burton. Hope this clears up any confusion :)
danica I honestly don't understand why she wouldn't have a gavel like ... she's a judge... I'm so confused lol but I personally don't remember anything 😂
It’s always been “don’t tell my heart, my achey breakey heart”. And it came out when I was a child. And I’ve sang it on karaoke a bunch of times throughout the years and it’s always been that.
When the Target symbol went over your face I laughed so hard lol it legit made you look like you had a clown nose. But good video as always! Obsessed with the Mandela Effect!
on the Coraline conspiracy theory; as soon as you said something about Coraline, I went to my DVD stand and picked it up. It says at the top 'from the director of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas'. The director of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is Henry Selick; while the author of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' was Tim Burton. Perhaps this is why it is so Tim Burton-like, thus creating a confusion. That's just how I see it though.
I know for a fact that you could go into the torch I’m in 7th grade and my 4th grade teacher thought us about the Statue of Liberty and she would talk about and show us pictures of people in the torch
Yah. You can't anymore because of rust, they don't wabt anyone to get hurt, but a couple of years ago you could. You just had to reserve it and pay extra.
The coraline one messed my head up all my life i literally grew up watching the film knowing tim burton produced it but now im glad i knlw bcuz i need 2 stop telling people that he produced it
Henry Selick directed both Coraline and Nightmare Before Christmas, Tim Burton had nothing to do with Coraline. I think Coraline was advertised as “by the director of Nightmare Before Christmas.” Hence all the confusion. Neil Gaiman wrote Coraline and he is a very very good author.
Idk if you talked about this. "Febreze" the air freshener or whatever. I remember so SO vividly. And in class(4th grade) we were playing hang man in class. And I pick the word febreeze. Because the teacher had it right by her desk. And the board is right next to her desk. And so about a few months ago (8th) we were just writing random words in cursive. And I wrote febreeze and she told me "that's not how you spell it" and of course I was ready to prove her wrong but turns out it was "febreze" with one e
She has two different versions. The one on UA-cam that was modified to sponsor the Disney show she was staring in at the time, and in that show I believe they had a restaurant named Ronald's :)
Holy shit I swear I just witnessed a Mandela effect. So the episode of SpongeBob where Sandy gets depressed about missing her home Texas she sings a song. There is a line where she says "I miss my 20 acers, barbeque and pecan pies" I swear to God I remember her singing is as pea-can not pecan the proper way to say it. Maybe I assumed this because SpongeBob and Patrick throw her a party to make her feel at home and they have like a can of peas in a pie. idk I swear she never sung it the proper way.
I remember an episode of SpongeBob where Mr Krabs and Plankton are fighting and then at the end of the episode "Plankton" won and SpongeBob was like, "gee Plankton, I can't believe you won" and he said "I always win" then he pulled his skin off and he was Mr Krabs in disguise and the other Mr Krabs was obviously Plankton. Then the other characters (SpongeBob, Sandy, Patrick, and Squidward) spent about a minute ripping off different disguises and it was crazy. BUT NO ONE ELSE REMEMBERS IT!! I can't find it ANYWHERE on online and it hasn't been on TV except for that one time.
My girlfriend just got Mandela Effected yesterday. We were watching Gremlins, and she said she hates the evil Mogwai Spike, but then when we were watching, his name was Stripe, and we even turned on captions to make sure. She now fully believes the mandela effect is real.
Jarod Vermilyea it was always stripe but a few years ago if you bought anything from spencers gifts that was gremlins ot saod mohawk on it. I remember telling my husbamd how it was wrong.
Wendy's I think gets confused with Pippi Longstocking, they both have bright red hair and look alike, but Pippi had braided pig tails that stood out from her head.
Yo do y'all think if the dimensional theory is right that the reason some people dont see the Mandela Effect is because they are from this universe and we just popped into their reality *boom*😂
For the Wendy's one, everyone's confusing her with Pippi Longstocking... all of those costumes were of were, not Wendy. Pippi was known for the braids, she happened to have a similar outfit to Wendy.
In the movie Coraline, in the scene when the Other Mother recommends different button-eye colors to Coraline, she says “chartreuse” and the buttons show up green.
