😢You can print dollars but you can't print men or artillery shells...
With 3D printers we can 😉
dont worry putin is printing roubles with his russian reserve fund is all used up and the russian budget is in deficit. but you are not smart enough to realize what that does to inflation and what its gonna do to the russian economy just like it did to the soviet economy in 1990.
also western artillery shells are accurate, but russia needs to fire 200 soviet shells to hit a target. its why you see those pock marked fields of russia trying to hit a target using 200 shells.
Works pretty much the same for rubles. Google for "Putin women 8 children"

Yesterday, Russia put Zelensky and a number of senior leaders of Ukraine on the wanted list. Most likely, this is a message in response to the peace conference in Switzerland: “There are no negotiations with criminals”
dont worry the lloyd austin said the american goal is so russia can never wage war again in the future. they intend to bankrupt the russian economy like 1990 ussr. and putin printing roubles to finance his war now is only speeding that up with rising inflation in russia.
Putin is an internationally recognised war criminal.
Then the can be no negotiations with the war criminal putin and his regime.
Their peace conference is RU give everything back and give us all money" lol Without even inviting Russia." Russia was ready to end it at the start. US UK couldn't have that hey. Zelenskiy and his comedy club staff are so corrupt man" OMG

The Russian military claims one victory after another, advancing in different directions on the Ukrainian fronts. On May 4, Russian servicemen raised the flag of the Russian Federation in the village of Kotlyarovka in the Kupyansk direction in the Kharkiv region. The settlement was captured by servicemen of the Russian 1st Tank Army. Units of the 47th Division broke through several lines of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine two days ago. According to preliminary reports, Russian forces are completing the mop up operation in the area.
The village of Kotlyarovka is located south of Kislovka, where Russian forces have gained a foothold in the eastern part of the settlement. The battles are already ongoing 23 kilometers from Kharkiv.
The Russian Ministry of Defense is expected to declare the full control of Kotlyarovka in the coming days, after the area of the settlement is secured.
Ukrainian servicemen are fleeing from their military positions under the heavy Russian artillery shelling and massive airstrikes, despite the orders of the Ukrainian military command to fight to the last. Kiev is trying to call its defeats the necessary ‘tactical regrouping of forces’ and ‘taking prepared positions for defense’.
When Chasiv Yar falls, Russian Forces can use this elevated position to hit a string of nearby Ukrainian military cities: Kostyantynivka, Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. They are home to tens of thousands of civilians as well as to many servicemen. The future of Ukraine’s Donbas region seems increasingly bleak.
According to Cherniak (captain in the Ukrainian National Guard), the Russian army adapted after 2022, stepping up drone production. The Russians now have “two or three times” more first-person-view drones, which they fly continually, including at night. That meant supplying frontline positions and rotating troops was harder, he said.
The Russian military has destroyed at least two more American-made M1A1 SA Abrams main battle tanks of Kiev forces while advancing to the northwest of the city of Avdeevka in the Donetsk direction.
Video footage showing the destruction of the first tank surfaced online on May 2. The tank was hidden under trees, still it was detected by the Russian military and targeted with a Lancet loitering munition. The strike set the tank’s engine and fuel tank on fire.
The second tank was destroyed on May 4 while taking part in a failed counterattack. It was reportedly targeted with a Kranspol prison-guided artillery shell. A video showing the tank receiving a direct hit and another showing it on fire were posted to social networks.
A recent report by The Associated Press revealed that Kiev forces withdrew all Abrams tanks from the front recently as the result of the excessive use of drones by the Russian military, which made it too difficult for the tanks to operate without detection or coming under attack.
Nevertheless, it appears that the rapid advance of the Russian military to the northwest of Avdeevka has forced Ukraine to deploy the tanks.
An attempt by Kiev forces to attack the Crimean Peninsula using American-made MGM-140 ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles was foiled by Russian air defenses early on May 4.
It is still unclear what version was the version supplied to Ukraine. The U.S. might have supplied the M39A1 Block I which is armed with a cluster warhead with 300 M74 bomblets but has a range of 300 kilometers, or with the M48 QRU and M57 Block IA Unitary versions which are both armed with WAU-23/B unitary warheads and have a range of 270 and 300 kilometers respectively.
While the initial Ukrainian ATACMS attacks caused some damage, the more recent ones were way less successful. This indicates that the Russian military has begun to adapt to the new threat.
The Kiev regime apparently understands this. Earlier this week, Ivan Stupak, an adviser to the Ukrainian parliament’s national security, defense and intelligence committee, said that Kiev forces have only up to two months before the Russian military adapts to ATACMS.
Ukraine hasn't done this in the whole war. Their 2, so called, victories on the battlefield happened when Russia retreated to a defensible position. All Ukraine did was move in. The Kherson retreat was widely published and orderly, the Kharkov retreat was chaotic due to being unprepared but it saved lots of soldiers lives. Prior to Russia moving it's troops to the left bank in Kherson, it did massive damage to the Ukrainian army, but Russia thinks strategically and knew the best thing to do was to consolidate their soldiers on the left bank.
Ha ha. Ukraine liberated 50% of the territory Russia occupied so far. Karkiv, Kherson, sumi, Kiev.
@@seanniemeyer5437 Not funny! However, Ukraine is on the way to disappearing from the map.

