Can’t Valentine just try to find a Diavolo without a stand or when in his Doppio form, put him in this universe and eventually Diavolo gets tired and of avoiding his other self while fighting
@@zirotsero6951 in infinite realities, it's likely he could find a Diavolo/Doppio with no stand and a normal life. Bring 11 of them over every second, or just a sea of them like Konan's paper jutsu. Either way KC will hit a limit.
I like the idea of Valentine using his stand ability during the timeskip and suddenly becoming aware that he had jumped into a different world without realizing.
This is the reason I believe Diavolo might be a parallel Funny Valentine in the same way as Koichi is a parallel Yasuho. However, that doesn't mean Funny Valentine can use Diavolo as an extra life, since Diavolo already has a Stand, and thus cannot receive D4C
Thank you! Feels like literally NO ONE seems to notice valentine's mortality when oneshotted or when prevented from getting between objects like the diego fight Edit: important to note, D4C and KC both manipulate timeLINES as opposed to time TRAVEL. I wonder if epitaph would interact somehow, like Underworld and Burning Down The House.
Because it’s usually easier said than done. Bro was able to escape using water droplets and he’s survived a lot of things that should have killed him with bs jojo logic. Theoretically he should be able to use even his own clothes
Yeah after reading part 7 it really got put into perspective how over scaled Part 7 usually is in vs battles. Valentine just like Johnny definitely has oneshot potential but without love train if you can just one shot him or are faster than he is by a large margin you've practically won already.
If he dies an infinite amount of deaths, does that mean he has died after 20 years of a happy marriage just do die because he looked at a certain 4 pixels of an image.
Since the events do happen, Valentine is at a major advantage in that Diavolo can see him hopping dimensions but can't stop him from doing it in many cases. Furthermore, Valentine would keep switching bodies. Not to say this would be an easy battle for Valentine though, he is smart, but it would take a minute to figure out Diavolo's abilities. On the flip side though, Diavolo's Time Erasure seems to only excel against single targets (for counters) When being bumrushed by multiples or in a position where attacking might compromise him, he'd faster retreat. However, not to underestimate King Crimson's strength, I'd say it is one of if not the physically strongest we've seen (Star Platinum does its damage in a barrage of punches, King Crimson donuts and vivisects people with a single strike), it is highly possible Diavolo gets the idea he needs to instantly kill Valentine, and say, uses King Crimson to lop off Valentine's head.
Here's a question. What if Diavolo decides to use King Crimson against D4C itself? Instead of attacking Valentine, he punches a hole through D4C. Valentine gets the hole in his torso as well, and D4C is left weakened and is thus unable to use his ability. And, taking advantage of this, Diavolo crushes Valentine's head.
@LISBOAH considering that's Diavolo's second move that'd give Valentine enough time to bring in another Valentine which would make Diavolo skip time and get a safe distance to think wtf just happened
@LISBOAH That's a good question, but given Diavolo's arrogance, that wouldn't be his first move, at least, as we see he immediately goes for a fatal blow to the User that usually isn't instantly fatal in almost all cases. Believing he'd won by that point, the just barely alive Valentine would have just enough time to dimension hop with how lax the activation requirement for D4C is. With Valentine now disappeared, Diavolo would be momentarily shaken, as we've seen him panick quite often when things don't go as he plans (believing Epitaph and Fate to be 100% undefeatable, so something seemingly disregarding that would have him shook for a bit as he tries to process what's going on.). From here, I see two scenarios happening, but both would likely result in Time Skip: Valentine reappearing instantly; or Diavolo regaining his composure and using Epitaph out of paranoia. This would result in him seeing Valentine re-emerge with multiple Valentines after a few moments as Valentine has to gather them. In the case of multiple, Diavolo wouldn't engage as he would think it were a trick. Then, I don't know how the fight would go. Grabbing another Diavolo wouldn't really work, given Diavolo's mysteriousness, reclusiveness, and the fact Valentine wouldn't know Doppio is Diavolo. That last part alone kinda makes the argument of using another dimensional version of him extremely unlikely to actually work.
Star Platinum and The World can easily do that in time stop we’ve seen it. A pissed off Jotaro can do a barrage of donut holes to a vampire whose physicals far exceed a humans
Diavolo interacting with objects in skipped time happens multiple times. He can do this only if he sees himself performing an attack via Epitaph. Then, even if he activates King Crimson's ability, the attack he is fated to do will still happen regardless. When that happens it's just instant game over for his opponent.
@@Far-Reez Exactly. But he doesn't need that anyway. Diavolo litteraly cannot lose no matter what. Only way he can lose is if fate itself intervines in the form of the beetle arrow. Otherwise, he is completely invincible.
@@chyumiming. he will just erase that moment of time, adjust his position to a favorable spots. He needs to be very cautious about this because he can only skip 10 sec of time and he may accidentally erase nuisances moments and leave that moments he see in Epitaph which is what Diavolo is aware of advicing Doppio to don't us KC ability yet when he see in Epitaph his heads blows up.
I do wonder if Diavolo could possibly avoid being destroyed by his copy self by skipping time, since it kind of takes him outside of reality (unless they both get the same idea and skip into the same place outside of reality)
These two villains have on their stands the shenanigans, they can do literally anything and it would work! Diavolo with his huge power can kill Valentine in OHKO, but Valentine can switch to other universes if he can have some sorta of surface to pass inside and so every damage is null. Valentine it's also a trickster, he can just spawn with other copies and overwhelmed Diavolo beating him easily. There are so many situations it's impossible to say who can win. On my opinion, Valentine can have high chances to win the fight.