About the Coraline one, I understand the confusion because yes, Tim Burton does many of his movies with stop motion animation, however Coraline was directed by Henry Selick who also makes many of his movies with stop motion animation. Other Selick movies include Paranorman, and The Boxtrolls. He also worked with Tim Burton on The Nightmare Before Christmas. If it's something you're in to, you can watch movies done by both men, and compare. Some good Tim Burton ones are Frankenweenie and Corpse Bride, and of course the Henry Selick films I mentioned before. Most of Tim Burton's movies are very dim with muted color, while most of Henry Selick's are brighter and more vivid. I'm not upset, I'm just attempting to clear up the confusion.
I think I discovered a Mandala effect. Does anyone remember there being a music video for Taylor Swifts song Speak Now??? I VIVIDLY remember Taylor like hiding behind a curtain in the back and then she's like wait don't marry her. And the guy looked emo haha. AM I THE ONLY ONE!??!!?!!!
Zoe Elaine Are you thinking of the album booklet maybe? vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/taylor-swift/images/5/50/Taylor-Swift-s-Speak-Now-digital-booklet-taylor-swift-16517434-720-541.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20111224214625 😀
Kiara Blackmon i recently found a photo of her for that song with like a pink dress on and IT LITERALLY SAID IT WAS FROM THE MUSIC VIDEO SHE WAS PEAKING AROUND A CURTAIN IN THE PICTURE I AM UP. SET.
I know Tim Burton didn't direct Coraline ._. I think people think that because the trailer said, "From the director of The Nightmare Before Christmas." and lots of people think Burton directed the film. He didn't. It was Henry Selick
I never remembered the Wendy's girl with braids but I think that's only cuz one of my fav shows as a kid was pipi longstockings who had red braided pigtails that curl up an she has fair skin and freckles
Okay I have a random Mandela effect, I always remember in little rascals buckwheat said "I got a dollar I got a dollar I got a dollar hey hey hey hey" but I was watching it and it was actually "we got a dollar" and I thought I was tripping maybe I just have bad memory
Jake - He was going to direct it, but was busy directing a different movie, so they got someone else (that someone being the person who evidently directed Coraline, Henry Selick)
He wrote it but people think he directed it cause it's also known as "Tim Burton's nightmare before Christmas" and that's written on heaps of posters so people assume he directed it!
+Claudia Jean exactly! and when coraline came out it was advertised as having the same director as the nightmare before christmas (henry selick) and everyone just assumed that meant tim burton. It's not the mandela effect, just common misconception
*I did a video on these Mandela effects a while ago lol. I live in new york city my entire life and my cousins and family members always said and talked about being on the torch! I'm gonna go through my families photos and check it!*
I live in New York my whole life and I’m 52 years old it is true that at one point I do not know the year you could go up into the torch but I believe definitely after 1916. It was much later than that that you could still go up in it from what I remember, but they did shut it down because it was too unstable they had to do construction work in it I remember it during my lifetime.
yeah, the torch of the statue of liberty fricks me up too. beacuse i heard they made that rule after 9/11 also, but i know for a fact people used to go up there before.
Okay so when I was 8 I was obsessed with Michael Jackson and I listened to Smooth Criminal a lot. I knew that it says "you've been hit by, you've been *hit* by-" the first time he says it. I've always been bothered slightly when songs change lyrics in chorus' so I remember specifically making a note after I noticed later in the song he changes it to "you've been hit by, you've been *struck* by-". I was 8, but he says both, trust me.
For the Wendy's logo I've always remembered it being pigtails, BUT i think people have confused the Wendy's girl with Pippy longstockings because they both have red hair and very similar styles
Okay, as a Tim Burton fanatic I'm personally offended that no one has noticed that Corraline IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SCULPTING STYLE FROM ANYTHING CONNECTED TO TIM BURTON.
the shartruce or however the fuck you spell it pisses me off because i clearly remember watching blues clues as a kid and steve and blue were like in the painting and they were looking at those little dancing blobs of colors and the song literally went SHARTRUCE A COLOR I HAVE NOT SEEN, BUT IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE A YELLOWISH GREEN
I remember it being green to only because I used to watch the show with my god-daughter and this episode Blue went to to school and the Green dog was asked what color something was and the dog said chartreuse and it was the same color as the dog & I was totally surprised when my god-daughter said the word chartreuse because she has speach issues & she was very young at the time. I even Googled the color & it came up as a shade of green
Ava Atchison also in the movie "Death Proof" Quentin Tarentino play a bar owner/tender. He has the whole table take shots of "Chartreuse. The drink so good they named a color after it" or something like that. And it was green/bluish
okay so my family does a lot of karaoke and we have the song, “achy breaky heart” on a cd and it obviously comes with the lyrics since it’s karaoke, but I kid you not it says, “DONT BREAK MY HEART, MY ACHY BREAKY HEART.” LIKE WTFF.. I’m shook. Why would they mess up on that? Like what even...