Easter,[nb 1] also called Pascha[nb 2] (Aramaic, Greek, Latin) or Resurrection Sunday,[nb 3] is a Christian festival and cultural holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day of his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary c. 30 AD.[10][11] It is the culmination of the Passion of Jesus Christ, preceded by Lent (or Great Lent), a 40-day period of fasting, prayer, and penance.

That's weird who's side is he on
There's zero possibility any Western PMC is going to volunteer to get put into the Russian grinder with no air support, supply shortages, and the kind of operational/strategic stupidity being demonstrated at Krynky. They might be able to get some of the previous volunteers back, but I don't see any possibility of a significant force. The only thing that's going to stabilize the line is NATO forces, and that has its own, much larger problems.
And it will further prove the line of Russia vs NATO driving more volunteers to Russian enrollment centers. Brilliant move US Empire and vassals.
The most motivated mercs went in 2022. They F’ed around and found out. It’s telling no mercs are volunteering for the AFU anymore.
This day is certainly not fantastic for Ukrainian men who are hiding from the mobilization and who are kidnapped from the streets of Ukrainian cities.
The sort of darkly amusing aspect to this is that the EU countries have made it very easy for illegal immigrants to enter and stay in their countries. The expatriot Ukrainians can simply disappear into the crowd of illegals and it will be next to impossible to effectively mobilize them.
lol look at whats going on in russia. they passed a law legalizing 14 year olds (child labour) to work in russian factories to solve the labour shortage created by the half a million russia casualties in 2 years of war. at 1200 a day now russia on pace to lose over 365k soldiers as casualties this year. france and uk now confirming the huge russian losses of 150k dead and total of 500k in casualties including the 150k dead.

The dump truck that was struck was on the Ukrainian side. So that would infer it was Ukraine trying to fix the crossing so they could keep using it, so I doubt they blew it up just to fix it.

Russian never had man power problems. They weren't fighting a real war. According to the CIA the total Russian combat forces (including territorial units) totaled ~70 understrength BTGs (battalion Tactical Groups) during the invasion. Let's say an understrength BTG is 600 men instead of 800 men. So they had 42,000 combat soldiers. The rest were services personnel with the gear in the rear doing what those guys do. Which makes sense the CIA also said the total army size was 170k-190k. So a 1/4 tooth to tail ratio. Just for reference when America invaded Iraq the second time they had 167,000 combat troops. During the first Iraq war they had 256,000 combat personnel. Russia didn't have man power problems, they didn't bring any men at all. The point was to get Ukraine back to the negotiation table, which these succeeded in.
If you ever listened to War on the Rocks pod you will remember when Michael Koffman said during the invasion that there was no one in the back of the BMPs! instead of 6 guys jumping out 1 or maybe 2 would. It wasn't a man power problem. They literally just didn't intend to fight a real war. So no, it wasn't crazy losses that caused the Russians to have to go back and refit. That never happened. They basically didn't bring a real army so when it was clear the west would stop Ukraine from making peace they had to pull back and raise an army. Now, they probably have 140,000 combat troops on the line. and probably another 40,000 in reserve. Jesus have you learned nothing from having all this propoganda inundate you? Go look up the order of battle for the invasion on wikipedia.
Also consider that in the first Iraq war the USA went in with most of NATO. They had 1 million men.
Delusional!

