Looks incredible, but I am disappointed they made nighttime brighter. That was one of the best things about the first game. Someone will probably make a mod for PC but I’m playing on PS5 :(
I must say I prefer KCD1s more realistic art style over KCD2s more stylized one. Especially the models of the people and faces. The second one looks much more like a game.

Play Red Dead Redemption 2 if you like westerns. Game came out 2018 but had 200 million more budget and ten times the staff so they did this.

Yes, intensity vary, sometimes it looks like rain is stopping but then again rains more

Brighter? Can't see shit in the forest, it's pitch black. Visibility is slightly higher when moon is shining
nighttime brightness is dynamic, in open fields you will experience more moonlight than in deep forests. it worked this way in kcd 2018 as well
That lightning effect doesn’t look right when you look into the distance.