I feel like someone went back in time and changed the littlest things we NEVER knoticed... my whole life is a lie, what if we're just not real either like the things we thought we remembered? 😑
I have always watched coraline and i have since i was like 7 (probably older) but im 14 now, it has never been a tim burton movie although it is the style, it is a stop motion movie.
My mom worked for Wendys as recent as 2014... she brought home one of the order books.. the OFFICIAL Wendy costume from one of the order books has the braids. I
Ok for the Coraline one - Coraline was directed by the same director as The Nightmare Before Christmas, who worked alongside Tim Burton who wrote and produced the film. Clearly they have very similar styles and many people don't even realize that Tim Burton didn't actually direct Nightmare Before Christmas, so it's an easy mistake to make.
i just played the song and he says the line twice and the first time its "youve been hit by, youve been hit by, a smooth criminal' and then the second time its 'youve been hit by, youve been struck by, a smooth criminal" so thats fake!!!!!!!!
okay, i’m shook. coraline is hands down one of my favorite movies. i recall felling people that it was my favorite tim burton movie. and i am a coraline stan. i’m so shook wth.
okay is it just me or does anyone remember the wendys logo with the girl wearing braids and also having PLAID blue overalls? the blue wasnt that light, thats more like a teal. Ive never even seen it look like that. i actually thought the mandela effect was going to be about the outfit
Chartreuse is a green and yellow color. It is 50% Green 50% Yellow. Googling it it is indeed lime green. It makes sense for the girl to suggest lime green since it was a Christmas themed party which the colors are green and red so you'd want to stick with that or a color close to it.
Apparently there's no peanut butter called Jiffy, it's not in stores but I was watching "Hancock" aND IN THE BACKGROUND THERE WERE FREAKING JIFFY JARS WHAT
I can literally hear judge Judy slamming that damn gavel

Sorry guys didn't see her comment first
I watched the entire stupid music video and "struck" wasn't in it. God, it was awful!
In the track, Michael says hit the first 2 times. The last time the line is said, he says struck. Trust me on this.
yes you are right
Lauren Arthur yeh it’s like in the second verse
If you watch Coraline, the Other Mother asks her what color she would like her button eyes to be and the Other Mother suggests chartreuse and the buttons turn to a yellow green color
Autumn Johnson YES
Autumn Johnson thats what i was gonna say
Autumn Johnson no in the book it was described as a dark red color?! Do they really turn green in the movie??
Autumn Johnson I've always said the same thing!!
I am the only one who keeps on remember an extra part when coraline goes to the ladies downstairs while she's trying to find the children's eyes in which then actually performed and then were wrapped into that candy wrapper looking like thing because now when I see it it's not there anymore and I remember so vividly and now when I watch it that scene is also very short compared to all the other scenes in which she finds the eyes

ok I just went to the glee version of smooth criminal and they say "you've been hit by, you've been STRUCK BY A FUCKING SMOOTH CRIMINAL BITCH THIS FUCKED ME UP
Michael Jackson does say "you've been hit by, you've been struck by" but he says it in the bridge after verse 2.
Isa the meme ME TOO OMG
OMG IKR LIKE WHAT I WAS SINGING IT YESTERDAY AND THEN I SAW THE VIDEO
SAME
In 1962, the Target logo had 3 circles. It was changed to 2 circles in 1968.
Chartreuse sounds like a fancy name for some kind of elegant color not some lime green color.
M Vee It is indeed the name of a green colored alcohol. And as a side note, in french it means a place which is made for lunatic people. Haha.
I thought there was a bug on my screen dude
Elise Gagnieux yes the alcohol is green
I thought there was a fucking bug on me screen I screamed so fucking loud.