I agree with you buddy. Imagine though, Diavolo sees a future where he blows up and suddenly grenades start showing up from random places. Like, Valentine could just hide in another dimension and blow him up lol
Here is the thing though with future sight he would just never get caught in valintines traps mobing him wont work as his stand would easily elimate the clones hiting him with an alternate version of himself wouldnt work as he would just see into the future and know not to do that and his stand should be fast enough to catch bullets so that wont work the only thing valintine has is infinite lives which is somewhat countered by precognition as he would see that he is about yo disapear and kill him before he could he would know valintines ever move before he makes it
I just thought of something for Valentine. When he goes to alternate realities, the stand users around him can vary with their abilities. (The, obvious example being Diego having the World in an alternate reality) This could mean there’s three potential states Valentine could find Diego in, within alternate dimensions. Regular Diavolo, Requiem Diavolo, and infinite death Diavolo. The reason I believe these three different types of Diavolo could exist in other dimensions is because, it’s inevitable that they would be worlds were events would lead up to that fate. This is running off the logic that The way Diego got the World is because in that alternate world, he never was affected by scary monsters’ infection. Finding another regular, Diavolo would just cause a normal interaction between the two characters. Finding Requiem Diavolo is more than likely just a losing condition for Valentine. Because of all the evolved villain stands are usually far, far beyond everything else in the verse. (Made in heaven, the world, over heaven, bites the dust in comparison to killer queen) In the opposite case finding infinite death Diavolo could be an instant win condition. Mainly because that death could be funny valentine’s Instant kill. Which Diavolo wouldn’t be able to overcome due to it being fate, because GER. But that’s complete speculation on how alternate realities and versions Diavolo would work.
@@goroakechi6126He's got infinite time though. He's the president of the US after all, he's got even more resources than Diavolo could ever hope for. Hell he could probably bride infinite other Diavolos who have their own kcs and say something like "hey want the US to support and keep you going for centuries?" He could do that and have an army of kcs on his side.
Just a note that's worth taking: Both of King Crimson's abilities are tied specifically to the timestream of a single universe. As D4C and Valentine can cross different universes and therefore enter into safe spaces that can't be effected by Epitaph or time skip, that's automatically a huge advantage for Valentine.
Bruh when you realized that his abilities are more similar to causality and fate manipulation then having to do anything with time and when you also realize that fate is literally helping him and would only fuck him over if it finds a individual more Worthy like giorno then talk to me my boy instead of speculating what is connected to the time stream or not you should try to connect your meet with some 🐩🙇♀️s

@@Thecumgobler that's not how it works bruh. You need something like the infinite spin to pass the LT barrier, you can't just step into it. The love train light is a dimension in itself not a random beam of yellow light
What I would like to know is how Valentine would even be able to find another Diavolo from a different universe, since his identity is a secret and finding him is the entire plot of part 5. Can he just make D4C summon a Diavolo? But what if he can only find Dopio. Can a Dopio and Diavolo coexist in a universe since they are not the same soul even though they share the same body?
It's said in the video, Valentine hops into dimensions where roughly the same thing is happening at the same time and place. If he hops dimensions, he'll most likely find another Diavolo and another Valentine that are fighting or are together in some way, but think about this: There's only One D4C, and we've seen Alternate Universe Johnny's with Tusk, so trying to get a *second* Diavolo to use as a weapon against our Main Diavolo might be a challenge in itself, because you'd probably now have TWO King Crimsons to fight, and if you've inflicted a wound against Main Diavolo, the Alternate one from another Dimension assuming he tries to go and get him, is just a fully healed Diavolo. I can only see Valentine successfully capturing an Alternate Diavolo is by tackling him from behind, because Diavolo probably won't expect someone to just come from the ground. I'd say King Crimson and D4C are roughly the same in strength, as we've seen D4C chopping limbs off as well, but D4C's may be weaker? I only remember him chopping Johnny's hand clean off, but I'd say he'd be able to dice an Arm or Leg off, It can really go either way, but I'd say Valentine could win because of the infinite lives, and if he actually manages to *hit* Diavolo, then he probably can't do much when he lands more overtime, the only challenge is, y'know, hitting Diavolo. Another thing, I'd say Diavolo and an AU Doppio would end up merging, we've seen stuff like a Gun merging, if it's the *same* body, then surely it'll have a negative reaction.
@@fathermc249It's also possible he could find a universe where he lost and be like "hey want immunity from any US investigations?" And just get a kc army that way.
I like to imagine a situation where Funny figures out epitaph and purposefully brings in another-self to get it killed and so Diavolo turns confident, Like when he saw himself Killing GER. So in the 11-12 second mark, Valentine can strike. I don't really know If that would win him the match but it's interesting to think about the shenanigans these two could keep bringing to keep a fight going, classic Araki style.
8:27 diavolo can’t interact with anything during time skip but you are probably referring to stuff like Trish’s hand getting cut off but diavolo didn’t do that fate said Trish’s hand was going to get cut off diavolo saw this in this future vision and since he knew this was going to happen in the next 10 seconds he skipped the time and events of him cutting of Trish’s hand and only the results of Trish’s hand getting cut off were left same when narancia died diavolo saw he was going to die and skipped the events that needed to happen in order for him to die only leaving narancia’ death diavolo also tried this in the G.E.R fight he saw giorno was going to die so he tried to skip time so he would just die but giorno used G.E.R to reverse diavolo’s time skip and actions to catch him off guard and kill him
Of all the villain fights, this is the one I'd wanna see the most. I gotta ask... Would dragging numerous Diavolos into the same reality be a benefit or a hinderance for Funny Valentine? I mean, I can see multiple King Crimsons using their Time Skips to prevent alternate reality Diavolos from touching, and then we just have two or more measurably stronger stands able to gang up on D4C. Also, can D4C be destroyed separate from Funny Valentine? I mean, the main rule is that a stand user needs to be taken out to take out the stand, but D4C is a separate case where the stand can jump to a new user... Kinda like Anubis from part 3. If D4C can be destroyed, maybe after losing one host but before it can attach to another, then that further synchs it for Diavolo as King Crimson's able to out-stat D4C and pummel 'em.
