Well given Batman's contingency for Robin is "get him in a situation where you can just kill the boy using some noxious gas or anything lethal to a human" kind of hand waves the "how" part. Slade may have gotten to him, but he still made it out alive so it won't be that easy. I like JLU's Batman's plan for himself, "Just shoot him, he's a regular human."
A good few of these feel like a bit of a gamble, especially with the core Titans. Getting Starfire or Raven worked up is probably the last thing you want to do, and essentially just praying that Beast Boy doesn't turn into something you can't put into a headlock, much less something that hasn't even been seen before.

His plan for Robin highlights the problem I have with Batman's contingencies in general. He supposedly makes these plans in case the hero in question becomes evil or evil-controlled, but the plan for Robin requires exploiting Robin's concern for the wellbeing of his team. If Robin is truly evil, he doesn't care about his team. Plan fails. If he is evil-controlled, by definition he doesn't have enough agency to act on his concern for his team (and may not even be conscious enough to perceive the threat to them). Plan fails. If your plan requires your target to act heroically and selflessly, you haven't created a plan to safeguard against a fallen version of them; you've only devised a means to unmake another hero.
A lot of them, though fun to listen to, revolved around "Just mess with them psychologically or use some gas to neutralize thier nervous system", honestly, none of them except Cyborg are immune to a bullet through the heart. The whole idea of continency plans was in case conventional weapons or tactics couldn't pin them down and assuming they "have to be stopped at all costs", distracting them and putting a bullet through most of them should do the trick. Cyborg gets the EMP then drain his battery and Starfire.... I'm not sure if she's immune to bullets but lock her in a dark room for enough time and she'll probably die out. Just how to get her in the dark room.
Batman should also have a security plan for the doom patrol mento, Elasti-Girl, Robotman, and negative man. as well for marvels Inhumans like black bolt, medusa, golem, cardio, Crystal, triton, Maximus, and lockjaw. Especially black bolt and his powerful voice that could destroy an entire city.
If anyone thinks teen Titans 2003 Robin did not take after his mentor and develop contingency plans for his teammates then they clearly missed a certain episode near the end of season 1.
"an emp with a frequency to match his tech": That's not how that works. an EMP has no frequency, but even if it did, technology beyond radio transmitters can't be specifically targeted through frequencies. The only varying factor in an EMP is it's power, which will alter this distance from the emp source that technology would be affected. Note that the electrical technology would have to be powered on for an EMP to be effective.

In comics he has even managed to become Starro, which means he could theoretically even become a Kryptonian. Putting his friends in danger is a big gamble. If Beast Boy goes Rogue, he needs to be either sedated ASAP or destroyed to the last cell.
Yeah, the psychological damage might make them even more aggressive if evil. Plus we saw what happened when BB was accused of attacking Starfire (when it was really Adonis and bb fended him off, but had no memory) Starfire was on life support. So if he could do that on accident, it'll take more than just annoying him to stop him if he's deliberate. Plus he can multiply as an amoeba too so a smart BB has no continency...just infect everyone and GG.
I do love Terra’s contingency: teleport her to a place where she can’t use ground to her advantage. Soo first we have to develop a teleportation device and then create a space station. Super super easy…
In cyborgs I would’ve also quoted how to disabled his sonic candid remember the episode where we figured out how to overload his sonic cannons amplification system you could easily build a bomb that attached. The body would overload the sonic canon, shutting it down and without that weapon, it is one of his main weapon so without it, he’s at a disadvantage..
Poor cyborg has the most obvious weakness of all the titans. He's the only one we regularly see defeated to a potential point of no return. but I guess the benefit of being a cyborg is as long as his biological components aren't ever deleted or damaged, he can allegedly be restored, I just only recall that story where Victor became some super computer overlord or something though but it's unclear if the human conscious was still alive.