M Vee there’s a wine colored green and that’s why people are assuming the color to be green now
I actually got in to a small argument with my grandma because she watches judge Judy religiously and I told her she has never had a gavel. she was 100% sure she had one..
Brittany Arellano I remember her having one that she only would bang ONCE at the end of the case.
Bethany Miranda , I do too!! that was the only one that really got me because I would watch it everyday with my grandma and I remember her slamming in down trying to hush people, I was always so curious why she did that lol
Brittany Arellano I remember her having one
Brittany Arellano I swear I've seen a pic of her with one..
Me and my mom both watch it, and I'm fucking positive she had a gavel and used it to shut loud guests up. I don't remember her using it to close the court cases, but she did use it when she was annoyed. It's crazy that my memories aren't real.
Am i the only one who remembers chartreuse as a magenta, pink color?
Amber S yeah! I remember it being like purple-ish
Amber S sameee
Melissa Hollis yes. I also thought periwinkle was always a pink not a blue
Amber S YES
Amber S is it actually green?

Tim Burton wrote Coraline. Henry Selick directed it.

THE SMOOTH CRIMINAL ONE FUCKED ME UP
Eliza Pancakes its seems like it surprised a lot of people, but it is not a mandela effect. he has always said "youve been hit by, youve been STRUCK by.." and "youve been hit by, youve been hit by..." but he says it differently in different parts of the song.
Faith OH I thought it was "changed" in all the verses. it's always been hit by ×2 first
glad that was cleared up :) we need a lot less surprises haha
Faith DIL HOWLTER SAYS HI
NewCastleWriter thank you i love Dil
I SAW MY FAVORITE MOVIE IN THE TITLE AND I WAS LIKE *Click* (CORALINE)
Paris Delaluz same

Paris Delaluz I know i just eatchrd it 5 mimutes ago
NO ITS “Dont break my heart, my achey breaky heart”I REMEMBER SINGING IT TO MY SIBLINGS AND THEYD SCREAM IT BACK, NO MAMES WEY
Also the spanish version say “no rompas mas mi pobre corazon” which basically means dont break my heart my poor heart like whatttt
For me it’s always been Don’t TELL My Heart which also makes the most sense because the following line is I just don’t think he’d understand.
I thought the Coraline conspiracy was going to be about the part of the movie where the mother askes what color Coraline would like her buttons to be. She brings up the color Chartreuse and a puke green comes onto the screen.
I'm honestly shook
Wow!
Holy shit
I thought that too, whenever I think of chartreuse I think of the “puke green”
yes and in the movie her arm is breaking when its chasing her and the door leading to the real world is the door that is shut on her hand
I VIVIDLY RMEMEBER JIDGE JUDY WHEN SHE GOT PISSED OFF SHE SLAMMED THE GAVEL LIKE WTH
i remember judge Judy coming on T.V. once before i changed the channel, SHE HAD THE GAVEL
Cole Leman ME TOO OMFG
Kelly James like someone would be back talking her and she'd get mad and say something final and be like case dismissed SLAM
Kelly James also I really thought there was a gavel on her little like "logo" thing
I seriously don't mean this to be hostile at all but my mom watches judge Judy every night making dinner and I always end up watching it and I know for a fact that she doesn't have a gavel
Judge Judy has a gavel but she only used it a few times, I was watching the show a few days ago and the guy wouldn't stop talking so she hit the wood with her gavel and sent him outside
Prince Evan same!!!!!
Prince Evan there was also an episode of family guy where meg gets bullied at school, and there is a reference to judge judy using the wooden gavel
Oscar Kreation I Thought You Typed "The Wooden Grave''
Prince Evan yeah mostly she'll tap her pen or something to shut ppl up
Prince Evan I know right

I saw Coraline and instantly clicked 😂😂😂
JustJuli same😀😂😂
every emo likes that movie :3 (like meh)
Alien starbucks I'm not emo :(
It’s always been “don’t tell my heart, my achey breakey heart”. And it came out when I was a child.
And I’ve sang it on karaoke a bunch of times throughout the years and it’s always been that.
I agree
Exactly! That's why "I just don't think it'd understand " makes sense. If it were don't break my heart the lyrics wouldn't make sense
I remember the "break" version.