What stops Valentine from just going to new universes and coming back with like 100 Valentines to all just run at Diavolo at the same time. I feel like Valentine is smart enough to also use this as an opportunity to gain more information on King Crimson's abilities and it's limitations and maybe even come up with some sort of plan to beat it.
Better yet 100 Diavolos who never unlocked King Crimson littered around the field, you can't be in time skip forever and if you're out for a second in that environment you're dead
@@lumi_rune I would assume in this scenario both parties are trying to kill each other no matter the cost, so maybe Diavolo would try to set a trap for Valentine but I doubt that he would expect 100 Valentines to show up out of nowhere lol.
If they all came at the same time, it would be within the span of timeskip. However Valentine just needs to summon 11 diavolos, one a second, nearby him. They don't have to rush him, they attract one another.
What you forgot is that Funny valentine needs to visit 100 dimensions to get 100 valentines, and that Diavolo could follow him into the dimension. after the 4rd dimension and with epitath diavolo has him probally figured out
8:32 what i think happens with Narancia, is shown when meeting Polnareff. what i think happened, is that he was destined to say all of those things to Polnareff by Epitath, we the audience hear him saying "this is a test" monologue, but Polnareff only hears "This is a test, wouldnt you agree" because he was destined to turn into Diavolo in those seconds, the fact that he skipped time didnt affect himself, so he was able to take his shirt off and turn into Diavolo. This is also backed up by the fact Polnareff was confused from where Diavolo appeared because he saw a kid down with Bruno. Without Time Skip, he would have saw from the beggining Doppio turning into Diavolo. Later he still figured it out, which i belive was part of fate to Polnareff to figure out how Diavolo and Doppio worked. Now what i belive happened with Narancia, is that he saw from Epitath he was going to kill Narancia, he skipped time, and that event happened without moving a finger because it was destined to happen. This also explains the elevator scene with Bruno and Thrish too
I love hearing about Diavolo, he's one of my favorites from JoJo and I adore his Stand and it's ability. I'm gonna give this win to Diavolo, there's just no counter to being able to skip past anything you don't like and being able to predict whatever shenanigans Funny would try, no matter how many Funny there are. Funny is busted, but Diavolo is on a whole-nother-level. Funny would've been the one to start the fight since he gotta take the napkin, but Diavolo would end it. EDIT: Based on the argument that Funny could bring another Diavolo and make them come into contact. Remember what that means, it means there are two King Crimsons with Epitath that can see that it's a bad idea to touch since they would die; so Time Skip it and gain distance. Based on the argument that Funny could predict 11 seconds ahead and make a killing move; just Time Skip it and monologue about how nothing affects you while King Crimson is active. How is Funny even gonna be able to kill him when he can Skip bad outcomes, meanwhile Diavolo just needs one proper instant kill to end it. It would be the toughest fight ever for Diavolo though, I can imagine him saying something like ''I suppose your ability is not trash, but it is insignificant when compared to KINGU CURIMSON NO NORYOKU, the apex.'' Also when he cut Giorno's arm, in the anime you can see the Time Skip ended at the moment of contact. And that time against Giorno's body, remember that everyone looked away from him the moment the Time Skip happened, I think he did it using his A speed stat. If he did have the ability to interact with objects during Time Skip, then he's even more broken beyond belief. Lastly, think about it, if both figured each other's ability out, who would have the advantage? Knowing that someone can predict the future perfectly, can Skip any death and doesn't have a counter will only hammer home how effed one is fighting this Beast of a Stand. Funny's dimension hopping trick can only work against two surfaces, so Diavolo just decapitates him the moment Time Skip ends before Funny can counter. Just, THINK ABOUT IT; *Diavolo can predict 10 seconds ahead, and on top of that, he can Skip 10 seconds; he has 20 seconds of absolute security.* Funny doesn't technically have extra lives, there are just an infinite number of him in each universe; that's why instant death works on him, it's over if he can't bring any extras in. Funny can put up more of a fight than almost any JoJo character, but in the end he just doesn't have luxury of instant kill working on Diavolo, because he'll know when it happens and he can Skip it; if an ability doesn't counter Time Skip, he can just pull the ''I erased 0.5 seconds of time'' to avoid anything. If Doppio is the one to start the fight I can see Funny easily stomping, but this is Diavolo vs Funny, and King Crimson is invincible. To bring up the age old ''Time Skip Vs Time Stop'' debate, I just want to bring to everyone's attention that Epitath can see what happens after stopped Time Stop ends; and if he would die from that attack, he'd be able to Skip that death. DIO could likely beat Diavolo, but Diavolo would beat Funny Valentine or Jotaro. Kind of funny since DIO actually did lose against Jotaro and would likely lose against Funny too. Do you see now? King Crimson was born to be on the apex of this world! The only reason it was defeated was because Time Skip itself was nullified, without stopping Time Skip; there's no stopping King Crimson. Love the video! Have a Like! Sorry I can't subscribe twice.
8:20 it's the same thing about the elevator thing If someone was destined to get his arm cut by diavolo and time erasure is activated, the arm would be cut the same way, but diavolo doesn't need to do the attack
Cold off the jump thoughts, provided we’re talking base D4C and not D4C Love Train I think I gotta give this fight to Diavolo. Epitaph and time skip is pretty cracked.