If the Ukrainians blew up their own bridge then why was the truck blown up as well, considering they have a shortage of heavy vehicles like that. It's fairly clear the Russians blew up the bridge. As for the aid money, 60 billion, not all of that goes to arms supplies, it's also used to run the Ukrainian government etc. What arms supplies are going to the Ukraine are simply not enough and aren't going to make any difference when they arrive.

The nato had taken 10 years preparing for war with Russia. The Russians have understood the imperialism of the West. And now have adapted to it. Now serious issues are just beginning as Putin said in the beginning !!!
That's one of the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The Russian federation has spent the last ten years preparing for war. While the fools in the west dreamed of peace in Europe and cheap russian fossil fuels. That's why Europe's military industrial complex struggle to manufacture enough munition to maintain a decent bar fight for any length of time let alone fight a war. Meanwhile Russia is pumping out munitions from the factories that they built in 2018.

Reports are, he left when he realized they were getting "mercs" killed !
If you are talking about the shortage of soldiers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, how do you think this shortage will affect the fighting? Any counteroffensives, attempts to encircle Russian troops and create a stable defense. All this requires the concentration of large forces. Ukraine is currently unable to concentrate forces at the front. If you follow the units that appear in the places of Russian offensives, it will become obvious to you that all Ukraine can do is transfer military units from one sector of the front to another. And as a result, conditions for a new breakthrough of the Ukrainian defense arise in those places from where troops were withdrawn for transfer. All the talk about traps for the Russian army, about Russia's alleged huge losses during the offensive, is nothing more than Ukraine's unwillingness to admit the fact that it no longer has sufficient forces to maintain a continuous line of defense. A breakthrough in the Avdiivka direction is dangerous for the Armed Forces of Ukraine because of the length of the new line of contact, which they need to protect. Offensive actions in other places are more local in nature. And by transferring a certain number of forces to such places, Ukraine sought to slow down its retreat there. But in the case of Ocheretino, the Russian army has entered the operational space, and the AFU does not have the opportunity to block all directions. APU Forces are afraid that the Russians will go along the highway to Pokrovsk, the Russians will take Solovyovo. The armed forces of Ukraine begin to strengthen Sokol, Russian troops take Arkhangelsk. The APU believes that this is done in order to control Ceramics and Novokalinovo, but they are being promoted to Novoalexandrovka. The situation is similar to the situation on the entire Ukrainian front as a whole. Russia is not trying to overcome those areas where Ukraine is preparing for defense. Because there are still enough areas in which Ukraine is not ready for defense.
Can arms supplies stop Russia's advance? Remember that the Leopards and Abrams were not completely destroyed. From time to time, "Hymers", "Storm shadows" and so on appear in Ukraine. The situation at the front is not because Ukraine does not have weapons. The situation is related to the fact that Russia has effective means of countering Western weapons supplied to Ukraine. Will the Armed Forces of Ukraine have more military equipment and artillery? This means that we will see the actions of the Lancets and Krasnopol again. Do Western tactics see this? They see this, hence the reluctance to supply Ukraine with this equipment. No one likes it when their weapons look powerless. But they will supply because they simply have no other options to support Ukraine.
When a group of people is faced with a problem that they cannot solve, some lock themselves in, others look for any possible options. There are those who only care about how they themselves would not suffer great damage from this. And there is always someone who starts screaming that everyone did everything wrong. And only he knows how to do it. Emotional Frenchmen often fall into this role. Macron is ready to talk about French troops in Ukraine. Is he really ready to send these troops there? I do not think so. Because Macron is not ready to answer the questions that he will be asked in France. When the French troops in Ukraine will be destroyed by missile strikes. From which France is no more protected than the Ukrainians.
@willyoam if you look at the topography around arkenhelski, you will realize why ukraine left the lowland valley town and moved up into the prepared defensive positions on the hills surrounding arkenhelski. sitting in arkenhelski is not a smart move as its not defensible.