When the Target symbol went over your face I laughed so hard lol it legit made you look like you had a clown nose. But good video as always! Obsessed with the Mandela Effect!
Katie Morris same
I laughed when Kate Morris pointed it out HAAHAHAHAHA
ME TOO
Katie Morris xD
Katie Morris I remember the target symbol changing!
chartreuse is a lime green color. I remember it from a Blue's Clues episode where they were singing about colors. It is a green type color.
Tremolo814
Me too.
Tremolo814 YESSS THANK YOOOOUUUUUU
I had a game that was blues clues and it said the same thing!
Yeah that’s where I remember it from too
Tremolo814 I agree and if you go onto google and search chartreuse color and it comes up with a lime greenish color
on the Coraline conspiracy theory;
as soon as you said something about Coraline, I went to my DVD stand and picked it up.
Your teacher was wrong.
Yah. You can't anymore because of rust, they don't wabt anyone to get hurt, but a couple of years ago you could. You just had to reserve it and pay extra.
Take pictures of brands music lyrics and other stuff before they change!! Like this so more can see!!
RobPt311 Shh leave them alone, his tin foil has isnt on right
Ayana W. But pictures change as well. that's why you can't find a single picture of kit-kat.
The coraline one messed my head up all my life i literally grew up watching the film knowing tim burton produced it but now im glad i knlw bcuz i need 2 stop telling people that he produced it
Leticia Neves Tim Burton helped direct the movie but wasn't the main Director. I believe you can see his name on the back of the case.
Am I the only one who remembers you've been hit by you've been hit a smooth criminal?
He actually says both. The first 2 times he says hit, but the last time he says struck.
But if you search for smooth criminal lyrics he says ”you’ve been hit by you’ve been struck by” every time
I have La La Land downloaded on my old iPod and Demi Lovato says "eat McDonald's" but in the UA-cam version she says "eat at Ronald's" ???
Nikky Mouhteros omg i clearly remember it saying mcdonalds and i just listened to the youtube version and you're right!!!!
Nikky Mouhteros omg yes I thought I was the only person who caught on to that
Nikky Mouhteros must be copyright reasons cus I have La La Land on Spotify and she says "I still eat McDonald's"
she had two different versions! one for live performances and one for the studio version!
Heather Lovell omg 🤔 me too
Heather Lovell me tooo
Heather Lovell Omg... SHE SAYS IT THE RIGHT WAY??? No way... they said pea-can pie to give it a country feel. OML my life has just changed.
Jarod Vermilyea it was always stripe ... I named one of my rabbits after it back in the day because she had a stripe down her face
Jarod Vermilyea it was always stripe but a few years ago if you bought anything from spencers gifts that was gremlins ot saod mohawk on it. I remember telling my husbamd how it was wrong.
btw the statute of liberty where you could go in the torch is fro. Zach and cody
Wendy's I think gets confused with Pippi Longstocking, they both have bright red hair and look alike, but Pippi had braided pig tails that stood out from her head.
XtremeKaiba I was about to comment that lol
No, Wendy had braids is some universe! I know she did! I remember it!
Or little debbie
Yo do y'all think if the dimensional theory is right that the reason some people dont see the Mandela Effect is because they are from this universe and we just popped into their reality *boom*😂
Rey that was the first thing I thought lol
TRUE
It’s not a Shane Dawson theory LMFAO! He just happens to believe and endorse that theory. He did not come up with it. What the heck? LMFAO
+Aka Bunny yea .....I think we did switch and we did never notice.....I hope I in a better place in the next universe
Good theory!
im here from shane dawson
No, it's always been "you've been hit by, you've been struck by a smooth caramel"
i laughed harder then i should have at caramel lmao
Caramel???
Nimble Fern caramel? Its criminal! You fucking dumbass😂
@@rockstarvoorhees4946 Don't be mean.
For the Wendy's one, everyone's confusing her with Pippi Longstocking... all of those costumes were of were, not Wendy. Pippi was known for the braids, she happened to have a similar outfit to Wendy.
Julia Scarlett No Pippi has a completly different outfit
Julia, I have no idea who pippi longstock is or what they look like but I remember braids on Wendy
exact same thought
?.... Turns our not even Pippi Long stockings doesn"t have braids herself....!!!!!