Valentine was able to find out Tusk Act 4's ability extremely quickly, he states something along the lines of "shoot me with another bullet of the opposite direction, I can still save them"
I think it would be funny if Diavolo saw himself and he would just be like "It's time for a liitle trolling" and then he would proceed to do the whole touching your future self (pause) projection on Valentine
3:23 Good thing funny valentine doesn't know of ultimate versions of himself like if he did then he would just swap bodies with ultimate life form version of himself making him broken
I remember hearing a summary of the Who Shot Johnny Joestar? arc. I feel I should put emphasis on the "hearing" part because I could not listen; I lost track of the spaghetti of information about 1/4th of the way through and everything after that went into one ear and out the other.
I think Funny Valentine wins. The main reason being that the future king crimson sees has the exact faults of Oingo's book: you see what is happening, but only from one point of view. He can see "in 10 seconds, Valentine will try to stab [me] in the back" but there is no way of knowing which Valentine is the one trying to do it. He can skip all he wants, but he can't kill more than one Valentine at a time. Thus, he can't maintain the momentum he needs to win. He'll either get fatigued out, or lose due to failing to interpret the future properly.
I agree that diavolo wins but you don't understand king crimson 1 he doesn't interact with anything during time skip at the end of part 5 fate does it for him he removes the cause and leaves the effect fate does the cause for him 2 he doesn't have a cooldown on his ability like Star Platinum does for example and he can use Epitaph inside of time skip actually his ability is more similar to causality manipulation then skipping time but that is a another debate entirely 3 the stats difference if you wank the hell out of both character Funny Valentine is barely faster-than-light and his AP and durability is only multi-city block level + on the other hand diavolo has immeasurable++ stats you can scale him off GER which you would have to scale off MIH so MIH has immeasurable speed GER surpasses MIH and has the same stats king crimson absolutely destroyed GER in a future prediction but obviously GER said NO that never happened because of his hax but he still had to punch diavolo multiple times to kill him it is my personal Theory that Diavolo got those stats at the end of golden wind when he had his resolve boost when he overcame his fear and decided not to run away that's just a speculation though but yes Diavolo wins.
I think (with the amount of time he can burn through with clones) Valentine would figure out decently quickly that Diavolo has Epitaph. And once Valentine uses some more dimension hopping to figure out the specifics, he can bait out an epitaph > Timeskip combo and blitz the man with 18 different Valentines
I think I remember someone who said if you didn't understand King Crimson the simplest explanation was to think of it like skip a video in youtube by 10 seconds. the footage still exists and what happened still happened but you the viewer/victim has no knowledge of the skipped footage and what happened during.
I spent like a week or 2 arguing with a guy on how diavolo his the only main villain with a chance to beat love train and you make a video about it, can't wait to watch, btw my conclusion is a stalemate bc diavolo dodges everything with time erase and epitaph while d4c stays unharmed bc of love train
Thing is is funny valentine leaves the dimension they are in i am pretty sure epitaph would just see his disappearing and if he tried to erase time it wouldnt effect funny valentine while he is in that other dimension meaning like he could trick epitaph by just sending a clone to attack and then attacking right after in many different ways. Funny valentine may also just run away and when diavolo chases after him and crosses through that portal he just runs into a clone and insta dies. Remember that like funny valentine also comes packing heat with guns so he does have that as a advantage just having a buncha clones who shoot one a sec making it so that no matter when he time skips to he is going to have to get shot. Theirs also a good chance that just clone spam could tire diavolo mentally where valentine is fine since he can just change to a fresh body and then he looses due to that. Also a big one it seems that he can also trap people in the middle of objects so they are in both dimensions. This might mess with his timeskip and epitaph as he would have to skip time in 2 different worlds and see 2 different fates so it could half his ability while stuck messing him up a lot both mentally and ability wise.
8:29 this only happens if said thing is fated to happen. This is how "Diavolo" cut off Trish's hand while breaking through the elevator and killed Naranica with the gate. It was was technically fate that did it so it's basically just some weird stupid loophole.
Video invalidated Diavolos loss is one of his infinite deaths therefore making it cannon and the only true way that this fight will end. Unless in the death he beats valentine and then trips and breaks his neck. Wait. Technically they both win because there will be a diavolo death in which it happens one of both ways at some point.
The big thing I think is that it's not just D4C vs King Crimson, the real strength of nearly every Stand is in its user, and Valentine is straight up the strongest Stand user in the entire series. Johnny made this point after Diego was killed, that as dangerous as D4C is, the real reason Valentine won was his decisiveness and his absolute lack of hesitation in making whatever sacrifice or gambit is needed, even ones as brutal as throwing himself under a moving train just to bring his opponents with him. Diavolo is certainly pretty strong as a Stand user even aside from the power of King Crimson, but Valentine is in a league of his own
If the Universe and Reality itself doesnt like two objects in one place, does that mean if diavolo touches another diavolo while in timeskip, he will still explode, since reality is a greater being than that of time itself?
@@dopaminvitaminGER is above reality since it can deny the truth, def would be able to negate D4C collision attack, maybe infinite spin & go beyond are different tho…

I wrote an entire essay here talking about how bad KC really is,but deleted it and instead I will just give Valentine's ultimate winning condition. It's confirmed that liquid counts as an object that can activate D4C. If it rains during the fight Diavolo is permanently f*cked. He would constantly summon his clones and Diavolo needs to be damaged only once for his performance to drastically decrease, imagine Valentine landing a shot on his leg,Diavolo is f*cked.