To those advocating involving China in this conflict --->
Not counting the current weapons the PLA has, China has over 20,000 tanks and armored vehicles, as well as over 3000000 missiles and 3000 aircraft, and bombs, and ammunition of all kinds in storage.
Plus, with the current industrial capacity of China, China can easily produce *A WHOLE LOT MORE* !
Imagine if China decides to share those with Russia, can NATO win, can the US win ?
Or we just go unclear because the west can't work with anyone beyond being a bully, including its own citizens. Can you imagine western response to Russia assaulting and arresting a presidential candidate at a protest like what happened to Dr Jill Stein, or the assault of elderly professors as has been seen now of the continued lie about democracy is laid bare.
nah they can not more likley but that would be so stupid to do from China side to invlolve in this

Interesting
Interestingly, it seems by halting the initial combat convoy, the Russians are now systematically taking territory in what appears to be a 100% sweep. The regime in ukraine seems to be pushing the conflict to total annihilation. It is known since the start the two forces were not comparable. Russia’s ability to replenish, resupply, and equip forces make ukraine’s defensive attempts futile in the long run. As an American i think the EU is mistaken that Russia would invade Poland and so on etc. if ukraine conquered. It appears to me to be an in-house dispute between two bordering nations with long extensive relationships.
Just found you. Very good. I like your balance of neutrality. It must be strongly suspected that the experts on war outcomes are correct when they say that Russia will prevail simply on the basis of a far greater ratio of resources compared to that available to the Ukrainian regime. This despite the pouring of weaponry into Ukraine by the western powers, the level of which is set to diminish despite the latest tranche and threats from both NATO and the EU to boost this. When it became clear that Russia had withstood the onslaught of western financial and economic sanctions and even began to prosper economically while the West suffered it was clear Russia would prevail. It would have been sensible and pragmatic for the western powers to convince Zelensky to halt his useless resistance when this became clear. It seems clear to me that the West was relying on a double whammy of a weakened Russia through sanctions along with the expenditure of much blood and treasure to effect a victory by the Ukrainian regime in combination with the West. Now, after the almost complete failure if not indeed the COMPLETE failure of this policy I don't see anything stopping Russia. Rump Ukraine, west of the Dnieper will most likely be reformed into several protectorates governed by EU nations until new elections are organised and run. These elections will with absolute certainty see peace candidates, Russia-neutral and Russia-positive candidates win across the board. That will signify the complete end of Zelensky and all who cleaved close to him. The end will be humiliating for the USA and particularly for the EU. Brussels will have to eat crow and cough up billions from EU taxpayers to put rump Ukraine back into some kind of shape that comes half way toward economic viability. Russia will reinforce its governance in all its new territories, bringing all the benefits of Russian pensions, health care, education, salaries, infrastructure such as airports, rail lines, motorways etc. etc. Ten years from now the entire location will be transformed and any historian looking back will surely remark at the incredible and disastrous folly of western geopolitical entities of the West and shake their heads in utter disbelief that such stupidity took place.
Wars are won on money and will. Russia is running short on money and it's population is losing its will to support putins invasion of Ukraine while living standards decline at home.
Ukraine's cash is largely tied up in its western backers will to keep supporting them. However Ukraine's will is resolute. They really have no choice. Either they defend their homes and families or face occupation, subjugation, deportation, extermination and Russification. Which is what the poor bugger in the occupied areas are going through.

10:00 Profits can only be generated if the money is used. And to be used it has to be stollen first (since Russia won't just gift it to them). So using profits from "frozen assets" implies that the assets have already been stolen.
What military channels aren't talking about is the massive dedollarization happening globally. Why would you keep billions is us bonds if they can be seized because the USA doesn't like some policy, or they can blow up your infrastructure without so much as a peep from western media.

Add in Gaza and the US hypocrisy and the smell of BS is drifting to all corners of the globe to further intensify the lies of democratic blah blah blah are entirely meaningless.
People suggest that those 70,000 will attempt to put Kharkiv under siege rather than trying to take it right away.
Well, this is a bit all over the shop.
Last, we talked about Chloropicrin. Now, we are talking about CS gas (Chlorobenzylidene).
I would like to note that these two chemicals are wastly different.
CS gas is classed as less lethal, however; Chloropicrin is less lethal in smaller dosages but can cause permanent scaring of lung tissue and death in circumstances of prolonged exposure.
I'm a little confused as to what the facts are here now.
These two chemicals are miles apart in terms of risk to persons exposed to them.
I am not advocating that the rules of war and conventions be broken, but I can completely understand their take on this if indeed these gas grenades are CS and not Chloropicrin.