XPokémonClefairy25 yeah she does...? She has red braids that stand out
IN GLEE THEY SAY STRUCK BU
Melanie Conley Finally, a Gleek
YESSSS I LOOKED UP THE COVER TO CONFIRM THIS
GLEE IS MY FUCKING SHOW
I remember puce being green and chartreuse being like a brown/pink/red color. So weird! Apparently its the opposite?
Hannah Livingston you mean clay motion
i honestly think that the target one was a up date
stef Morales People always assume that updates are Mandela Effects 😂 They need to do thorough research lmao
Zoe Elaine Are you thinking of the album booklet maybe? vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/taylor-swift/images/5/50/Taylor-Swift-s-Speak-Now-digital-booklet-taylor-swift-16517434-720-541.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20111224214625 😀
no like I swear to god there was a music video for speak now omg
Zoe Elaine are you thinking of the behind the scenes video
Kiara Blackmon i recently found a photo of her for that song with like a pink dress on and IT LITERALLY SAID IT WAS FROM THE MUSIC VIDEO SHE WAS PEAKING AROUND A CURTAIN IN THE PICTURE I AM UP. SET.
Zoe Elaine SAME, that is one of my favorite songs and I always loved the video I just thought that they deleted it for some reason
I 100% believe in the Mandela effect
I know Tim Burton didn't direct Coraline ._.
I think people think that because the trailer said, "From the director of The Nightmare Before Christmas." and lots of people think Burton directed the film. He didn't. It was Henry Selick
derpyz muffinz Ye, Tim Burton did write the story for The Nightmare Before Christmas tho
Eldafint nobody asked dumb fuck
derpyz muffinz Yea also tim and henry are friends and they made the nightmares before Christmas together. They have similar style too.
ok the statue of liberty fucked me up cause i swear my grandparents told me about being able to go in it and they aren't that old
You could until 1984. You can research it.
does anyone else remember swiper from Dora having red gloves or is it just me cause i swear his hat and gloves were red
sarah wszolek Wait, he doesn't now?
nah man theyre blue
OMG When I was a little girl Dora was my show and I could have swore swiper had red gloves
sarah wszolek I remember them being blue, not red lol
tara kutz ik me too i totally thought they were red.
OMG Bianca Del Rio had a gavel when she impersonated her on drag race!!
I never remembered the Wendy's girl with braids but I think that's only cuz one of my fav shows as a kid was pipi longstockings who had red braided pigtails that curl up an she has fair skin and freckles
Coraline was never a tim burton movie tho
oldsoulx yes it has it's always been a Tim burton film
I heard he had to do with the production of the film
It’s always been to do with Tim burton
oldsoulx it was not written by Burton but he did have to do with the making of the stop motion movie. this has always been the case
tourniquet mx yeah but no it's always been Henry's Selick's movie, and Neil gaiman's story
Okay I have a random Mandela effect,
I always remember in little rascals buckwheat said "I got a dollar I got a dollar I got a dollar hey hey hey hey" but I was watching it and it was actually "we got a dollar" and I thought I was tripping maybe I just have bad memory
The same thing happened to me Summer, I kept saying "I got a dollar", but we're mixing it up with the pickle. Human minds are so amazing man haha.
This messes me up bc i grew up watching that movie, and my whole family will walk around the house singing i got a dollar
It's a dope remix haha. They should pay us. Dollars. Lots of them, cause I'm not gonna stop saying it.
+Rebecca Murphy same
Summer Marie yessss!!
I SEE QUEEN CORALINE, I CLICK
I was watching Judge Judy the other day and at the end of the episode I heard a gavel slam...
TheSimmoMaster that's just because she slams her hand all the time
No he is talking about the very end of the show before it goes “Di di-din diiiiiiiiiinnnnn”.... lol 😝
also,, just a PSA:: TIM BURTON DIDN'T DIRECT THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! GO LOOK THAT UP AND TELL ME THAT ISNT TRUE IM SHOOK.
Jake - not directed by him but he produced it and it was based off of his characters
Jake - it's his idea and style but he was too busy
+Claudia Jean exactly! and when coraline came out it was advertised as having the same director as the nightmare before christmas (henry selick) and everyone just assumed that meant tim burton. It's not the mandela effect, just common misconception
*I did a video on these Mandela effects a while ago lol. I live in new york city my entire life and my cousins and family members always said and talked about being on the torch! I'm gonna go through my families photos and check it!*
i wonder where she got the info for it being closed since 1916 because i'm wondering if it's an "alternative fact" lmao
Moe!!!