I agree both are tied with both being able to come out victorious either way, I think one thing to consider is Valentine requires prep time, not long but seconds in order to put himself between something to pull out more of himself. With Epitath I think Diavolo would be able to see where Valentine would be going to smush himself and or maybe even see Valentine go into another dimension
They can both win so rlly Depends on the writing. Diavolo can time skip donut u or head chop for instant kill, and Valentine can bring another u for instant kill too. Valentine can body hop which gives him the edge harder to kill permanently. Would love to see them fight, wana see diavolo win
One thing to consider is if Epitaph actually helps here. It seems that, as it simply reads fate in Diavolo's timeline, it would give nothing but false information (or no information at all) the moment Diavolo would be transferred to a different timeline by D4C -- something we know can happen pretty much instantaneously, and without the person even realizing it, woth a very loose requirement for it (being between two surfaces -- which can even just include two droplets of water as we learned in the fight in the rain). If that's the case, as suggested by Diavolo's grandstanding and other info we're given, then Diavolo is actually in a pretty rough situation. If it would take him more than 10 seconds to realize he's in another world, or the fight goes into an alleyway, or water/blood splashes around for 10.1 seconds, or anything like that, he's getting moved, and suddenly his reliance on Epitaph is either no help or actively a *hindrance*, giving him false information and making him jump the gun with time skips. And thinking about it, being moved isn't an interaction, the way D4C does it -- it's just moving from point A to B through a temporary portal. There's a good chance that time skip wouldn't prevent it, since it's not a physical interaction. That all said, i dont think this clinches it for Valentine -- it just makes it more of a 50/50. KC is still ridiculously powerful compared to D4C, but moving a timeline reader to one they can't read is going to massively disorient them, and leave them much more open to blunders and attacks -- and even moreso when we know how Diavolo instantly panics when Epitaph gives wrong or misleading information.
16:09 i also think diavolo has a MUCH higher chance of hitting that 'instant kill attack' that diego mentioned, since thats kinda... thats kinda his thing, big one punch big damage. All of his attacks have a chance to just KILL Funny valentine, theres not much stopping him from headshotting him the moment a time erase ends
If you see this Can you explain the fence thing on how he manged to impale someone there or was that just fate or him. Also why can kc spray blood in people eyes during time skip
Metas, please make a video on Jotaro vs Johnny. Please, man! I really need to know whta you think about this. It will be great to hear your opinion on it.
Diavolo can definitely attack during timeskip. Narancha felt that one. He can choose between being intangible and being able to punch your during timeskip. Or seemingly both.
Really just boils down to one question: Does time skip and epitaph work in just this dimension, or all? If it's just this one, funny wins due to KC not being to see other dimensional funny's pulling a sneak attack. If it doesn't, Diavolo can see funny jumping dimensions... Predict then merk.
On the Diavolo side, there's also the weird physics/metaphysics involved with him being a second soul inside Doppio. This fact messed with Silver Requiem's soul-swapping power and there's the potential for it to mess with other stuff. Like if Funny Valentine tries to destroy Diavolo with an alternate universe clone, but only finds a clone of Doppio without Diavolo in him as well, or Diavolo's alternate universe body is someone completely different. Or in an extremely weird case, we find that in one universe there's a Funny Valentine with that universe's Diavolo inside his head... which would probably result in the two Diavolo souls canceling each other out while leaving the Doppio and possessed Valentines physically unharmed (or destroying them as collateral damage). I mean, there's no guarantee one way or another, but it's just another odd thing that could result in a twist during a battle between the two.
I was going to point out the fact that it took tusk act 4 to beat Valentine, not because of love train but because of the fact that infinite rotation can follow D4C anywhere anyhow, but then I remembered it took Gold experience requiem to take out Diavolo since he can just skip past most attacks we know of in jojo Another point, though, is how they fight, I dont remember Valentines fighting style too much, but I know that Diavolo does a lot more killing than actual fighting. He never engages in long-term fights. He tries to end the fight as quickly as he can using lethal chops and impaling tactics and neglects longevity. Thanks to his ability, he can leave the defence up to future sight and time erasure. Against a stand whose only way of killing it is a near instant death, Diavolos' style of fighting can work quite well against Valentine
bro what Literally none of D4C's feats put it at light speed. There are characters (mainly Diego) that easily dodge D4C's attacks and they are around 2x faster than an average human.
Finally a sensible JJBA fan. Every 1v1 edit with a JJBA character has all their fans stating how they “solo the verse because of light speed attacks” Only ppl in JJBA I can understand being lightspeed are MIH, Star Platinum, The World, Bohemian Rhapsody (based on fictional characters brought out), and Notorious B.I.G (based who it’s fighting) Let me know if there’s more
@@jobon7708 Maybe…? We don’t get that much info on GER to determine his speed. For all we know, he could be slightly faster then GE. But if u find anything abt this I’ll be glad to listen
I used to not get King Crimson until I read something somewhere that his stand is essentially a disconnect of the Ends and the Means. If the Means create an undesirable End, he can just disconnect the two causal events so that the means do not manifest those ends. And this is how Gold Experience Requiem works but in reverse. By setting things to 0, it guarantees that the ends are always the same, no matter what means happen the end cannot be changed. King Crimson's ability is to disconnect means from ends. Gold Experience Requiem's ability is to make the means irrelevant by assuring the same end every time. It's why it's the perfect counter to King Crimson. If his ability is to skip the means, but the means are made redundant, then his ability is basically turned off, locking him in a loop of fate/destiny, unable to escape or skip over it.
I’m sure if 6 Valentines is no problem under 10 seconds but what about 20 or 100? I don’t think even with King Crimson, can Diavolo maneuver around a mob of the same person all with the intent to kill him with D4C transferring each time and all they have to do is tag him with an alternate version of Diavolo, who’s probably confused to what’s going on. The alternate version probably won’t have the same stand though since Diego didn’t but it could go either way.
there is also the fact that precog might help diavolo know which valentine d4c transfers to also he could see what might happen if he met another diavolo
This is an interesting match. If it’s just D4C, the main threat is the alternate version merger. Diavolo can just avoid that with his time erasure. As long as Valentine can’t escape, Diavolo can win. If it’s also Love Train, Diavolo can’t break into it. At best, stalemates, but he’ll probably loose.
