Only one question, I think you say half a teaspoon of ground cumin in with the prawns, but it looks a whole lot more than that when you add it. Half a tablespoon maybe?
I am such a romaine (cos) lettuce fan but when in need of change I love using homemade coleslaw. It is a brilliant idea to use it over shredded, fland watery lettuce. Lime is wonderful upgrade from using lemons. It is something that awakens your taste buds. Any time you can incorporate an acid into a recipe it will always help round out the overall flavour. If you are not a taco fan then follow Jack's recipe and put atop plain jasmin or basmati rice (and serve the coleslaw as a side salad). #Brilliant #ShrimpTacos #Coleslaw

Looks delicious! Though I'm a fan of tacos, I bet that marinade would also work for skewered shrimp on the barbie with some pineapple, and chunky veg.

Happy to hear that! I use only half, it might be camera manipulation. Don’t add anymore otherwise it will overpower the prawns 🙌
