I'm new to ASMR and find it different but very relaxing also . I'm a single father of a kid in private school and several sports also have 2 cats 2 dogs . I'm constantly running non stop from 5a.m-9pm and have issues shutting down , I don't care for sleep meds and have never meditated before . this video shut me off (like a light) to sleep within 10 min . so cool and helpful ✌💤