Thats a really interesting question since we saw that love train is a barrier diavolo could potentioly skip behind it, since he doesnt exist anymore, he can phase through any object and we have seen that love train is a phyiscal barrier
I think funny takes this overall his hacks are much better and as we’ve seen diavolo’s time erase isn’t unbeatable. We’ve seen people put up counters to it in the case of his second fight with polnareff and Bruno. Another thing to consider is diavolo’s only instant death was with the help of chariot requiem against narancia. All other deaths, those being abbachio, polnareff, and Bruno, all had time to do a final action against diavolo. This is all without bringing clones into the mix which could allow Valentine to gain information or the ability to transport parts of himself between dimensions to avoid attacks. My last point is a bit of a hypothetical. If there are two diavolo’s on the field, could he even skip past it as the only one who can interact in time erase is diavolo but would that apply to this other diavolo. It’s sad we’ll never get to see anything like this as we’ll never get to see what happens when two people erase time.
I don’t want to be that person, but it’s important for me to at least say this even if you don’t see it. As someone who is disabled and in a wheelchair myself, (though I wasn’t put there in as violent and dramatic a way as Polnareff) I feel really uncomfortable when people use the term “Cripple”. You may not have intended to offend, but that word is commonly used to mock and deride those of us with physical disabilities, to make us feel less than and can be as hurtful as the R word to some. Especially in a context like it was use here where it can be misconstrued such as at 12:07. While I’m assuming you meant he was crippled as in wounded it initially came across upon first watch that you were calling Polnareff himself a cripple. You may choose to still use the word going forward, but I wanted to at least give you the perspective of someone who has had that word thrown at her in very hurtful ways. If you must use it, I would appreciate it if you could to be careful about the context in which you use the word so as to at least avoid such future misunderstandings.
If you meant he interacted in time erasure with his blood, I have a theory. I think its like with crazy diamond, and once the blood exits and gets off his body, it is no longer a part of his body, and could then interact with the people and evironment.
Diavolo being able to damage others in time skip is probably because he involves himself in the skip. The reason he was able to take Trish in the elevator was because he was fated to. So he skips time and what he does plays out as it would have. Basically what I'm saying is Diavolo has two options: Erase time by going into a sort of "spectator mode" and watching everything play out while nothing affects him Or Skip time by skipping his own actions and only leaving his results.
In my personal opinion, I would go with Valentine, only due to the point you brought up with the confusion factor of beinging in another Diavolo. But another point I believe is that, and dont quote me exactly cuz i havent really read all of SBR yet, but what if Valentine could just like.. pull in multiple other Diavolo from other universes? If im wrong about the last statement, please dont get like super super mad at me bros, I haven't read it all okay :')
So if Valentine were to force Diavolo to encounter himself would Diavolo see another Diavolo or would he see a Doppio? Because if he did meet another Doppio would they conjoin when they touch since their TECHNICALLY two different people
@@memebase6652 no i think you didn't understand it you don't have to oneshot to kill Valentine permanently his stand will just instantly get entangled with other valantine transforming memories too which makes him eternal and yeah he don't die by instant kill as I explained the analogy inorder to kill Funny you have to kill valentine in every single and individual universes both parallel and alternate universe basically the strike should be powerful and transcendental to effect the 10 Dimension his stand d4c is a 10 Dimensional being and is entangled with valentines so only tusk act 4 can kill Valentine permanently.
Btw, if your referring to the part where narancia dies when you say diavolo can interact in skipped time. I don’t think it does since it seems that in skipped time the actions diavolo would have done still exist, so diavolo saw that he would kill narancia with epitaph, and skipped to after he had killed him. So he’s didn’t actually interact with narancia in skipped time
I hope I'm not asking something that was said (bad memory lol) but is Funny Valentine subject to the rule of their being two in the same area that cause others like Diego to merge in on themselves?

Since the events do happen, Valentine is at a major advantage in that Diavolo can see him hopping dimensions but can't stop him from doing it in many cases. Furthermore, Valentine would keep switching bodies.
Not to say this would be an easy battle for Valentine though, he is smart, but it would take a minute to figure out Diavolo's abilities. On the flip side though, Diavolo's Time Erasure seems to only excel against single targets (for counters) When being bumrushed by multiples or in a position where attacking might compromise him, he'd faster retreat.
However, not to underestimate King Crimson's strength, I'd say it is one of if not the physically strongest we've seen (Star Platinum does its damage in a barrage of punches, King Crimson donuts and vivisects
people with a single strike), it is highly possible Diavolo gets the idea he needs to instantly kill Valentine, and say, uses King Crimson to lop off Valentine's head.
@@lisboahkc stood still to long uh oh! He spawned another KC and they got mixed and died
So you said. If fate let Diavolo somehow killed Valentine in one shot, Diavolo can skip it?
@@Far-Reez yup
@@Far-Reez Exactly. But he doesn't need that anyway. Diavolo litteraly cannot lose no matter what. Only way he can lose is if fate itself intervines in the form of the beetle arrow. Otherwise, he is completely invincible.

I do wonder if Diavolo could possibly avoid being destroyed by his copy self by skipping time, since it kind of takes him outside of reality (unless they both get the same idea and skip into the same place outside of reality)
he definatly could avoid it since during timeskip he isnt part of existance and fate itself anymore

Valentine it's also a trickster, he can just spawn with other copies and overwhelmed Diavolo beating him easily. There are so many situations it's impossible to say who can win.
