That's a nice, useful SAK. I wish they'd step up to a better steel, I used to carry and use one extensively but every time I needed the knife it was duller than dishwater so I started carrying a real knife and never looked back.
If you make one, let me know. I asked Victronox, it was a no. I carried a swiss army huntsman on all my deployments, in addition I carried a Benchmade or Cold Steel lock blade. I believe the modified outrider would allow carrying 1 knife for all tasks.
@@SAKMods rly? But how does that work if you dont have something on the opposite side of the spyderco blade? I mean. If you put a standard Vic blade into the spring without something on the opposite side (small blade, nail file, combotool) the spring will not work... Can you understand my question?
Great pocket knife. I wish Victoinox would make their knives with a decent knife steel. CTS-XHP or S30V would be fine. I'd stump up the extra money to pay for the higher production cost.
I would really like to see how you fabricate these knives/tools!
A muchos nos gustaría, que ingenio y belleza
Awsome Build. So slim, so classy. Love it. Keep up the great work!

Great work as always. Love that it's an 84mm as well. Cheers!

I happen to love 940 and manix. I’d love a 940 blade on manix handles would be my dream knife.
That’s dope! Definitely checking out the etsy
Thanks! I appreciate that!
That is an amazing job !!
Thank you for the kind words Sir!
The first s.a.k. I've ever actually like! I'd actually pay for one of those.. nice job!
Thank you for the kind words!

Thanks!
Really cool mods.
Thank you, I appreciate that!

It looks nice, complement it with a pocket clip and scissors out standing!
Very cool.
Thank you!
This would be perfect if it had a pocket clip too!
Ok, I need that
Nice
Like both these knifes ... really not sure about merge them together ...
Take my money!!!
🤣 Thanks for watching!
Very nice. I would love to see an outrider with the mod of a one-handed blade from trekker
Thanks! That would be pretty cool

@colglen6693 thank you for your service! If I get into 111mm swiss army knives I'll be posting it here for sure!
I’m not a huge multi-tool guy but this is awesome dude, great job. Did you add the blade yourself or does it come with that as a collab or something?
Thanks! I added the blade myself.
Bad asss!!!
Thanks for watching!
Wuaaauu a good job, how much does 1 of those cost, your work is very good

This one sold for $365. Thanks for watching!
A bit squarer handle ends would be superb....😅
I think Felix Immler would appreciate this.
Maybe...
Would it be possible to add a liner lock to the main blade? I'd order one if you could.
That hasn't been of interest to me and haven't planned on attempting. Thank you for watching!
Nice job
Do you accept orders?
Thank you! I do have an Etsy Shop
customsakmods.etsy.com
need it
such an awesome mod!
which hammer do you use for putting the pins like its original?
Thank you! I use modified pin punches that are concave on the inside to get the rounded rivets.
Win
What spring did you use for the spyderco blade? Great video man!
Thanks! I used a main blade spring.

@@Dadoimp I made a little spacer for the other side, so it puts tension on the blade.
@@SAKMods ohhhh niceeeeee
@@SAKMods i see! Tnx for your info!!
Very nice.... Top.... Gruß aus Austria...😊
Thank you!

Thanks, I totally agree
Looks good how much?
This one sold for 365
Great looking knife!
Thanks!
Bellissimo!
Туда бы ножницы...
Но где теперь ножницы на 84мм найти?
I recently put 85mm scissors in an 84mm build, just haven't published the video yet. Thanks for watching!
How do you add a nail nick?
Very very carefully with the thinnest dremel cut off wheel, its a little nerve racking
Зачем такое делать!?
Why not?
Very nicely done ❤️👏🏻👍🏻, but the way you open the blade holding the adge with your finger..... 👎🏻
Thanks! I just do that to show the blade has snap to it when opening, I don't actually do that when using knives.
