I appreciate you taking the time and effort to post hotel reviews on YT. I try and stay at a different hotel whenever I return to Pattaya. I will have to add the Best Beach Villa to my list.
soi 5 is also usually a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. Thip Buri Health Massage is just 100m away from this hotel and is highly recommended for traditional Thai and oil massage by professional. Second road is about 300m away. Overall a very nice Soi to relax but still so close to Baht bus and Soi 6 etc...
Personally, I think Blue Sky has better rooms, balconies, and bathrooms. On the other hand, Best Beach Villa has a fitness center and a sauna, whereas Blue Sky does not. Both have solid swimming pools. Of course, you can stay 1 night in both and then choose the best option for you as they are located next to each other.
I was a big fan of blue sky hotel. But when I stayed there Jan 2024 , the low frequency noise from the new club nearby, is a big no to me. I was in the room 709.

The fridge and bathtub were my favorites. Still prefer bluesky to this though. Best beach prices are higher.

Great Video! Would you rather recommend Best Beach Villa or Pattaya Blue Sky in Soi 5 ?
