In this case, the act of building involves altering or customizing. For example, if you built a custom car from an existing model, you've essentially modified it during the process of building it. So, building something with adjustments, improvements, or changes is effectively modifying it at the same time. Thanks !

hey there. its mounted to the outside of the lower control arm. I'm running an aluminum spacer in the pocket where the stock link goes