(Made in heaven, the world, over heaven, bites the dust in comparison to killer queen)
In the opposite case finding infinite death Diavolo could be an instant win condition. Mainly because that death could be funny valentine’s Instant kill. Which Diavolo wouldn’t be able to overcome due to it being fate, because GER.
But that’s complete speculation on how alternate realities and versions Diavolo would work.
Remember, Valentine can’t choose the universe he goes to. Getting all of those is gonna take hours, minimum.
@@goroakechi6126He's got infinite time though. He's the president of the US after all, he's got even more resources than Diavolo could ever hope for. Just a note that's worth taking: Both of King Crimson's abilities are tied specifically to the timestream of a single universe.

8:27 diavolo can’t interact with anything during time skip but you are probably referring to stuff like Trish’s hand getting cut off but diavolo didn’t do that fate said Trish’s hand was going to get cut off diavolo saw this in this future vision and since he knew this was going to happen in the next 10 seconds he skipped the time and events of him cutting of Trish’s hand and only the results of Trish’s hand getting cut off were left same when narancia died diavolo saw he was going to die and skipped the events that needed to happen in order for him to die only leaving narancia’ death diavolo also tried this in the G.E.R fight he saw giorno was going to die so he tried to skip time so he would just die but giorno used G.E.R to reverse diavolo’s time skip and actions to catch him off guard and kill him
8:22 What are you talking about? In that scene he's shown clearly outside of the skipped time attacking Giorno...
Funny Valentine to Diavolo: "I can die indefinitely, you will die indefinitely. We are not the same."
By the time he gets 100 Valentines, Diavolo will get bored and leave ngl.
This also explains the elevator scene with Bruno and Thrish too
Diavolo one shots if Valentine can’t use Love Train
*He
Araki should do a what if series like this, possibly doing two parts for each fight, with each part being a different winner
It would be the toughest fight ever for Diavolo though, I can imagine him saying something like ''I suppose your ability is not trash, but it is insignificant when compared to KINGU CURIMSON NO NORYOKU, the apex.''
Also when he cut Giorno's arm, in the anime you can see the Time Skip ended at the moment of contact.
Just, THINK ABOUT IT; *Diavolo can predict 10 seconds ahead, and on top of that, he can Skip 10 seconds; he has 20 seconds of absolute security.*
Funny doesn't technically have extra lives, there are just an infinite number of him in each universe; that's why instant death works on him, it's over if he can't bring any extras in.
8:20 it's the same thing about the elevator thing
If someone was destined to get his arm cut by diavolo and time erasure is activated, the arm would be cut the same way, but diavolo doesn't need to do the attack
Cold off the jump thoughts, provided we’re talking base D4C and not D4C Love Train I think I gotta give this fight to Diavolo. Epitaph and time skip is pretty cracked.
Valentine was able to find out Tusk Act 4's ability extremely quickly, he states something along the lines of "shoot me with another bullet of the opposite direction, I can still save them"
It could go either way. Depending on why they're fighting. Diavolo might trying running away if he can't just 1 shot him.
Of course he can, he'll just decapitate each one with a single strike.
The thing is people think funny valentine can just magically bring clones. Bro has to go to each dimension and he can be followed there
@@ThecumgoblerNo, he can't. We've explicitly seen that valentine can CONTROL who he brings in or not.
I think I remember someone who said if you didn't understand King Crimson the simplest explanation was to think of it like skip a video in youtube by 10 seconds. the footage still exists and what happened still happened but you the viewer/victim has no knowledge of the skipped footage and what happened during.
Diavolo specializes in single death blows. He could probably blow Valentines entire head off in one blow. If that isn't an "instant kill", idk what is
I spent like a week or 2 arguing with a guy on how diavolo his the only main villain with a chance to beat love train and you make a video about it, can't wait to watch, btw my conclusion is a stalemate bc diavolo dodges everything with time erase and epitaph while d4c stays unharmed bc of love train
I was waiting for this video 🔥
All Funny Valentine would have to do is just bring a second diavolo in, easy one shot.
Epitaph
The two best villains with the two most notoriously complicated stands
I was honestly thinking it was gonna be a wash but Diavolo can hold his own in this MU
i love your theory‘s. You just earned a new sub! i hope you reach 100k very soon! love y‘all
Dont forget, all Funny Valentine's are armed with guns.
very excited to see how this turns out
Video invalidated Diavolos loss is one of his infinite deaths therefore making it cannon and the only true way that this fight will end. Unless in the death he beats valentine and then trips and breaks his neck. Wait. Technically they both win because there will be a diavolo death in which it happens one of both ways at some point.
Take a drink everytime Meta says Diavolos name wrong
W vid like always🔥
two of the most confusing stands ong this is gonna make my brain explode 😭
Okay this video finna be nuts 😂😭
Yep. I think even Giorno would explode.
No since time is erased he’s not in that “reality”
@@dopaminvitaminGER is above reality since it can deny the truth, def would be able to negate D4C collision attack, maybe infinite spin & go beyond are different tho…
heys metas i am enjoying your jojo videos and i been thinking of a cool idea for a side story which delves into more of how things are with the speedwagon foundation. we never got a clear look at the group itself. i think it be cool to see how it was ran, maybe like from the prospective of an agent who does behind the scenes work like finding the evidence of the stand arrows for jotato for part 4 or investigating ancient pillar man village sites
Mmmmmm this is a good idea
@@METAsMETAs also i was thinking about that its shown that before and during part 3 that joseph was the director of the speedwagon foundation, then sometime before part 4 jotaro is made director. which would show why both of them was able to access the foundations resources with ease. could be a idea for a video if you wanna use it too
I wrote an entire essay here talking about how bad KC really is,but deleted it and instead I will just give Valentine's ultimate winning condition.
