The more seasons I do the more i've learnt how important being financially responsible is. Do you think working a ski season is a viable way to earn a living? Hi Matt, Very well put together explaination of the likely out come of working a season. Having done 15 'later in life', I have seen how the yougsters haven't appreciated how little in terms of money they will have. I fortunately never needed to party so personnally I thnk every season from 2005/6 I did mange to save. something for the summer , but also being financially independant, money was never really an issue. It was as I'm sure many will agree far more about being able to ski for 4/5 days a week for 5 months at someone elses expence!!.
Thanks Frank, I don't suppose there were as many bars and clubs in the resorts then compared to today so perhaps it was easier not to party also? Cost of a pint now in some places in the alps s is horrendous even with a seasonaire discount.
@@BramskiVlogs My last season was 2019/20 started in 205/6. So I'm very up to date. Most expensive. Crans Montana Switzerland. Best Value Courmayeur Italy. or perhaps Steamboat Springs USA. Best overall Lech in Austria.
Great video My daughter is currently in a very expensive resort in France as a rep,I’m sure you can guess which one. She’s having the time of her life. It would be impossible without the bank of dad lol Cheers
Hi Georgina, when I made this video I was looking everywhere for my payslips from working in France and Austria but couldn't find them. When I was in Europe I was working for a tour operator for the mass market whereas Japan was more luxury ski holidays. So from what I remember the European experiences were not as good pay wise. Happy to answer any questions you have and I'm sure I can recollect no problem.

Hope she's having a good time out there. I definitely found it hard to safe in the first few seasons, but the more you do the easier it becomes.
Great video dude!
Thanks Kiran!
Alright, I'm doing this when I retire as a doctor.
Never too late to do a ski season mate.
Please could you do this video on your European experiences?
