@@Raksarr i thought about making an entire video about zone, but I've got a job and this already took too long, lol. with my perfectionism itd drain me, someone else can do it
Now that we know this now, lag will have a bigger impact on matches since defence is only active for a second but most-likely can be extended or shortened by lag or lag back
You don’t understand, how much this has helped. Thank you, I know it probably took a long time to make and trust me when I say that a lot of us appreciate the work you put in to make this video. We need a video explaining the zone mechanic now 😭😭😭 but I get that it’s probs draining. Maybe some kind of explanation in text could suffice instead?
@@ichmag11 Wow 12 hours is crazy, a lot of people would have just gatekept the information but the fact you made a video to share you knowledge and help others shows what type of person you are. I think zones more straight forward then focus battles so maybe just some top tips you would give and a little bit about how castle wall works. Thank you!
@@Sxeem_ well uh so if youre defending in the zone, and you click on an enemy, your nearest defender will try to tackle them. They cant be used as castle wall at all anymore until you exit zone. That tackle can result in a foul and they can still block shots if they happen to be in the line of the ball. This is why you never really want to click on a player with the ball. If you put up a castle wall right next to the enemy player with the ball, they will always steal the ball. This is how you win against the level 50 enemy! Castle walls really close to your goalkeeper wont be able to block shots (they'll go right through) but they will add KP to your GK if you use a block move If you have the ball in zone, passing to a teammate wont pass to where the teammate is if they are further away. If you pass long to one further away, they will run forwards to catch the ball and thats how you can usually get past enemy defender castle walls (they can only set up 2 walls and you may have 3 FWs). Just be careful of offside. If you look at your reticule when you have the ball and aim at a teammate, if its purple and you pass, you will exit zone. If your reticule is white and you pass, you will stay in zone. its handy if you need to pass backwards.
That's exactly the video I was looking for, there is always an unknown guy with knowledge to share, liked Dosn't work for me in tho, even when they are in the hands range with good timing I can't stop them, i always need my character to be exactly on the enemy
I did understand how they worked already, but the lag section was eye opening. Damn whenever facing asian or american players its pretty much a guessing game where you need to react 2 seconds before they do anything, and they can react to your decision, so you are screwed if they are patient. Pass around the ball and keeping posesion without giving any major tension build up level seems to be the only reasonable way to deal with this. This is quite the big issue, and I think the lag should be visible somehow, instead of having 2 different worlds with advantage to the attacker. Im playing the beta now in PC and the Focus battles were quite inconsistent, saw this video in an old reddit post and well it was a gold mine. Thank you so much for the video and hopefully they will adress this in some way.
Honestly man, it’s probably most helpful video I’ve found about this game. This is my first inazuma eleven game and after about 50 matches I was thinking that there is some RNG included in this battles. Now it all starts to make sense. If you have any knowledge about how elements works how good are the multipliers if element is strong against each other and everything related I would love to see it. Also tips about team building would be really interesting. Last but not least I would love to see some voiceover in your videos. Even the AI one if you don’t want to use your own voice would be nice.
Youll probably like this table. A friend found out all the calculations, I just helped him make it look presentable enough: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fRoUqWgDfU0mrc1vaxNKPq962LHLYVAuXFhjxOYfxGQ/edit#gid=0 (there's a "formula" tab to look at them all) i ain't making more videos, I'm glad you liked this one tho! I thought a lot about using a voice, even my GFs, but this seemed too complex? or too long? to use a voice and I think text really made it simpler.
you could just download the vid and cut it out yourself :^) (tho you could just make this yourself, just look up youtube for "dancing squirrels" or smth)
You even managed to cover other mechanics I was still on usure off like the spin dribble move (evade)! If you get a chance would you be able to talk about how to increase the speed of your teams build up play - Like teams I have played online are sometimes able to pass the full length of the pitch in what seems like miliseconds but I have tried spamming x or even using manual pass and never seem to be as quick at getting the ball down the pitch.
@@JH-Wood I think youre overestimating what they do? Sometimes you can notice that one of your FWs is literally standing in offisde and you can just normal pass to them
Yeah damn man wifi and ping indicator or something. I will gladly go down to the lowest ranking by surrendering if I can get consistent non-laggy matches.
would you happen to know what the attacking player's AT affects in Focus? afaik both AT and DF effect the hissatsu power if one is used, but i wasnt sure if it had an additional effect like how DF extends the arms
Yeah, Im pretty sure hissatsu and rough attacks outcomes are not RNG, but do use numbers (not 100% sure, but really seems like it) I am also very sure that the higher your DF relative to the attackers AT, the longer your hands. So if your DF is 500, but the attackers AT is 1000, your hands are short. If the AT is 100, they're the longest (there's a cap, pret sure) I see this happen a lot when I step into my "bullhorns" tactics as an attacker, the defenders hands get shorter
tysm this helped me very much, but i have a question. i once was playing normally against bots to see how intelligence works but i dont understand it yet, i once had like 60-70% chance to get the ball but instead the bot got it pls help😢😢
I know this is 3 months old but can you explain what the new stats do? (Specifically the yellow numbers next to the blue numbers i read the help thing and didnt find answers)
It should also be noted that if you win a focus battle by using a special move then you don't get the yellow glow and invulnerability
Yeah, I didnt mention any special moves or passing, or dashing while in focus. Just wanted to stay on the most common interaction
@@ichmag11I am hoping for part 2 in that case!

Reccomend sending this video to TXM Tom Spoors. He doesnt understand focus battles either so it would be great.
I messaged him on Twitter as soon I uploaded the video, lol. He hasn't responded though, so someone else has to do it
Doing a service to everyone with this God bless you🙏🏾

I actually dunno. I thought it's the "real stat" because some stats affect your ATK/DF more than others, but apparently that's not the case?

I was testing this with the no foul team, which gives you extra attack and defense against a very underleveled team