I'm still pissed by the fact Diavolo just somehow violated the rules of his own stand to somehow impale our orange boy
Narancia? Narancia was destined to die, so Diavollo didn't really needed to appear physically there and cheated out by time erasing.
Love Train D4C vs. (hypothetical) King Crimson Requiem would be even more whack
They can both win so rlly
Depends on the writing. Diavolo can time skip donut u or head chop for instant kill, and Valentine can bring another u for instant kill too. Valentine can body hop which gives him the edge harder to kill permanently. Would love to see them fight, wana see diavolo win
0:00 I know! You get a headache
16:09
i also think diavolo has a MUCH higher chance of hitting that 'instant kill attack' that diego mentioned, since thats kinda... thats kinda his thing, big one punch big damage. All of his attacks have a chance to just KILL Funny valentine, theres not much stopping him from headshotting him the moment a time erase ends
If you see this Can you explain the fence thing on how he manged to impale someone there or was that just fate or him. Also why can kc spray blood in people eyes during time skip
Could king crimson in time skip walk through valentines barriers because hes intagible or do walls and shit still touch him
Metas, please make a video on Jotaro vs Johnny. Please, man! I really need to know whta you think about this. It will be great to hear your opinion on it.
Diavolo can interact with things during timeskip as long as its fated to happen
No he can't, he literally said it himself
@@hainguyn948 how did he cut off trish's hand and kill narancia then?
@@hydrasent563 he didn't interact with them, but since they are fated to happen, he time skip and it happened
@@hainguyn948 I guess that makes sense.
Diavolo can definitely attack during timeskip. Narancha felt that one. He can choose between being intangible and being able to punch your during timeskip. Or seemingly both.
Really just boils down to one question:
Does time skip and epitaph work in just this dimension, or all?
If it's just this one, funny wins due to KC not being to see other dimensional funny's pulling a sneak attack. If it doesn't, Diavolo can see funny jumping dimensions... Predict then merk.
Hey, What Would Happen If Dio Used The Red Stone mask Of Aja?, im subbed so i can get notified
My head couldn't even comprehend time stop vs. time skip and expect me to understand this-
I was going to point out the fact that it took tusk act 4 to beat Valentine, not because of love train but because of the fact that infinite rotation can follow D4C anywhere anyhow, but then I remembered it took Gold experience requiem to take out Diavolo since he can just skip past most attacks we know of in jojo
Another point, though, is how they fight, I dont remember Valentines fighting style too much, but I know that Diavolo does a lot more killing than actual fighting.
I agree, there no stand at light speed in sbr
Finally a sensible JJBA fan. Every 1v1 edit with a JJBA character has all their fans stating how they “solo the verse because of light speed attacks”
Only ppl in JJBA I can understand being lightspeed are MIH, Star Platinum, The World, Bohemian Rhapsody (based on fictional characters brought out), and Notorious B.I.G (based who it’s fighting)
Let me know if there’s more
@@John34bruhwouldn’t ger also be faster then light
@@jobon7708 Maybe…? We don’t get that much info on GER to determine his speed. For all we know, he could be slightly faster then GE. But if u find anything abt this I’ll be glad to listen
Just saw the vid with the comment that inspired this vid - nice 😎
Bro this is just like Wonder of you VS GER there is no clear winner and its all up to interpretation 😅but still an amazing video
Good video
Diavolo is literally invincible and unbeatable only GER can really stop him
Yeah and moon is made out of cheese.
@@shirogami4224 and your name is actually Shinigami.
there is also the fact that precog might help diavolo know which valentine d4c transfers to also he could see what might happen if he met another diavolo
@@Thecumgobler that is a possibility. It do wonder, I may be that he will try to enter it but would just be pushes out.
@@Super_Saiyan_Rainbow I do really wonder how it works. I think Diavolo could skip past it, but that is just speculation.
Basically what I'm saying is Diavolo has two options:
Erase time by going into a sort of "spectator mode" and watching everything play out while nothing affects him
Or
Skip time by skipping his own actions and only leaving his results.
How dare you pit my two favorite characters against each other. I love both my children equally.
Essentially the Devil vs a man chosen by the Messiah- Diavolo’s facing the powers of another son of God.
So if Valentine were to force Diavolo to encounter himself would Diavolo see another Diavolo or would he see a Doppio? Because if he did meet another Doppio would they conjoin when they touch since their TECHNICALLY two different people
well no wonder you are confused on who will win, a confusing stand vs an even more confusing stand leads to the most confusing battle.
Actually even a base funny valentine is invincible
True. You need to one shot Valentine. But he is durable as f*ck considering D4C is the only stand who has the same stats as Star Platinum.
I have a video suggestion. Ikuro Hashizawa aka Baoh vs Kars two rounds One is Kars base form and another round with Ultimate Life Form Kars
Btw, if your referring to the part where narancia dies when you say diavolo can interact in skipped time. I don’t think it does since it seems that in skipped time the actions diavolo would have done still exist, so diavolo saw that he would kill narancia with epitaph, and skipped to after he had killed him. So he’s didn’t actually interact with narancia in skipped time
This is an awesome video but now the question that I always try to find an answer is: The World vs King Crimson. Who would win?
I think the world, because once the you figure out time erase, all you need to do is stop time right after the time erase concludes.
Off topic, but what if instead of green baby white snake had merged with king crimson with the heaven plan?
I hope I'm not asking something that was said (bad memory lol) but is Funny Valentine subject to the rule of their being two in the same area that cause others like Diego to merge in on themselves?
Exphilonstone9649 I wonder if there is an alternate reality where Trish has king crimson and how that would affect the story or if Jolyne had star platinum
The who shot johnny arc made me explode
