It turned out beautifully! But for those who don't know, it's very important that each layer is totally dry before adding the blue 'wash', and the next layer of leaves, otherwise you will end up with a smudged mess! :)
@@Twitch24 because the layer of the leaf print is completely dry and when acrylic paint dries you can put a wash layer over the top. I hope this helps 😊
Mam plz help me when I apply the white leaf colour on canvas then I will full dry out but next i will apply green ya blue the colour will mix and ta leaf white colour and green colour was mixed there was not stay in ta painting so what can I do plz mam tall me😢
Okay, I have actually tried painting this and it turned out great the first time but it went a little bad the second time for my third attempt i tried using different techniques like: 1.coating a very thin layer of paint on the leaf will help you get a clear and smooth effect. 2. Try not to use the paint on a wet canvas dry your canvas after each layer. 3.when you're trying to do get the stars or whatever you call it effect try to use two brushes one should be used for tapping and the other one for sprinkling. 4. The most problematic of all for me was that whenever i picked the leaf it was wet and it really smudged the whole thing for me so following point 1 and actually letting the leaf dry for a while on that canvas will help alot. Hope this helps lol, mh explanation sucks but whatever.
@@tasneemkorasawala1746 actually yes you layer it, for example you chose blue color now you layer it with a blue and then layer it with a dark wash then you mix white with that blue and again layer it and what i do for my last layer is actually use white paint
Your explanations is great I’m not having very much luck I think I need to actually try cheaper paint plus my white is the golden acrylic zinc white I use it sometimes with my watercolors when I don’t feel like using masking fluid or white gouache I water it down and it’s as close to a watercolor as you can get in white. It’s not very matte it’s like putting on Cloudy clear almost ??
I really love your style and want to try it myself so the video is very helpful! But if for some reason I don't try this technique I could watch these tutorials over and over! Thank you so much!
Again, its us, my student and I. We scrolled through more videos and we found this tutorial. My student is smiling, he loves your techniques and the work as I do too. He will use you and your techniques as a study artist piece for his art project. Thank you! Keep doing more tutorials. I'm saving them.
Hi this looks very beautiful. I wanted to try this from along time and watching this make me want to do it. I just wanted to know what kind of color brands should we use for this particular board? Or we can just use acrylic paint ?
Just wondering how long this actually took to make from start to finish? It's hard to tell from the video with the drying time between layers ~ days, or, an hour or two? Beautifully mesmerizing, by the way 🌿💚🌿
I tried. After black paint completely dried, i started layering. Then I applied the blue wash layer and noticed my black paint started to smudge and ruined it. I waited 2 hours for the black base to dry. What went wrong can someone help
I was doing the same, but when I completed doing the black paint, I left it for 3 days and now I am doing so my white colour is getting mixed with black colour

My leaves tore as soon as I tried peeling them out. Guess I applied a bit too much but now it's all ruined. I'll just cover the canvas and try something else 😔 I wish I had your skills aaaaaaaa

Hey with every layer do we have to take a lighter shade for leaf??

What does the real magic is the wash but make sure not to make it messy it tends to get a lot messy
Do we need to mix glue in paint for 🍃?