That bridge you were speculating on who took out was actually taken out by Russian strike over a week ago and that dump truck there was Ukrainian trying to rebuild the crossing. Russia took it out when they made that first big advance to the edge of eastern district of chasiv yar. They took it out to prevent and slow any reinforcements and resupply . Also prevents for sure the ability to bring large vehicles like tanks and BMP’s across to help defend eastern district. Russian forces hit that dump truck recently that Ukraine had been using there to try to rebuild it.
12:33, Why create dubious PMCs with a bad reputation? If it is possible to motivate (and keep your promises, rather than show off) your citizens to mobilize for the army with good money, benefits for their families and children? It seems to me that the forced mobilization of Ukrainian citizens played a cruel joke. This spurred them to desertion and surrender to Russian troops. The Ukrainian military can see perfectly well, they have the Internet, what happens to those who are captured. No matter what anyone says, prisoners of war in the Russian Federation are treated with respect (with the exception of war criminals who are destroyed on the spot).
Its interesting that you mention desertions. The Russian federation is facing unprecedented numbers of desertions at the moment.
Ukraine probably does need to use putins trick and offer a couple of years wages as a sign on bonus. Though Ukraine doesn't have the same large population of desperately poor people living on 200-500 dollars a month as Russia had.
Wagner was a stop gap measure when the Russian federation was struggling to find volunteers. Remember when they sent every combat trained soldier in the military to the invasion, there were sailors drivers tanks, border guards and strategic missile defence security, coast guard and border guards being captured in Ukraine. Remember the regional volunteers battalions. That initiative raise 84,000 men for the front. When that failed there was the mobilisation of the 300,000 that hasn't stopped. then there was the rapists and murders from prison recruitment that had raised over 150,000 men by mid 2023 and continues to this day, then there is the forced mobilisation in the Republics of ethnic minorities. No we have the forced mobilisation of people who attended Navalny's funeral, as well as poor people tricked into enlisting for the big cash rewards, and now there is the wave of patriotic Muppets who are so stupid as to believe that Ukraine was involved in the crocus hall attacks (bunch of forest gump mofos). Oh yeah let's not forget volunteers who were trafficked to the Russian Federation with the promise of a real job only to find themselves in green and heading to the front lines as temporary soldiers.

Willy saying weapons but manpower is the issue, that’s right because weapons had always been supplied to Ukraine, Willy knew this but parroted the no weapons supply lie from western media .thats why with the last u.s aid some money was put towards replenishing missing stock, that’s also because America was providing the weapons non stop on credit and so were the European countries .thats why Americans talked about a weapons deficit on their side and took some of the aid to replace them
its man and artilery thats lacking the most past months or so for Ukraine
nah if you were objective you would realize the small gains russia made in last 7 months was because ukraine was low on ammo. russia still was taking 900 casualties a day in april and its up to 1200 a day in may as russia is trying to gain as much ground through meat assaults before the american military aid comes in large amounts.
you need to learn how to read english because your explanation of us military aid to ukraine is completely wrong. if you take one thing like 155mm artillery shells, they have an expiry date of 15 years. so us has a huge stock pile of at least 20 million shells. and 1.5 million of those may be expiring in warehouses in a year. so they send that to ukraine and order 1.5 million new shells from the us defence budget of 900 billion rather than just letting it expire. it actually saves tax payer money in disposal costs also. everything has expiry dates so that is what is being sent to ukraine. stuff that is still good for a year to year and a half that ukraine will use up within the year on russian troops.
same goes for the bradleys and abrams tanks. ukraine is getting the abrams tanks with the older armor and not the depleted uranium mesh. the americans dont use the old tanks so they sitting in warehouses getting ready to be diposed of. so they sent it to ukraine and american military orders the newer abrams with the depleted uranium mesh armor that is classified.
It’s actually 100.000 troops not 35.000 to 70.000 mate.
Is civ div still there ?
The thing what made the Wagner so effective wasnt that they were mercs, but rather that they had their own stuff from anything. A Wagner soldier didnt had to call in the Russian airforce for air support, because they had their own MiGs, artillery, tanks, and infantry, so they could pretty much wage combined arms warfare regardless of what the military is doing. That was beneficial for a relatively localized thing like the Bakhmut offensive, however, it would turn wasteful if the airforce would be split and ordered to individual ground troops instead of patrolling the entire frontline.
Russia 💪
I don't understand the idea behind the southern bridgehead. If it's a diversion, it's got to be a costly diversion: poor supply over the river, under Russian fire control, or at least contested, and the men crossing can't be just conscripts. Why send some of your best men to be smashed by artillery sitting on a sliver by the river, just to divert a few Russian brigades? It would take forever to expand that bridgehead enough to make the logistics over the river safe...
I believe those are the 4 newly deployed Chechan brigades building up in the north.