Moe Othman Don't advertise.
OH HECK TO THE NO!!!!! I WAS A FAN OF MICHAEL'S SINCE I WAS 4, I AM NOW 12!!! HE SAID YOU'VE BEEN STRUCK BY IN THE SECOND VERSE!!!!!! WTF FML
XPokémonClefairy25 Chill 😂
Baby Ria OML SAMEEE BISHHHH IM SHOOOK
he says it in the shortened version 😂 it fucked me up too but he does say it
Yes
Baby Ria I’ve been a fan of mj my whole life it was always you’ve been hit by twice I do believe in the Mandela effect though
judge Judy HAD A GAVEL!!! I WATCHED THAT SHOW EVERYDAY AFTER SCHOOL WITH MY NANA AND SHE HAD ONE!
jack maynards wife I KNOW
Okay so when I was 8 I was obsessed with Michael Jackson and I listened to Smooth Criminal a lot. I knew that it says "you've been hit by, you've been *hit* by-" the first time he says it. I've always been bothered slightly when songs change lyrics in chorus' so I remember specifically making a note after I noticed later in the song he changes it to "you've been hit by, you've been *struck* by-". I was 8, but he says both, trust me.
soft hearts, electric souls 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Glee sang smooth criminal and said you’ve been hit by you’ve been struck by and glee never makes lyric mistakes
Well MJ says both "you've been hit by you've been hit by" and struck... He just says struck towards the end of the song.
A Wendy's near where I live the girl has braids.
Twenty Øne-piløts not anymore
Twenty Øne-piløts mine still does. I saw it today
not anymore
For the Wendy's logo I've always remembered it being pigtails, BUT i think people have confused the Wendy's girl with Pippy longstockings because they both have red hair and very similar styles
i was thinking people used braids in costumes bc u cant really get the curve of her hair without braiding it so naturally people braided it.
Okay, as a Tim Burton fanatic I'm personally offended that no one has noticed that Corraline IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SCULPTING STYLE FROM ANYTHING CONNECTED TO TIM BURTON.
Picks up backpack*"it used to be janspert"
i thought chartrusse (there is no way i spelled that right) was purple
Alexa Mullican same 😂😂
SAME I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE
Alexa Mullican me too!😂
Alexa Mullican same...
I've always thought it was a pinkish/purple, or reddish/purple, like Magenta or Fuchsia, but no it is a bright yellow /green color.
the shartruce or however the fuck you spell it pisses me off because i clearly remember watching blues clues as a kid and steve and blue were like in the painting and they were looking at those little dancing blobs of colors and the song literally went SHARTRUCE A COLOR I HAVE NOT SEEN, BUT IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE A YELLOWISH GREEN
Ava Atchison I remember that episode too! Though it was Joe, not Steve
DOES ANYONE ELSE REMEMBER THE GYMNASTICS SCENE IN FOOTLOSE (original) WELL ITS NOT THERE. IT WAS MY FAVORITE SCENE. AH HELP.
kamryn can you describe the gymnastics scene? Maybe you're thinking of grease
kamryn when he's like in the barn ???
kamryn OMG WTF YOU ARE RIGHT
kamryn omg I remember it
me too they even made fun of it in american dad.
okay so my family does a lot of karaoke and we have the song, “achy breaky heart” on a cd and it obviously comes with the lyrics since it’s karaoke, but I kid you not it says, “DONT BREAK MY HEART, MY ACHY BREAKY HEART.” LIKE WTFF.. I’m shook. Why would they mess up on that? Like what even...
I feel like someone went back in time and changed the littlest things we NEVER knoticed... my whole life is a lie, what if we're just not real either like the things we thought we remembered? 😑
Jacqueline Thompson I think the same thing😂
Who agrees that they need to make another coralline movie? Btw that ending though
ok I was born in 2004 and even I remember learning that Nelson Mandela died back in the 1900s and it honestly fucks me up.
Gracie Hannum I was born in 1993 and remember learning in 3rd grade about secret police and him dying and it was tied into the same issues in China.
