Where is Ac and generator, what about toilet & side canopy .On the whole your camper is very nice. 👍👏
AC is engine driven and only for driving time. My travel style doesn't demand stationary AC mostly as I prefer overlanding as per the weather conditions, in winters-south, central and western India. During summers- hilly areas.
For toilet i put out outdoor tent and commode.
Side canopy I there but it was removed for this trip of Ladakh as its difficult for side canopy to withhold the strong winds of the region and may get damaged.

80 AH lithium Ion battery and charging engine se hi hota hai DC to DC charger se 20 AMP capacity se.

How to drive with tent open
U don't have to drive with tent open. Pop up roof is only once the vehicle is stationary.
Van type 4×4 is very much needed.
Car mehi movement kar sake aisa hona chahiye
Unfortunately 4×4 van chassis are absent in India.
