Key point is here that biomass contains a lot of heavy metals, silica, extractives, which carry over into the biofuel. This is a serious obstacle for the use of biofuels.

That is usually something like 5 acres per car on the road so growing energy crops for fuel is stupid, but this is a better way to use waste organic matter than just burning stubs heating or even bio gas, as this can replace oil and used for transport.

@@Tore_Lund if this were in the hands of individuals, not regulators who are beholden to people who lobby in favor of massive corporations and their interests, the world would be better off. The entire narrative of climate change and pollution has come from those institutions and corporations who stand to profit off of the findings of their tests and research.