Gracie Hannum SAME
kit kat he died in like 2004🤣
kit kat make that 2013😂😂😂
you’re literally twelve
THE CHARTREUSE ONE FUCKED ME UP. I ALWAYS REMEMBERED IT BEING A LIGHT BURGUNDY WTF
*_I'm a simple dog I see Coralline I click_*
I have always watched coraline and i have since i was like 7 (probably older) but im 14 now, it has never been a tim burton movie although it is the style, it is a stop motion movie.
Ava.Reese then why does it say by Tim Burton ?
What's interesting is that it was made by Henry Selick, who helped make The Nightmare Before Christmas, which is a Tim Burton movie.
Ava.Reese same
My mom worked for Wendys as recent as 2014... she brought home one of the order books.. the OFFICIAL Wendy costume from one of the order books has the braids.
I
Ok for the Coraline one - Coraline was directed by the same director as The Nightmare Before Christmas, who worked alongside Tim Burton who wrote and produced the film. Clearly they have very similar styles and many people don't even realize that Tim Burton didn't actually direct Nightmare Before Christmas, so it's an easy mistake to make.
i just played the song and he says the line twice and the first time its
"youve been hit by, youve been hit by, a smooth criminal' and then the second time its 'youve been hit by, youve been struck by, a smooth criminal" so thats fake!!!!!!!!
who else after this is over is going to see Liza's target videos and look at the symbol
love youtube oh shit oh shit omg I just did that coz it freaked me out (and its the reason why I clicked and it reminded me of Liza)
The smooth criminal one if u look at the glee version it says very clearly You’ve been hit by Youve been struck by a smooth criminal
Fuck Glee...
Michael says both. The first 2 times he says hit both times, but the last time, he says hit and stuck.
ua-cam.com/video/csATILWkwg8/v-deo.html
It's at 5:40. Michael Jackson actually correct himself. "struck" is not in this song. I watched the whole video.
Its not in the video but in the track/official lyrics. look it up
okay, i’m shook. coraline is hands down one of my favorite movies. i recall felling people that it was my favorite tim burton movie. and i am a coraline stan. i’m so shook wth.
okay is it just me or does anyone remember the wendys logo with the girl wearing braids and also having PLAID blue overalls? the blue wasnt that light, thats more like a teal. Ive never even seen it look like that. i actually thought the mandela effect was going to be about the outfit
i even found many halloween costumes on google that were plaid
is that not what it looks like?
Tea Spiller no...lol. its light blue/teal with stripes, not dark blue with plaid
maybe ur thinking of pippy long stocking?? which btw, scared tf outta me
Kyra McNeely and the braids were like pointing invards
In Coraline, the other mother suggests sharptruce (how ever you spell it) for the button eyes and the color is green ish
Sharptruce? Jesus christ are you fucking serious
Body By Bacchus IM SORRY I CANT SPELL😂
MaKenna Filleti CHARTREUSE YOU SPATULA
poppy dun haha
Chartreuse is a green and yellow color. It is 50% Green 50% Yellow. Googling it it is indeed lime green. It makes sense for the girl to suggest lime green since it was a Christmas themed party which the colors are green and red so you'd want to stick with that or a color close to it.
Ok is it just me or what, because I remember Jade from Victorious did not have any piercings, but when I rewatched it she had piercings????? like wtf
LongLiveSim she always had peircing she lmao I'm pretty sure it's even on the covet
Cover *
LongLiveSim she didn't tho???!!!!
She always had piercings, watch the episode where Jade produces that play
she always had alot of piercings
1.I LOVE YOUR GLASSES 2.The Wendy's one messed with me so much!!
im a simple girl. i see coraline, I CLICK CORALINE.
Apparently there's no peanut butter called Jiffy, it's not in stores but I was watching "Hancock" aND IN THE BACKGROUND THERE WERE FREAKING JIFFY JARS WHAT
Aleopardspaw There is a jiffy, just bought some for my aunt, it's her favorite!

Aleopardspaw It's JIF
Haha "jiffy" is a corn bread box and jif is the peanut butter! Haha
Woah I'm so early. Legend says if you're early, Michelle replies. Is it _really_ true?
Jay no
Jay nah
Jay like really? 😂
Michelle Platti oml
