    Your patterns are surprisingly simple considering how beautiful they are. I purchased the book when it came out, made the lightning Feather Poncho but I've stalled out on the Cactus Garden blanket. I've made two Rio Grande towels in the last week. Seeing all the different looks of the Wind River Blanket make me want to start on that but I need to finish the Grateful Blanket before I pick up anything else.

    Found you by accident. Love your patterns, buying the book. Btw if people want spirals they can take the book to most office supply stores and have them them cut off the binding and replacement it with a spiral. I have had this done to a lot of books that I use a lot.

    UA-cam show me different video I might like. I click on your channel watch the hat pattern video then blanket video. I like mindless patterns and easy patterns. Because I'm a beginner crocheter and some stitches are overwhelming for my bain to understand. I'm glad that other people are using the granny yarn to not only make squares but other item. Thank for the work you do. Everything you do that I seen so far is pretty.

    Thank you for saying every row . Hate when they go half way and you have to figure it out. Thank you for doing this for all of us pattern reading challenged. Just bought your book even though I can’t read a pattern on my own. Never had anyone to teach me crochet,had to do it all on my own. Thank you for sharing this. Your channel also allows us to do it along with someone., so helpful. Thanks for teaching us who have no one else to teach us. I look at books and it’s very intimidating.

    I love your channel your work is beautiful. I haven't been crocheting for a long time and have not yet tackled a pattern. This tutorial is easy to follow and I can't wait to try it. I love the big hook idea in it too. I have your book in an Amazon list that I pick 1 thing a month to purchase. Seeing how you explain in a tutorial I'm hoping book is just as clear it would make doing my first pattern so easy and enjoyable. I would have you to thank for my first being read. Again great tutorial you are easy to understand.... now off to find my contrast color. This also helps people that bought the granny square yarn utilize it somewhere else when they got frustrated because granny square didn't come out right for them ... makes it not a waste of money.

    • @prettypeacefulcrochet
      @prettypeacefulcrochet  7 місяців тому +1

      I very rarely make granny squares because I prefer stripes or southwestern patterns (I live in the southwest in the Four Corners area). So I tried stripes first and then this pattern with the Granny Square yarn. Haven’t tried a granny square yet. But I love the colors! Try some stripes or this one instead!

    Just a note to let you know that spiral notebooks are not user friendly to left-handed people. The spiral will bother our hand motions with holding the book open, writing any notes inside the book, etc. I am sorry you got a less than stellar review for what I am sure is a great book.
